They got my 1bd apt loaded on their truck in about an hour. We met at the house in Jax and they got me unloaded, with everything in the right place, again, in about an hour. The pricing is fair, TRANSPARENT (no hidden fees or extra add on charges at all), and well worth every single dollar. I've only had excellent experiences with the teams that do the heavy lifting, and the office staff is great. I highly recommend this moving company. I have used this moving company twice, the first time two guys came and moved me from the third…read morefloor of an apartment building. They were very efficient and very fast but the woman I spoke with prior to the move ensured me there would be 4-5 wardrobe boxes for all of my hanging clothes, they only brought one. I had to make 3 more trips in my personal car to pick up the rest of my clothes which defeats the purpose of hiring movers. I messaged the woman back on Yelp about this and she left me on read with no offers of a solution for over a year. About a year later I decide to give them another chance and bring up the issue with the wardrobe boxes before. She offers a $50 discount and this time I arrange for 3 people to come and move me from a first floor apartment to a single story home. The most inefficient move I have ever experienced, they took longer to move than when I lived on the third floor and the guys had to wait for the elevator. They moved at a glacial pace and I ended up paying for 3 guys for the same amount of time as it took the first time I moved. On top of all of this they didn't wear gloves or wash their hands so my light furniture has black handprints on it from the moving dust on their hands. One of the guys dragged a piece of furniture and broke off a leg and I watched him use a piece of plastic to wedge the leg back in. Very unprofessional movers in my opinion, only one guy was taking his job seriously and trying to get me moved quickly the other two just lingered around waiting for him to move and package all my things. I didn't see a point in reaching out about the damage or the handprints as the customer service had already proved once your move is complete they could not care less about you. I'm happy I'm in a home I purchased so I never have to experience these movers again.

On the day of the move, I received a call from one of the movers at approximately 08:50. He let me know that they would be about 30 minutes late and asked if they should bring a dolly to the appointment. I replied yes, based on what I had originally discussed with Sam. During my initial phone call with Sam, I mentioned several times that while I might not have a lot of furniture, the items I do have are very heavy. I also explained that because I lived in a downtown apartment, there would be a long walk from my unit to the elevators and the loading dock. Additionally, I noted that the POD was on a same-day drop-off and pick-up schedule. I was assured that the company "moves with love" and that everything would be fine.On the scheduled day, the movers ended up showing up at approximately 11:15. I met with two gentlemen and showed them to my POD and my apartment. Initially, they brought a couple of boxes down to the POD. When we went back up to my apartment, I asked where their equipment was--such as dollies, furniture wrap, and a TV box. The movers informed me that they did not have any supplies with them, but they could call their boss to see about getting some. After discussing the situation, they left to buy a dolly at a local U-Haul and returned later. I spoke specifically with a manager located in Georgia to voice my concerns. The pick-up time for my POD was 14:00, which would have been more than enough time given the original start time. However, with the movers returning to my apartment at roughly noon, I had major concerns about getting my furniture into the POD on time and without damage. Unfortunately, because the purchased equipment was not meant for large furniture, my belongings were dropped quite a bit between my apartment and the POD. I ended up acting as the third mover just to get the job done. I requested that Sam contact me to explain where the mix-up happened, but have yet to hear back. I know I will have to buy new furniture, which can ultimately be replaced. However, as a military retiree, the boxes that now contain large, heavy items like my adjustable bed platform also hold all of my military memorabilia. A true flat hourly rate and a small surcharge for mileage. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They handled the obstacles (my three kids) really well and even let them help. I am sure we were not the only victims of this and I am sure others have removed their honest reviews to get compensation of their damages. Do not use them! Just used them for a move over the weekend and was forced to put a review while they watched over my shoulder. This is my honest review... the quote that was given over the phone was a lie. There are hidden fees that were not mentioned over the phone when booking this company and our move doubled in price. Every moving blanket, piece of tape, and box used to "protect" our items was charged even though they re-use all of the materials and took it all back with them. In addition to the extra charges they broke multiple pieces of furniture and one of our TVs.
