Definitely the way customer service should be!!! I also love the fairly new James Avery addition to Dillard's. That is not safe and to suggest it is ridiculous.

Well I explained my situation to cashier and she suggested purchasing the wrong size and exchange at other location so that I can get at sale price and get correct size tomorrow. I sincerely appreciate the idea and that gave them the sale and made me happy with my purchase. Sometimes stop and assist customers even at closing time.

It's still popular, and there still lots of people are coming here, and there are still some trendy stores, and this is one of them. We've been in most of the stores in this mall, and this is one of the ones that we repeatedly check for sexy items, mainly for Barbie rather than me. And we repeatedly don't find anything that is to her taste. Not sexy enough, and a little bit too teenage, but not in a sexy way. The employees are okay, which is why we are give a mediocre rating rather than a bad one.

The clothing that I saw in the store is what I would consider casual clothing or work clothing. Depends on your work situation if it would be considered "business casual." Nowadays, that term is used rather loosely. Their clothing is not inexpensive but it is very good quality. A pair of good work pants will outlast two pairs of jeans so you do get what you pay for. Until now, I have really only seen their clothing in their catalog. Their catalog is not photographs of their clothing. It is more of an illustrated catalog so it is hard to get a good feel for what their clothing looks like. Because of that, I have always been a little hesitant to buy it. After seeing it with my own eyes and also seeing how well it feels and fits, I am now a fan. Bottom line - Quality clothing that will last a long time. The extra room in the crotch made be a big believer. I'm now a fan.
