I rescheduled a class from June to August , my August class was cancelled because the instructor was out , attempted rescheduling the cancelled class to another day in August but would never get a reply to any of my calls or emails . Finally ended up attending the class and was told the CPR certification would be sent thru email and till this day I have not received a cpr card w the date of the attended class . I have taken other BLS classes were all we did was watch a bunch of long boring videos and it didn't really prepare me for the hospital setting. The BLS course with UCR ASO instructors was more hands-on and the class was fun! The best part about the course is the staff actually prepare you for the real-world and you get your certification card as soon as you complete the course.
