There's something that just isn't 100% about this shop. Well, not just one something, but a few,…read morevery important somethings. I like the work out clothes here. Not all of them, just their basics. They're simple, yet have some pretty cute details and are well made. Mind you, these aren't some gross, Nouveau Riche gaudy details involving gold bows or sequins. Just a gather here or there. Piping. Crisscrossed straps in the back. Clever hiding places for keys or cash. So, where does this misfire? Several tiny places. The price tag. Non sale items range from about $48-$80. Not bad for something that will last hopefully a couple of years, yes? Well, they're not THAT cute and don't fit that well. The styling. The clothing options as a whole are geared towards yoga. Unless you really want to get your Namastè on, this can get a bit tiresome. Also, the fit of the clothes is a bit off. Enough to irk me that I "paid $54 for these jogging pants and they fit like the $21 pair I got at Target." So, I usually just return the $54 pair to the rack and head to Target. Or bite the bullet and spend a few more coins across the street at Lululemon. Some of the other shoppers and a few of the staff. Some staff are very nice, helpful, and friendly. Other staff and 70% of the shoppers are a bit passive aggressive. Without calling any older angry age groups out...no, I won't say it, but well, you may perhaps get the idea. Those tiny misfires aside, If you are in the market for new workout clothes, this should definitely be on you list of stops.

Walked in with my friend so she could go get a couple of pairs of shoes, the girls there greeted us…read moreand were helping us find my friend's size in shoes. A guy (probably a shift lead or manager) comes from the back being loud and obnoxious clearly annoying the other employees and us during our shopping experience. He proceeds to start pulling shoes for my friend and tells the girl that was helping us to get all of those shoes for her, the girl proceeded to say "but that's not what she's looking for" and he replied with "oh I don't care what she wants it matters what I want for her" mind you we don't know this person and we felt really uncomfortable and he proceeded to try to talk to us like if he was an acquaintance of ours. Asking me why I was quiet and looked annoyed which I told him not to bug me, we were very disappointed with how he was with us and the other employees there and left the store to buy shoes that the vans store next door. Not sure why he's in charge of anything with a personality like that.

The owner, I think her name is Naveera, was very kind with her guidance and suggestions. I was only looking for young kids' clothes size 2 years to 3 years. The things I liked, unfortunately, the size was not available, but I decided to buy a few sets. Like other desi businesses, price tags were missing, so I hesitated to pick up the clothes. The person who was helping me said, don't worry about the prices, we will manage, I looked at her, and she seemed sincere, so I told her I was more interested in the one she didn't have the size available. She said these are very nice and again she will give me reasonable prices. She took all my stuff to the counter, and usually, the person who helped likes to write down the invoice so they know what customers' needs were. When I went to the counter, there was this gentleman. I am sure the owner greeted me and started questions like is this my first visit, where I am from etc., now. Macy's or target will not ask you for personal things, so enjoy might it last. My sales lady was standing next to him packing the stuff. After a long conversation, I held the bag and rushed out because I got late for the second appointment. I came home and checked. I was charged a completely unknown amount (no price tag items), and no discount was provided from the sales personas promised. Yes, it's my fault. I should have checked my receipt before leaving the store, so I called them and asked for the same person who could help me. So I asked her what happend? She replied I didn't say anything, so she charged me full prices. I wondered what was the total cost since there were no price tags? So here is the Red Flag. If they say don't worry, we will take care of the price at the counter, do not pick the item till you know the price. I hope this can save you some frustrations.

I regret giving them any money. No remorse and poor treatment of military members. Honestly felt bad for the young lady that worked there the two times I've been into the store. First time I needed to stop somewhere on the way home for a quick outfit for a work event. I didn't have time to try on clothes so I just bought a few outfits, under the impression that I can return whatever didn't fit right afterwards. Their instagram had posted about a military discount, however the cashier was not informed of it or even how to apply the discount. Huge disappointment. The boss told the employee to give me a 15% discount of my next visit, which I was extremely reluctant on taking, if I wasn't pressed for time I would have not accepted. the employee asked if I wanted to try things on, I explained I was in a rush for an event so if I didn't like something I'd return it on a later date. Second time, I went to return a few items that didn't work for me. Only to be told that they don't accept returns, even though I had receipts and tags on everything. If I would have been informed I wouldn't have bothered with that shop. There was no signs stating this nor was it on the receipt. I was then planning on again just grabbing things and then trying them on at home instead of the cramped dressing room (i have MST and get extremely stressed in tight spaces) only to be told that they would only be final sale only and I couldn't exchange them once I leave the store. What was supposed to be a 10 minute stop turned into over an hour of having to sift through items equaling the amount I was hoping for, additionally wasn't allowed to use the 15% I was promised due to my first visit. The employee that was working was always lovely and apologetic, even though it is the owners poor management, poor training and lack of basic store policies that made each experience dreadful. I had high hopes for this place since it was located between my work and home, however, I'd highly recommend not shopping here. The owner left and nasty response to me on google and took it down later. Telling me I should have reached out to her, although she was on the phone with her employee and could have offered to take my name and number down to get back to me when her personal life has settled down. Additionally, her friends seem to think of you shop there, you're disgusting and your homes are disgusting even though I had stated I have military s**ual trauma and get extremely claustrophobic in changing rooms.

This is a lovely store, and a lot of people seem to like it a lot, and we can see why. It's located at the Memorial City Mall, lost amongst the enormity, and that's where you can find it. I love the current color palette and I also love how serene the store is. All the stores have the same feel to them, like an oasis in the mall. The woman who helped me return my items kept trying to crack jokes, but I wasn't in the mood. Anyway, she informed me about the free shipping if they do the ordering for me. I can come in or call and place my order with a sales associate and never pay shipping. If you are looking for women's clothing then this is a must visit in your mall adventures.
