Was on a quick trip, and needed to stop quickly for some food. Walked in and already knew the food would be great by the sight of the dessert cases! We were sat and told the waitress the food needed to be to go and she put our order right in. She packed up the two best desserts for me. Food came out quickly, and hot and smelled amazing. Best part was finding out it was run by the father who just passed the restaurant to his daughter, but he still stays to keep an eye on things.

We were in Liberty NY for a concert at Bethel Woods. There were fast food options but decided on the diner instead. Coffee was hot, fresh and delicious. Service was quick and attentive we probably should have specified cinnamon French toast but the challah French toast was delicious. A side of bacon and home fries. Everything arrived perfect temp taste was pretty delicious! The decorations made me think every day was a holiday! The case of homemade cheesecake and cakes looked tempting but decided to pass! Will definitely stop again!

We got there late after a tournament and it was still pretty busy. The wait staff was attentive with multiple staff stopping by as they passed through the dining area. The food was cooked well and the table next to me had rave reviews of a number of items. The crepes looked fabulous. The old Greek diner I expected was eclipsed by the quality staff, but held on to the fair prices and good food I'd been expecting. The dish I ordered itself was fantastic, the picture is only half the portion as it was huge but it was good the second day as well. The NY style cheesecake was also fluffy and delicious but had to wait until late night as I was too full from dinner to have it at the diner.

We stopped in by happenstance as we were passing through....and wow -- so glad we did!!! Everything was outstanding. Delicious coffee. I had an omelette, my one daughter got a buffalo chicken wrap, my other daughter got a chicken BLT wrap and we ordered pumpkin French toast to share...so tasty. Friendly service and clean, nostalgic diner. Highly recommend.

It's amazing how we always find these local diners and small restaurants that consistently knock the ball out of the park and I see this after my first trip here. We were headed up to Rochester and wanted a place for a quick breakfast, not fast food. They are right off HWY 17 and within a minute we were here. Plenty of parking and there were plenty of cars here. Walked in and immediately greeted at the door and brought over to our booth (as requested.) This is a lovely diner with plenty of booth seating and a separate dining room with tables. Within seconds are very lovely waitress stopped by for drinks then the order. Egg sandwiches can out quickly and exactly how we ordered them. (As I said before, that doesn't always happen.). Coffee was good, hot and plentiful. I definitely recommend the Liberty Diner and look forward to our next visit here. KUDOs to the team at the Liberty diner.

Stopped back for dinner on the way through. Great attentive service and had a wonderful Cuban Panini "new" to the menu.

Traveling through, my husband & I enjoyed a delicious lunch at Liberty Diner. The portions were large and we could have easily split a meal. The Mediterranean Panini was delicious with the sweet potato fries I've had in quite awhile. My husband enjoyed the Mega Beef Melt. We both had leftovers for an additional full meal. Our server was friendly and attentive. Interior decor was that of an old diner but exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. Easy on/off expressway. Ample off street parking.

A motorway emergency brought my family to this diner at a late hour, when all other non-fast-food eateries were closed. It was still bustling, signalling this place's popularity. The whole place gave off a warm air of home dining experience. The portions were unmistakably generous"diner" sizes! My vegetarian panini was delicious; I only ate half of it and the other half became next morning's breakfast. My son wolfed down his chicken sandwich. The only blemish was in husband's shrimp and avocado salad: the shrimps were undercooked. I took a few home and microwaved them to perfection the next day :-). Their fries were surprisingly nice - crispy on the outside while fluffy on the inside. The bathroom was pristine. We pass through Liberty on occasion, and sometimes even make a special trip to go antique shopping. Very happy to have discovered this culinary option!

The waitstaff here was absolutely lovely -- Our waitress shared how years ago she worked at a local camp and as we sat, counselors from the camp (including our son) were treated so well! The waitstaff seemed to know many who were coming in - and loads of locals were engaging easily. It's a diner so the fare is normal diner stuff -- I had the chicken salad plate with potato salad and cole slaw. My husband and son both had paninis. Everything came out at good speed and was solidly good. The diner was bright and had good lighting which yes, did make a difference in the experience.

They are trying to charge New York City prices for local food, which is not that great to begin with.

McDonalds is another chain with the same business model from location to location. The only thing…read morethat really changes here may be some food changes for specials, location and staff. This is another wonderful, very modern, McDonalds. For this reason my reviews will remain the same from location to location with small exceptions. My wife and I along wit anfriend and some students were headed to Corning, NY for a conference, and definitely needed some breakfast and this was the perfect place to stop. These "right off the parkway" locations usually have very busy drive throughs and a smaller dining area. Great job by the McDonalds team keeping their restaurants fresh, bright, very clean, and a fun place to be. I like the new electronic ordering system (Kiosk) which was a nice addition. Even when ordering, a team member asked the customers if they needed any assistance, and walked them through the process. I use the McDonalds app which always seems to give me a hard time. Honestly, I am not a fan of the app and always seem to have a problem.. Like most locations, they had a big parking lot with an easy entrance in and out to the Main Street and back to the parkway. All the food was fresh, hot and tasty. Clearly, McDonalds has developed a good, winning formula. KUDOs to the team at McDonalds and the team who were friendly, warm, courteous and provided exceptional service.

The food was out in a bag with our number on top and even though I asked the server to get it and I was told that they would get to it when they got to it. 6 min later they finally handed it to us and I had to ask for the coffee. Of course the fries and sandwiches were cold. I wanted to go back in but my better half told me it's not worth it. She's usually right! lol. I will say the store is very clean and the bathrooms were clean.

Once you enter through the…read moredoor and you set foot onto the restaurant you're immediately taken back a few decades - and I mean that with my greatest respect. When you're here you know what you're going to get out of the establishment. We were given seats at the bar promptly, we were served water early and were asked for our orders at a timely manner. Everyone behind the counter was helpful to us. As I admired their work it was easy to see how Tilly's has remained a local favorite. The continuous boots on the ground - foot traffic of bussing tables, serving food, taking orders - was all calculated chaos. At the heart of it all was the food that came at a reasonable time and the conversations you had with local neighbors and customers who sat near you. The French toast was delicious, not too sweet but the syrup was aplenty. The omelette was seasoned well, packed with flavor. However the potatoes were serviceable at best. The Tilly's Waitress Special was the quintessential breakfast meal. Tilly's left us satisfied and full

We ordered the blueberry double-stacked pancakes (which the waitress sweetly put a smiley face on), a side of bacon, and a few omelettes- with bacon and cheese and another with sausage. Both came with home fries. Everything was hot, filling, and exactly what you want from a classic diner breakfast. The bacon was a standout! crispy and delicious (had to order an extra side). Coffee for the grown-ups and a hot cocoa rounded things out perfectly. Friendly service, comforting food, and those little touches like the smiley face on the pancakes made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. A great spot for a relaxed breakfast.
