What used to be a cute, organized, and friendly place to shop has become unkept and never has the selection that it used to. The service aspect has changed so much under this new manager, it seems they do not understand what it means to run a business. The last few times I have been in here, there has only been one employee working! Today I finally asked what is going on because she was running around trying to help five different customers at once! Apparently, their manager is only scheduling one person to run the store because she doesn't want to pay anyone, and the manager can't be bothered to show up and run her own store! I feel so bad for these employees who obviously get zero help from their manager and are expected to run the store by themselves. It is really sad to see a great boutique turned into a mess because of one manager who is incredibly selfish and careless. Really unfortunate, and I will never shop here in the future ever again.

My experience was not great. The cashier would not allow me to use discount coupons even though my…read morepurchase was over $300.00 in clothing. I feel that the cashier needs more training in customer service. She was not nice at all. She checked my credit card information and stated that I have been using coupons on my purchases and suggested that I pay with cash. So I paid with cash. I did not know that there is a limit to using discount coupons. She went on to say that the items being purchased were already marked down. I do not always shop at JC Penny, and when I did, my experience was terrible. I just noticed on my credit file that I used 37.67% usage of my credit card on the day of my purchase. I did not use my credit card. I paid in cash. This is not correct.

I've worked in retail for over 10 years and I was very impressed with the look and cleanliness of the store, every department was very organized, the beauty section especially had items merchandised by brand, type, then color, even had a dedicated Korean skin care section. It looked awesome! All the associates were very friendly and kind to me and my little family. We shop here all the time and this location is definitely our favorite. Keep up the great work!
