Niya sensed my frustrations and offered me a bench to sit and relax while she performed the heavy lifting. It took some time but she was able to asssit my mother with selecting garments that were flattering and age appropriate with a bit of edge. Always ask for their specials because sometimes they are unannounced. If you do not mind looking around and trying different clothing combinations you will be able to find options that are timeless and universal for a good value.

I went around 9am and the place was very organized and the employees were so nice and helpful. Everything was still in stock at this time so going early was good, I made my purchase stood in a short line as the people working the register were fast and smiling. I highly recommend this Bath & Body Works. This place is incredible. Today was the annual body items sale. I look forward to this every year. When I don't like or need an item I do exchanges or returns and I've never had an issue when I go to other locations . I once took my sister with me and she was incredibly rude to both of us and didn't want to give us a bag for our items, she watched us struggle and my sister told her this will be reported. But today I went in to do an exchange for an item I barely used, but ofc she created an issue. First everything was fine and I was about to swipe my card but she changed her mind and opened my item. She slammed it, causing the liquid inside the bottle of developer to spill out. Then told me she can't return a used item. Anyone reading this would know this is not correct bc I can in fact return a used item if it's half full ( my bottle was more than half full). I let her know my knowledge of the policy and she tells me to basically get out of the store. I take my messy belongings thanks to her and call corporate, they call her, I take my happy self back in to the store and she completes my exchange. Do not let this lady bully you, from now on I will be recording for my safety when I go back to this store because I know she's not professional. There are so many shoe shops in this mall so the prices at all of them are usually a little cheaper than you would expect in a mall which is good.
