They offering to clean windows, vacuum, tire pressure etc. They also offer free soda and snacks in their waiting area. I'd like to shout out some stellar employees. The worst part is I have never even been to this location for service. I tried addressing the issue with the assistant manager, but instead of taking accountability or helping resolve the problem, she was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. A mistake like this can seriously affect a vehicle's value and history, so the lack of urgency and customer care was unacceptable. I expect businesses handling vehicle records to pay attention to details and properly correct their mistakes. Very disappointing!

They work that they did probably cause damage to my transmission, they either pounded in my CV axle or forced it in some way or another, because it's chipped, which means there's most likely metal shaving in the transmission oil. I have to flush out my transmission oil. It did hold for a year though. But I'm upset that I thought I had the problem fixed & now it is not, & I have to fix their mistakes. Which I now have to pay for again. I'm currently at another shop hoping that they can undo the damage that Jason's caused to my transmission. We went back to have them change our head gasket and back windshield wiper blade. Their quote price was about $1,000 cheaper than other places in Rexburg. We thought we got a great deal. They were quick and very friendly. Unfortunately, we went to a Subaru dealership about 8 months later because the front passenger airbag was recalled (2007 Outback with no accidents). They told us our head gasket is leaking. How can this happen when it wasn't even a year old? Now we're possibly spending another $3,000 or so to get it changed or we'll just have to junk it since we've already put way too much in it. It's very disheartening since we trusted Auto Aspects. Also, when we got our car back after taking it to them, our back windshield wiper was misaligned. We took it back and they fixed it, but it's still frustrating that it wasn't done correctly the first time. Update: I read the comment from Auto Aspects. They are correct, we were within our warranty. However, why would I return to a place when it wasn't done correctly the first time? We took it to the Subaru dealership instead. We trust the dealership's knowledge of or specific car and now we will only be taking our vehicles to dealerships. Lesson learned!

I went in today to have them checked and the manager refused to even check my tires because I didn't have a "warranty booklet". I called the original shop I purchased the tires from and they've never even heard of that. They said they've performed warranties on this brand of tires before and all that's required is proof of purchase and proof of rotations completed. The manager went on to belittle me by saying "doesn't that just make sense though" in front of other customers after I simply explained I didn't know I needed a booklet to warranty tires as it was my first time doing so. He later just sneered and walked away when I told him I had the original purchase documents if that helped. Very rude and I would never recommend dealing with this place.
