The owner, I think her name is Naveera, was very kind with her guidance and suggestions. I was only looking for young kids' clothes size 2 years to 3 years. The things I liked, unfortunately, the size was not available, but I decided to buy a few sets. Like other desi businesses, price tags were missing, so I hesitated to pick up the clothes. The person who was helping me said, don't worry about the prices, we will manage, I looked at her, and she seemed sincere, so I told her I was more interested in the one she didn't have the size available. She said these are very nice and again she will give me reasonable prices. She took all my stuff to the counter, and usually, the person who helped likes to write down the invoice so they know what customers' needs were. When I went to the counter, there was this gentleman. I am sure the owner greeted me and started questions like is this my first visit, where I am from etc., now. Macy's or target will not ask you for personal things, so enjoy might it last. My sales lady was standing next to him packing the stuff. After a long conversation, I held the bag and rushed out because I got late for the second appointment. I came home and checked. I was charged a completely unknown amount (no price tag items), and no discount was provided from the sales personas promised. Yes, it's my fault. I should have checked my receipt before leaving the store, so I called them and asked for the same person who could help me. So I asked her what happend? She replied I didn't say anything, so she charged me full prices. I wondered what was the total cost since there were no price tags? So here is the Red Flag. If they say don't worry, we will take care of the price at the counter, do not pick the item till you know the price. I hope this can save you some frustrations.

I came here with a group of women who were learning how to tie sari. While waiting, I look for men's kurta. I'm due to add another kurta to my wardrobe. I think I want something fancier than my current collection. I looked for something bright with blings (jewelry and beads). I tried a couple of them made of rayon but they had plain front. That would require some pearl necklace to outfit correctly. I can't think of any occasion to dress up with jewelry and kurta. So, I decided on an all-in-one kurta. The lady was so helpful. She picked out a few pastel-colored kurtas and a bright orange one in size 46. Not sure how she knew I like orange. I skipped pastels because they look like pajamas. They offer alteration service on site. They charge $10 to shorten the sleeves $10. The kurta I picked up was $79. I can't wait to show off at a social event this summer.

I decided to visit Houston to try to find an outfit that matched both my expectations and budget. Princess Couture satisfied both requirements! Hiba was so patient and helpful. She helped me find outfits for both my sister and I. My sister was not with me but had specific requests that princess couture was able to help me meet! Some of the pieces that I wanted to purchase were not the right size. The team was able to take my measurements and alter the outfits for my custom fit. All salwar suits came with sleeves which we had added on. All of these alterations were done within three hours and I was able to take them home with me to Austin that same day. Was excited because I would use the savings to get boots repaired. When I got to the cashier, I told her I was given 50% for the boots and she said the best she could do for me was 10%. She wasn't very welcoming, was probably having a long day. Not sure why they offer the discounted rate if it wasn't going to be applicable, but 10% didn't seem feasible to get the shoes and then had to put extra to get them fixed at the shoe clinic.
