I came in earlier to sell a bag of clothes and two pairs of shoes (they had their own separate…read morebag). I was quoted 20 minutes on the wait time but it ended up being over 30 minutes, which is fine except another buyer came in after me and their buy was completed before mine. I only sold one item for $8, which doesn't make any sense because I have name brand items and they are in better and cleaner condition compared to what's in store. Like I said, I probably will not do any selling or buying anytime soon because the integrity and value of this place has really gone down in the last year and a half or so. One of the items I saw on the floor today was a Lululemon workout top for $28 and the biggest problem was that it had a giant stain on it. Granted, you should wash any items you thrift, but it shouldn't be sold on the floor in a dirty condition and for $28. Crazy! Save your time, money, and/or items to sell and go elsewhere unless/until this store location shapes up again and realizes true value and integrity for its items and what's sold in store.

We come here now and again while walking through the whole Mall which we do often, but we haven't really spent much money here. I don't typically find brick and mortar locations of Carter's unless they are tucked away inside some mall or Galleria type location. The physical presence of this stand alone Carter's makes it worth visiting. They have a good online selection, but in all honesty, it is better to visually see and try the clothing in person for your little one. Sometimes what you see online is what you don't get. Children typically grow out of clothing rather quickly. Carters clothing can shrink in size and is not of the splendor variety that will hold its shape and structure forever. Therefore, size up and wash those clothing in cold water! Oh and not everything can be thrown into the dryer, depending on the type of fabric or style of clothing. As mentioned earlier, the customer service here is great and you can ask them anything in regards to their products. I am already loving their autumn and winter apparel. Prices are excellent, patterns are plenty, and they have so many styles and colors for the little one. Loving their beanies, socks, bibs and other niknaks in between. This is a great retail shop, their hours are good and their selection is massive. One could easily take an hour just browsing their variety and trying it on their little bean.
