Took this location to renew my BLS certification and it went better than I expected! No videos, no BS, and they'll teach you everything you need to know for the certification test as well as for "real life" situations. The class provided functional mannequins (adult & infant) that lit up to tell you if you were doing it right and I found them very helpful. In addition, Trevor, the owner and instructor, was very engaging, knowledgeable, and experienced on what he was teaching. Overall, great experience! Would definitely recommend! read more

I had to update my CPR/First Aid for the Desert Institute at Joshua Tree National Park, and I must say, this is the best class I've taken. Our trainer, Corbin Reinhart, was an excellent teacher, gave us clear and concise instructions and imparted some really good practical desert knowledge. I picked up some good tips along the way. Renewed my BLS certification here and Trevor was the best instructor I've had for a BLS class. He was able to use his experience as an EMT to help us fully understand what happens in a real life scenario. The mannequins were great bc they had a light that showed if you were going deep enough with the compressions or needed to go deeper. Great instructor, really recommend here. read more

My instructor today was Alex, a paramedic. He is a very knowledgeable instructor who highlights on the most important topics of ACLS and BLS. Alex also inform the class of the newest trends of CPR/CCR/rescusitative medicine. Most importantly, Alex knows his students come from a wide variety of backgrounds, from those who come in with minimal background to even those with abundant knowledge such as physicians, and is more than capable to tailoring the insurrection to their needs. He even went so far as to spend extra time to instruct me on intubation, which wasn't even on the curriculum for the day. I left feeling more than adequately educated by Alex and would highly recommend this location for anyone's needs. read more
