It seems small compared to other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. However they have a decent variety of things, women's coats and jackets, active wear, pants, tops/blouses, intimate apparel. After some perusing, I found what I had came for. The quality of the outfit didn't look as good as it did online. Nonetheless I grabbed it and a couple other blouses and tried everything on in the fitting room. They had an attendant at the fitting room who was helpful and it was easy to get in and out of the dressing room. The checkout process was fairly quick and when asked the cashier let me know what their return policy was. I had until January (it was earlier this week when I purchased my items, so early November), with the receipt, all tags, and the items obviously never worn. I'm not sure if this is their usual return window or a special one for the holidays but its more than enough time to return something if you need to and I did so this was helpful. When I returned my items a couple hours later, after finding something that better fit my needs, the return process was a breeze and they refunded my money back to my original form of payment.

And gladly reminded me that they were closing in 5. Well I explained my situation to cashier and she suggested purchasing the wrong size and exchange at other location so that I can get at sale price and get correct size tomorrow. I sincerely appreciate the idea and that gave them the sale and made me happy with my purchase. Sometimes stop and assist customers even at closing time.

The clothing that I saw in the store is what I would consider casual clothing or work clothing. Depends on your work situation if it would be considered "business casual." Nowadays, that term is used rather loosely. Their clothing is not inexpensive but it is very good quality. A pair of good work pants will outlast two pairs of jeans so you do get what you pay for. Until now, I have really only seen their clothing in their catalog. Their catalog is not photographs of their clothing. It is more of an illustrated catalog so it is hard to get a good feel for what their clothing looks like. Because of that, I have always been a little hesitant to buy it. After seeing it with my own eyes and also seeing how well it feels and fits, I am now a fan. Bottom line - Quality clothing that will last a long time. Very disappointing experience at this LIDS location. When he came back two days later because the hats didn't fit, the employee immediately refused to help and pointed to the steaming as the reason (wasn't originally told that this service was an extra charge btw). He checked the receipt, and the return policy clearly states that merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days, with no mention of steamed hats being excluded. Both employees (Didn't get their names, one was a husky, older Hispanics male, and the other a younger Caucasian male) were dismissive and acted like they simply wanted to brush him off rather than help resolve the issue. As he was leaving, they were laughing about the situation, which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. He came in expecting reasonable customer service and left very disappointed. With brick-and-mortar stores closing left and right, you would think that they would value people walking into their doors and not buying online. I will be filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau. You can't simply refuse to honor your policies. LIDS should do better.
