On arrival to the facility I was greeted by Yaitza Arroyo the manager and another employee at the desk (sorry can't remeber her name.). Both were very friendly and courteous. Yaitza gave me a tour of the facility as well as explained the features of the storage areas. I wanted to check two different sizes in the climate control building. Promptly, Yaitza showed me the units and I picked the unit that will better serve my needs. We returned to the office and proceeded to rent the space I selected. Yaitza explained the contract and showed me the contract in the computer screen so I could verify my information was correct. While finishing paperwork, another customer showed up. The other employee helped the customer in a very professional way and answered his questions. I know a few things about storage facilities after my husband's 32 years in the military and while working in the private sector. Yaitza was great and I will recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit.

Freewill brought the nomadic gypsy dude lifestyle that was within and looking to get out in the woods, upon the prairie and in the swamps freewill has me still going to see what's on the other side of the mountain. However there is a plan that I'm pulling together, the four states that I will resolve around. Full time travel to and thru the states that I return to require storage as I'm not pulling a trailer as drag coefficient really bums me out, light and fast is how I roll and wish to continue to travel. What are your important needs and lifestyle requirements? Tax, healthcare, guns, weed, work, schooling - there's a lot to consider no matter your domicile but ya still need storage. (That's why I only buy red locks) I think and wonder about the doors, what's behind them? Treasures or the death of the American Dream? I'm not here to pontificate along those speculative lines, just merely passing along a slice of random thought. Calling around to five self storage locations, I received quotes I found to be higher than I've ever paid for a smaller space in many states I've rented within. Now in Parrish FL since December, I've seen new communities spring up overnight as if they were dropped from outer space, it happens just that fast. So I ventured a bit out of this hotbed of building - looking in the local papers as the internet searches, a Craigslist advertisment caught my eye. Called, made an appointment, drive on over and signed up on the spot. The affore mentioned businesses were charging $100 plus two additional fees for a 5x5 totally around $120.00 a month. At All You Can Store, I got a 5x10 for $79.00. it's not 24 hours but I don't need that option and it's functional appropriate, never busy with other customers. A husband and wife team that were so friendly to me, they made my transaction a success and I highly recommend them.

I was taken care of down the street at Extra Space Storage, and although they had to close today at 1pm sharp they stayed a few minutes extra so we could finish in the dark because they had no power the whole time. Much better experience, and the prices make much more sense. The rental process took only minutes, and the young lady I spoke to on the phone to make double sure I actually had a unit for the movers to unload into was so sweet! She was almost surprised I was asking if they were open lol It's a service, that woman was not from the location I went to but she has no idea how big of a panic attack she thwarted. Overall, very very very satisfied with this rental process, and super appreciative that they waited an additional 8 mins before locking up so we could jet out. They deserve praise! As is the case with many residents in Florida, I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income. The most recent increase was almost $100 a month. An additional almost $6k a year is absurd. It's not about having dedicated and responsible customers, it's about charging a maximum amount to increase the bottom line. I'm sure there are many present customers who are challenged with paying almost $250 a month. I'm also confident that there are many former customers due to costs. So I came in today 2/4/17 to pay so I am payed in full till march. so I asked them since Feb is payed and I'm taking everything out today that I get a refund for the remaining days in Feb.
