I purchased a cologne from one location and needed to return it to a different location. I visited this location which was full of staff and every counter had someone available to help me but I was literally told to go to a different counter after speaking to about 3-4 people until someone told me to go upstairs into the men's section to make the return. I hope they create a better system for returns because I should have been directed to customer service or even just been assisted by anyone to make a return. Needless to say, I have been discouraged on making purchases from Macy's since their return process is so time consuming and difficult.

Before Houston opened their two Uniqlo locations, we would make it a point to shop there whenever we visited New York, Florida and California, so I'm really glad they finally opened two locations here. Their sales are always worth checking out, and I've found some great deals over the years. The checkout process is also incredibly easy and efficient. I think it's so cool that you just place your items in the bin and have the total calculated automatically without scanning anything. Definitely bring your own bag though! They charge for paper bags, but they do sell cloth reusable bags, too!

Oh and by the clothes. Everything looks like it was amazing quality , I wish I could have purchased something except I wouldn't have enough room in my suitcase to bring it back home! There's nothing particularly wrong with it, and it's typical Old Navy with typical store prices, and when there's a sale on you can find some good deals. So I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan, and Barbie likes the store more than I do. It's a little on the pricey side so I definitely come during the sales.
