The crew that did the demolition and construction were excellent. They took out everything, including the footers and poured new footers. All of the wood under the deck was pressure treated. We went with TimberTech material for the new deck. The construction crew was very experienced and meticulous in laying out and building the new deck. Everything is straight, well spaced and level. There was nothing they did that I felt could be done better. I would recommend the work crew very highly. The quality of their work was exceptional. The only issue we had was with communications from the office. We occasionally had problems finding out if the crew was going to work on a particular day, or if they were waiting for material (for example). All-in-all, a good experience and a good deck.

He fixed the light above our kitchen sink that hadn't worked for a long time. And the light in our refrigerator was acting like a strobe light. He placed some tape over the button that controls that light so now the light doesn't go on when we open the fridge but I'm glad that the flickering has stopped! Also, he noticed that the kitchen faucet had a weak water flow on the "stream" setting. He told me what to do to get it back to normal. I really appreciated that help. I was tired of having to use the "spray" setting all the time. Overall I'm very happy with the work Minde did and also happy with his fee. I originally wanted a Doric-style column, but they recommended a rectangular column using a durable PVC-type material (used for piping) and even reduced the price. I was hesitant, but it turned out to be the right call. They completed the job in one day and the house looks noticeably upgraded. Afterward, I noticed some movement in the railing slats. They explained it's normal since the railing is custom fabricated on site (not one solid piece), and similar to others in the neighborhood. Still, they came back out and glued them at no charge, and now everything feels solid. The finished look is beautiful--neighbors have already asked for referrals. Professional, responsive, and stood behind their work. Would recommend.

Our home has teak trim and architectural features. Many of the surfaces that get a lot of sun exposure needed work. Indy came out, evaluated what needed to be done, and Teak Master promptly sent an estimate. The senior crew supervisor was Indy, and our crew consisted of Andres, Arturo, Samuel, Abidan, and Juan. They were here for three days, sanding and refinishing the teak. As an example of their attention to detail, my wife has a lot of potted plants on the patio. It was no surprise that they moved all the potted plants out of the way. The surprise came at the end, when Indy took out his phone, looked at the photo he had taken three days earlier, and directed the crew as they put every plant back in its original position! Nobody else has ever done that. And, on the day the trash was collected, I left the barrels on the driveway, to give the crew more room in the side yard. After they left, the barrels were back where they belong. It's the little things. Although Indy and I had examined the house in advance to determine the scope of work, as they were wrapping up Indy looked at the garage doors and pointed out that after refinishing the other areas, the doors looked a bit shabby.
