After some less than stellar service at my local Men's Wearhouse, I was sent a voucher to make up for their mistakes. I took said voucher to two of the closest MW to me and neither one seemed to know how to redeem it. They both told me to do it online which ended up not working. I took it to this location and the wonderful staff here took the time to figure it out and order the suit I requested. When the suit was delivered, not only was it not a suit, it was the most hideous plaid sports coat that wasn't even my size. Needless to say, I went back and they were super apologetic. They once again had to call customer service and fix the problem. This time they had it delivered to the store first. My suit finally came and since I had no immediate need for a suit, they said I can come back anytime and have it altered. Though Men's Wearhouse as a whole has been dropping the ball alot lately, this particular location did their absolute best to make it right. Terrible customer service terrible experience! Our experience here was awful from start to finish. We waited 3 hours for our fitting. In addition to that, the associate kept asking us for the details of our rental despite that already being planned out by the bride and groom. It is not the customer's responsibility to know what the bride requested as far as colors and details. When we arrived to pick up our rental it was of no surprise that it was wrong and would not be ready until Friday the day of our event. No apology, no accountability! If you are planning on renting suits for idk say groomsmen's for a wedding don't expect them to take into consideration how important of a day that is and how much money goes into it and expect them to make sure that the color selection that was made is the correct color. I have 7 groomsmen, 6 of which have navy blue suits and the 7th showed up and his suit was black. They said that they would have it resolved, here I am hours from the wedding starting and I call just to be put on hold to be ignored because of their insolence. The fact that I have to be writing a review to make sure other people are aware of the incompetency of this location or Mens Warehouse in general on my wedding day is hysterical. read more

Service was non existent. No friendly attitude.... The Two workers were on their phones. Had to finally ask for help... But manager woman was too busy with another customer who came in much after we did. We stood at register for over 5 minutes until she came over. Then she overcharged us which did not improve her attitude. She took no responsibility and blamed the computer for error that she should have known. Price was changed in computer but not on the garments. Duh. Not going back there. read more

I am here to pick up suit pant alteration- and they have been barely done. I waited two weeks and nothing basically has been done. I am totally disappointed. So now I guess I have to wait another two weeks for these pants. Great just Great. It's a nice store, small over all to be honest. There was not a wide selection of colors I wanted. It was all older men I guys lots of lawyer or retired man looking shirts. That met had some nice looking blue jeans there but I ended up getting 3 Calvin Klein shirts for 69$ not had at all. Wished they had more colors to pick from. Same deal with the ties. The little girl was great and very helpful finding the size but I was a little shocked she couldn't toe a tie either. The ties and bow ties are 50$ each so I was a little disappointed or I would have gotten both. read more

If zero Stars was available, that would be their rating! Worst company ever! The wedding got postponed to a later date, the next time visiting my sizes were all the same so they resent my order, or so we thought! I called 5 days before the wedding to check on the status of my order I was informed the suit would arrive a few days before the date. 3 days later I was informed my order was never sent, and they had no idea where my suit was! Trying to resolve this problem, I was resized and put for a next day delivery but my pants would be baggy and I'd have to wear them up to my belly button. " This is how they're supposed to fit" is what I was told. They staff ignored my calls to check on my order handing the phone to someone else 4 times the night before the wedding because my suit still hadn't arrived. I had to search department stores and buy what I could. I was able to buy everything I needed for less than the rental suit price. The day of the wedding I received a call, my suit had arrived 1 hour before the wedding! I received and upset attitude when I informed them I would need a full refund. The Pasadena TX location messed up 2 other customers orders during this whole ordeal. I will never again return to ANY Men's Wearhouse and deter any customers from going through this, with this company. They didn't even offer a gift card, store credit, any sort of compensation for the panic this left me in as an effort to make it right and not lose a customer for life! This store is run so inefficiently. We waited 3 hours to get fitted 2 weeks before prom. We picked up the tux 2 days before prom. They claim they have a perfect fit! The pants were too tight and too short, the jacket was too tight. We ordered a black vest, we got a gray one. We ordered a bow tie, we got a normal one. After another 2 hours at the store, we are told we may not get what we ordered because it's prom time. NO SHIT!!!!! That's what we ordered ours for. I bought pants for my groomsmen here and had them fitted on Saturday. The assistant manager said the hemming of the pants usually takes about "10 minutes" but they were slammed for water Sunday. I said I would return on Tuesday to pick up the pants. On Tuesday the pants were not ready yet. I returned on Friday and the pants were not finished. In fact, the pants could not even be found in the store. My wedding is tomorrow, I don't have any pants for my groomsmen; and now I'm spending time getting pants all over again instead of doing other necessary errands. I would not recommend anyone to use the tailoring service, or shop here due to the employees not being able to track down clothing that was left in store. Also I would like to note that the assistant manager said the cost of hemming was $22.00; which I paid because I didn't want to have any issues. However that's the cost of hemming and a permanent crease. Be aware of all charges, get them itemized, because they will not explain them to you. read more
