We LOVE Tina and Henry! My mom and I have been going here for over a year now and we will never go anywhere else. They are thoughtful, kind, and pay fine attention to detail. Walked in and had the extremely good luck of being able to be seen. These guys are busy!! Which says a lot in my opinion! I got my very first set of acrylics two months ago and have only ever been to the salon I first went to. As a nail newbie, I have never been too sure what to expect and kind of just went with the flow, but after three fills at the first place, and never really being happy with my nails, I was fed up. So I decided to try Lexy's and I am soo glad I did! Tahn(spelling?) was my nail tech. She was very friendly, didn't mind all my silly questions, and listened to what I wanted. She spent more time on my fill than I ever got at the other place, not because she was slow, but because she paid attention to detail and was very thorough! She never made me feel like I was stupid or unwelcome or taking up her time. All the customers that came in during my time were welcomed by name and greeted warmly. I think that for a nail salon they have the worst customer service ever they don't acknowledge the customers as they are working on them never spoke a word to the customer. I am a caregiver to a semi non verbal person and they didn't even attempt to say hello to her. So I have a mixed review of this place. The place is nice, efficient, the lady who helped me was named Tina. She was amazing. The massage with pedicure was incredible. I haven't had a manicure or pedicure for years as I pour myself into my job and child. I was excited and chatting with Tina. It wasnt excessive or loud. I apologize. This pic was supposed to go with Fancy Nails who did a terrible job. We made an appointment for pedi and Acrylics. They used acrylic powder and gel polish then charged us for gels. Mine were lifting and yellowed the next day. They admitted we wanted acrylics and they used gel. Their reason... "Gel makes them shiny". They said the lifting was grow out. In 1 day. They said we fix 3 nails. By the end of the week 1 nail tip fell off. Don't trust them. Don't waste your time or money. 1 star for a good pedi. I get pedicures at this salon and I love them. A pedicure includes a spa foot soak in a massage chair. They include a parafin wax foot dip and 15 min leg massage (my favorite part). My toe nails are always perfectly done and feet soft :) read more

I have been having problems with my nails lately, so I went in and asked the young woman at the shop what I should do. She examined them disinterestedly and asked me what I wanted her to do; I don't know, I replied, you're the expert. She finally settled on a solution and she had me take a seat and wait for someone to be able to help me (had a sign that said "walk-ins welcome"). Had two, adorable fluffy dogs who both started snarling and glaring at me. I asked if they would bite me as the aggressive growling increased. The young woman gave me annoyed looks as she moved the dogs about, but not out of the room. (Mind you, I'd been making friendly noises at the dogs, which appeared to set them off.) The other patrons gave me looks of sheer contempt. I contemplated my outfit, hair, etc. All should have been okay, but I am round, and that's enough for plenty of people to treat me with rude dismissal, despite my being pretty darned friendly. You'd pretty much have to pay me real money to go back there. I never got the chance to find out if they were any good at doing nails. read more

I surprised my friend with a pedicure, her and I had never been to this particular salon before but we both LOVED it! The layout is nice and cozy and it feels warm and relaxing. The staff is friendly but there are a few teenagers that hang around that are pretty unprofessional. However! I will definitely be going back! The pedicure lasted about 50 minutes, they do a silicone dip for your feet (it's awesome) and they massage your legs and feet for about 20 minutes, amazing! Definitely give Lexy's a try! read more
