Customer service was excellent! Lisa and Madison helped so much and found ways to save money using specials and discounts. I've been a customer for a while and since the new company took over, everything has been better. The rental experience was efficient and smooth. Staff are friendly, helpful, efficient. I do wish Life Storage corporate would do a fee upgrades such as new floats to assist customers. I'm told that improvements are in the works. I've used Life Storage in another City, but the local one here has the best staff. I couldn't believe how much simpler everything was. Prices are fair considering current market. I went to the location to look at some different storage spaces. I met a wonderful woman named Lisa! She asked me many questions regarding what I was storing and for how long. She showed me several spaces, both outside and in out. She suggested a climate control space because of my items. She was so professional and friendly! It was refreshing to meet someone with so much passion for their job! She had many people come in and she was so kind and helpful to everyone! I will am definitely going to use this facility. Came in because of a rate increase. I was looking to move to a store closer to me , store #3855. I called the store and the guy that answered the phone was very rude to me and to the store manager at my original place. Because of this I chose to stay at the store I am currently at, and drive the extra miles out of the way. Lisa has never been anything but professional and helpful and always here for the customer.
