You could call him the hat God due to his knowledge on hats and setting up events for us locals. Ask him about how and when drops will be you won't be disappointed. Managers like this just do not come around often and he deserves the highest pay possible for all of retail management. Then you have Felix. This guy is a goat as well. Knows everything and anything about hats. It's inceredible the knowledge he has on everything and just his overall kindness and work ethic. Blake is an awesome cat as well. He has been there for me listening to story after story by me. He has dropped a lot of knowledge over the past year or so and gets me excited to come in too. So thank you Daniel is new and a cool dude. Love talking Dodger baseball with him and overall life. He gives great tips on apparel as well. He's really passionate about his job. Then there's Cat. She's always fun to chat with during events and has a great sense of humor too. I even forgot how long she's been doing it and she's been there through my best and worst times. Lastly there's Merari. She's new but very friendly as well and has a hard work ethic. Still came to work even after a car accident which is amazing. We need more workers like her in the field. Overall I will only shop here. The staff is amazing as you can see and WAY better than lids. The quality is perfect and you get that "barber shop" like treatment when visiting. One was in the back and the other was up front, but they weren't wearing a worker's shirt and had an AirPod in. They were talking to a friend on the phone. When I went to checkout, this same employee helped me and still had their AirPod in. As they rang me up, they started laughing and said something over the phone. It was like I wasn't even there. He seemed inconvenienced when I came to the counter because he was talking to his friend about the football games over the weekend. He did not make eye contact with me at all. The first thing he says to me while looking at the register was " Find everything you're looking for?". I asked him how are you and he gave me the most sinister look I have ever received. He did not make eye contact with me again until I asked him if he was the manager and he said that he is the "2nd highest in charge". It's not my fault that you hate your job and hate your life. No need to take it out on your customers. I will be sure to let everyone know about this horrible experience and I will never come here again.
