This is a store where you not only get quality items but also great deals! The trick is to use their store credit card. The people shopping is manageable and that may be that they are 24 hours a day in these final shopping days. The store is extremely clean and organized. That is of utmost importance for a non shopping person like myself. At the checkout the cashier gave me a scratch off and I got 15% off. That with the sale price I saved 50%! WOW! I used the amazon return at the store because the ups store was closed at the time I was able to leave on a Saturday. There was a long line at the return desk, it reminded me of a Walmart return desk. One person doing returns and a manager standing there talking on not doing a damn thing. Some lady pulled out like 10 receives and returned all kind of stuff, so I'm not sure if amazon made the best choice to partner with kohl's. After about 15 mins I returned my item that transaction was less than a minute and I got a 25% off coupon to use in the store. I started to use it and began looking around. Like every store in this area it looked like a tornado hit it. Clothing all over, not folded, so after a few minutes I didn't even bother looking so I left. read more

I hope the management here sees this comment i have to make as well. I applied then received my interview pretty fast, I attended the day of 5 minutes earlier and all went great. The hiring manager that interviewed me said she will let me know in 2 weeks. Well it got to a point where it was more then 2 weeks and I continued to call and check for any updates on my interview. Until this one day I called and she told me she never remembered me even attending it ? she interviewed me which was weird how in her papers it showed I never showed up or anything. I was confused cause day of interview she was writing on paper while we were speaking. She told me she'll call me back next day to double check and maybe it was a misunderstanding. She didn't end up calling so I called once again, and another rude hiring manager answered and I explained the situation and she just wanted to rush me off the phone. Told me "you'll get a email in a couple days" which didn't help the situation I just told her then she cut me off and hung up on me when I said "have a good day" back. Very rude and very unprofessional of them to suddenly lose papers and lose track of me even attending the interview. Communication sucks there and I wouldn't recommend applying. I should've known and listened from the start when people say people are always leaving this sephora in khols. This is a bad environment! read more

Basic answers!!! That's all I needed a yes or a no! But the cashier was so nervous and not informed that she couldn't even give me a simple yes or no. I don't shop here often. I went because they had a Nike sale. I heard it was better than buying from the Nike store across the street, so I gave it a try. THE SALE WAS GREAT! Bought my son a lot of Nike and under armor for less than $150. Anyways back to why I couldn't get a straight answer from this cashier .... As I said I don't shop here much but I do have an online account, it shows online I am not enrolled in rewards. I'm attempting to apply for rewards I ask if I need to do it online? She said "mmmm uuhhh" I get annoyed cause it was like 10 seconds of us just staring at each other... so then I'm like "or can do it in store and sync them up later?" She then starts "mmmm uuuhhh I think" like what??? lol yes or no ? If You know know ? Just say you don't know and go find someone who knows. I was ecstatic to find two dresses for $10 and $40 both marked down from $60. There's always great sales here but they aren't marked very well so find a price reader located throughout the store and price your items. You might be surprised at the actual cost. There are two locations for checkout - the checkout near the women's section is usually packed so take a short walk over to the men's and checkout rather quickly. read more

The Kohl's in Pasadena, TX gave me a used, returned toaster with someone else's prior receipt in the box....their excuse was "it must have fell through the cracks"... Manager told me to come and get a new one. UGH! Gas to go back to store is more expensive than the toaster! read more

Alright, so I have been to this Kohl's at least 10 times in the past couple of years and I have to say that this store stands out from not only other department stores but also from other Kohl's stores that I've been to. The store is always clean and the clothes and items seem to kept in good order. I have enjoyed shopping at Kohl's for quite a few years, but I prefer this store even though it is not the closest to me. read more

I love this place! They always have sales and their Clearance racks are always constantly being stocked. The parking lot is big, but it will be crowded at times, so get ready to walk. But you will find a space with no problem. It's just a matter of caring how close you are to the entrance. read more

You walk into a store expecting to find clothing that you can purchase with clear pricing and people waiting to serve you. This location is NOT that store! First of all the store is always a mess, it's so disorganized and crowded that it's hard to find what you're looking for. Second, everything is labeled "Sale!", but I don't know what the sale is because half of the digital price displays are blank. They have these nifty little scanners mounted around the store to tell you the price, but they're disconnected. So I give up and assume I'm paying full price for the shirt I selected. Except that there's no cashier! There's only a girl at the service desk waiting on a big line (only there is no actual line, it's more like a mob). The other bank of cash registers has 8 people in "line". The manager walking around doesn't acknowledge all of the people standing around glaring at him. Overall a terrible experience! read more

This Kohls is a hot mess! It is ALWAYS soooo disorganized, you can't find correct pricing, bathroom is always dirty, associates (if you can find one) are rude, half of the price checkers are broke!
