The flavor was good. This is a place to get small plates. Service was friendly and prompt. My only thing is have an option for a sirloin steak. The best thing on the menu was yellow tail.

Originally we were at Jonah's Fish and Grits when we were told they don't serve alcohol and to partake alcohol at nearby Liam's, so well, we did just that. While we waited to be called in for our reservation, we went to the bar at Liam's and had a drink each. I had Maker's Mark neat, my companions had beer and a pair of cocktails whose names escape me. We had great service and the drinks were done right. Honestly I think the only thing I can say anything negative of is the décor. They had a cat that looked high that completely creeped me out as I drank.

This place is special. I can't adequately explain it...you have to feel it for yourself, but Rhonda has just really "hit" it. The drinks were amazing, the staff were lovely and seemed genuinely happy to be there themselves; we felt instantly welcomed and at home. We had a drink, circled the town and returned for dinner and more drinks. The pork shank was delish and the corn fritters...amazing. I hear the menu changes weekly and I imagine it's all wonderful. Specials thank you to the Becca's (tall and small) for their hospitality and drink design. This is a must do. Thanks you Liam's.

Came here for my sister's graduation, it was a nice place to sit, relax, and chat after a hectic day. The food came out in a timely manner so that was a plus too. I didn't enjoy the veal that I ordered but everything else was delicious, especially the Whole Shebang Charcuterie Board. Keep in mind that this place serves items that are small plates to share!

The Food Was Fabulous I Will Never Go Back. I had 1 beer (a delicious breakfast stout), one 10 oz Porkchop and half a cup of mashed potatoes. With taxes and tip it cost me $40. Service and ambiance were nice. The food was fantastic. There was embarrassingly little of it. Bread while I waited, a salad and the volume of a medium potatoe would have completely changed my experience. After dinner I walked around the corner to the pool hall for a PBR and a couple of chili dogs to muster the strength to go back to the hotel and sleep.

I used to travel to Thomasville a bit for work and would always love stopping by Liam's for a nice after work happy hour. We decided to make a weekend trip to really enjoy the town. I was shocked when we found out they have happy hour on Saturday's from 5-7pm!! That's unheard of! We had some pre-dinner drinks here. They have a to die for old fashioned that's only $8 during HH. We ended with Eagle Rare on a gentleman's cube with a twist and it was only $6! I'm blown away and can't wait to come back already! We sat at the bar & really enjoyed the dark but sexy vibes of the lounge area. Highly recommend!!!

This spot is our favorite retreat! The specialized cocktails and exceptional bar menu are unmatched! The charcuterie tray is like none other in the area! Shout out to both Bruce & Graham! Top notch bar tenders with on point attention to detail and recommendations, when requested!

Thursday evening. Rainy day outside, warm and inviting inside. We've been here before and the…read moreambiance here makes the new place by the interstate just another place. Here is where we go for that special occasion. Tonight Carson was our waiter and he has years working here for Drew (Alas absent tonight), Savour's owner. Carson knew the menu cold along with favorite recommendations. Drinks were excellent and they have a great wine list (although the "by the glass" list was pretty short). We elected to split the Wedge salad (trust me it's more than enough for a $3 up charge) and had the Whipped Feta Cheese with Pita to go with the salads. Charcuterie board was not on the menu tonight. Since Christmas is around the corner and a Prime Rib looms, we elected to forgo steaks. Carson described the Scallops and the description matched the dish exactly. Four big scallops with a great sauce mounded on a bed of fresh corn and (sorry I didn't see what else was there). I had the fresh fish (blackened Flounder) in a New Orleans spicy sauce and rice (I'm not doing this justice). Carson advised this was spicy and it was. It was out of this world. A home run by the Chef (please come out some evenings and say hi - and take a bow). Dessert was a Lava cake with ice cream, one of 4 desserts offered tonight. Trust me, if you like gooey chocolate (like having a chocolate soufflé), this was the keeper. Service was impeccable. We missed Drew welcoming his guests but his team has been there a long time and were quick seating us. Carson was everything you could ask for in a waiter. Fully knowledgeable about the food (he started in the kitchen years ago), checked back often, staged the timing perfectly (how rare is that!) and we are sure to ask for him again. A great evening and the rain had stopped by the time we were leaving. Of course we will be back.

A couple of regulars were sat next to us and told us to get the bruschetta oysters, which I'm sure the servers/bartenders will try to sell you on it. But honestly, just listen it's a great dish! Given that it was graduation weekend, we tried to give them some grace--but by the time we left, we were still hungry and pretty frustrated. After being seated, it took over 15 minutes for our server to take our drink order. She did mention she needed a few minutes, but 15+ felt excessive. Our appetizers even came out before my parents' wine arrived. We ordered the lamb meatballs and deviled eggs--both were just okay, but overall lacked flavor. Our apps arrived around 7:45 PM, and we placed our entrées shortly after. During the long gap between apps and dinner, we witnessed a few tense interactions between the host who seated us and our server. The host came across as very abrupt and rude, and honestly, we felt for our server in that moment. Our entrées didn't arrive until around 9 PM. While our server stopped by a few times to apologize and say the food would be out soon, we noticed multiple tables who were seated after us receiving their meals first--which was frustrating, especially as we were getting really hungry. We were close to leaving when our food finally arrived. The French onion soup had virtually no flavor--it was so disappointing I didn't eat it. I mentioned it to the server, and while she apologized, it wasn't removed from the bill despite clearly being untouched. The risotto was fine but again lacked flavor. The only somewhat enjoyable dish was my brother's chicken pesto, but even that came out room temperature. Overall, it was a disappointing experience--especially for what was supposed to be a celebratory dinner.

There was a standard menu given to us along with specials for the evening. Also notes were wine specials and a decent wine list. Two in our party enjoyed a Pinot Grigio and a Sauvignon Blanc and exclaimed good quality. For starters we got fresh bread that was accompanied by seasoned olive oil and an herbed butter. We also had the flash fried artichokes; recommended these 100%. There were little strips of red bell peppers mixed in and note, when I say "flash fried" I'm talking a lite dusting of a flour batter and super lite fry...no grease. Dinner entrees consisted of the birthday boy ordering the filet, au gratin potato and asparagus. Three of us had the flounder that had tomato confit, artichoke, hearts palm, olives and mandarin oranges. The filet was cooked perfect and extremely tender with the sides paired perfectly. The flounder was exceptional and no plate was left with a morsel to be seen! The dessert menu was hard to choose from but we settled on brownie with sauce and vanilla ice cream and the raspberry cheesecake. Add in a couple of after dinner coffees/espresso the meal was perfect. This restaurant is small but not elbow small. A few tables outside for nice weather occasions and a small bar to seat 3-4 people. Aiden was our server and he did an awesome job; efficient, attentive without being overly hovering with a great sense of humor. We will be back!
