Chanon's pricing for unloading was exorbitant considering the skill is in loading the cubes and maximizing space, unloading is a bit of a no brainer. I paid less for the movers to load them then what Chanon charged me to unload. When we spoke initially I mentioned the price to load was far less, and he agreed to knock off $100. However, the day of the unload he claimed he never said that and said he would never lower his price. $660.00 to unload two relo-cubes that are 8 feet from my first floor apartment front door is absurd. I found Chanon and his nephew helper to be idle, which lead me to carrying in items myself. In addition, a piece of furniture was damaged by them dragging/pushing it along the ground. Had the service and level of professionalism been great...even good, I'd be ok with the price. However, they were unprofessional, rude and the service substandard . When I brought my concerns to Chanon's attention he became combative, thereby making me uncomfortable in my own home. I paid for three hours of service which would include assembly of two items, however at that point I just wanted him to leave. I was no longer comfortable with Chanon in my home and phoned a relative to stay on the phone with me until he left. I would not recommend.

To make matters worse, the estimated labor time suddenly jumped from 3 hours to 5 hours without explanation. Because they could no longer meet the timeline required to vacate my units by month-end, I cancelled and requested a refund of my $199 deposit. They refused, claiming it was non-refundable despite the fact that they breached the service window. Every moving blanket, piece of tape, and box used to "protect" our items was charged even though they re-use all of the materials and took it all back with them. He stated that he absolutely had no idea any of this happened nor did his staff inform him about it. Initially, I was livid and accepted all my losses from this so no matter how much he apologized to me, it wasn't going to solve the money I spent to replace my items. However, he took full accountability for his staff and their actions and did not try to make excuses. Not only that, he financially went above and beyond to fix the issue. I was moving from one bedroom apartment within the same community across the street and had everything boxed up and ready to go except for a total of 7-8 large items such as couch, coffee table and de-assembled bed parts. I called the office and the manager said the owner will get in touch with me... NOTHING!!!! I would NOT recommend using them AT ALL and save yourself the headache of having to pay money to replace items they damage or forget and overcharge by doing a lazy and terribly far less move!!!!!
