I've been shopping at this location for years, and it has never disappointed me. It's my go-to store for all of my workout apparel. Today, I came in expecting what I thought would be a difficult exchange, but the process was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. Carla, the manager, and Cameron, the cashier, were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I really appreciate exceptional customer service when I receive it, and this team delivered exactly that. Other retailers especially Nike, where I've unfortunately experienced rude staff and poor service could definitely take notes on how a store should be run and what keeps customers coming back. Thank you, Under Armour Orange, for another fantastic experience. I'll definitely continue shopping here!

Apparently he didn't hear me, because literally seconds later he started complaining to his coworker about how "rude" customers never say hello. Meanwhile, they were loudly talking shit about customers throughout the store where everyone could hear them. By the time I left, I made a point of saying "have a good one" loud and clear, and they were still going on about rude customers who don't respond. Maybe if you're going to complain about your customers, don't do it within earshot of the entire store. It made for a pretty uncomfortable shopping experience.

Fine. I asked if I could use the gift card online and basically got, "I don't know. No guarantees." That pretty much summed up the customer service here. Nobody really helped when I came in, and anytime I asked a question, the answer seemed to be "I don't know." It wasn't even particularly busy. Even one of the doors was locked, which just added to the whole weird experience. The selection wasn't great for what I was looking for, and the prices weren't anything special either. I've been to the MainPlace location and found a much better selection and better deals there. The employees here just didn't seem knowledgeable or interested in helping. I'd skip this location and go to MainPlace instead.

What in the Hello Kitty is this?!?! This isn't Hot Topic!…read more Man, back in the day I lovedddd Hot Topic. They had all the gothic vibes and metalhead t-shirts. The store used to be mostly black esthetic with some pop culture stuff. They always had the best t-shirts. They used to sell goth boots, spiked bracelets and necklaces, punk clothing and everything was dark and creepy. The vibes were spooky and fun. What happened to this store? It is now all anime junk, Hello Kitty and just crap. I feel like this store is turning into Claire's lol I walked in to this store and walked right back out. This is no longer the goth friendly store I remember. It's now rainbows and sunshine. Pass.

It is your typical open air outlet mall and there is plenty of parking. Columbia specializes in apparel designed for sports and adventure but more so geared towards adventures such as hiking, backpacking, running etc... They always have a sale of some sort for different items and i feel they offer great products at a competitive price making it a good value. The service is always friendly. I Love their Omni-heat jackets. I also love their T-Shirt prints and i used to buy all my tee shirts from them only. But unfortunately I stopped buying them because for some reason, they no longer use quality cotton Tees which hold up and wear a lot better than the ones that they use now. I feel that the ones they use now. The fabric is really thin. It wrinkles really easy and does not wear well at all. That's really disappointing for a big brand like Columbia. I have brought it up to the manager of more than one store but nothing has changed in the past 2-3 years since the change occurred. Thus the reason for taking 2 stars away. Please bring the quality cotton tees back and do not cut corners. I bet that your sales will increase.
