Had a fantastic experience on the my wife's purchase not long ago and I was about to look at purchasing another Lexus . The second dealing was very bad and disappointing experience. The general manager and principle called it poor communication but they were just protected themselves ,never did hear from owner about my concerns after multiple emails . I had to deal with general manager because my salesperson (who was terrific was away) . I have bought many new cars over the years and this experience was one of the worst if not the worst. Ended up buying my LC500 out of Quebec and had it shipped to edmonton and it was still cheaper and a way better experience . Just saying at this time you have a 50/50 chance of a good experience with this dealership . I have talked to Lexus Canada and they should hear from them , I never have . Do you homework with this dealership and be careful who you deal with . I will report back once I use their service department hopefully that manager knows what he is doing better than the others ,there is only two dealerships in Edmonton and the other is on the other side of the city so I will see how its run .Wish me luck read more

Excellent service, and the price is the same as everywhere else. They have serviced our Lexus and Toyotas too! The staff always recognize me & are very caring, friendly & efficient. Once I came on a cold day to pick up my car after a winter tire changeover. The service adviser noticed the blazer I was wearing was too light for the cold day, and asked for my permission to go start my car for me & bring it near the front door to warm up a little so I wouldn't be cold. If just in for an oil change, I have waited for my vehicle in the upper Luxury Lounge area. They have complimentary snacks & beverages, are very welcoming to dogs, have a full body massage chair with heat or you can book a manicure or pedicure while you wait for your car (no charge). read more

Honestly, Lexus of Edmonton is the best and sets the highest standard for car dealerships in Edmonton. I've been a loyal client of theirs since 2011 when I purchased my IS 250 from them. All the numerous maintenance and oil change appointments I've been to have also reinforced my opinion that they are the best and there's a reason everyone keeps giving them 5/5 stars. More recently, I went in with my husband to purchase a new vehicle and trade in my baby. From start to finish, the process was pleasant and dare I say fun?! Let me explain. Our salesman, Sam M. (who I also happen to know outside of Lexus), was honest, friendly and worked hard to make sure we left happy with the deal we had in mind. I can't recommend him enough! Lexus of Edmonton prides themselves on transparency and customer service and it's so refreshing to see. Even when we were discussing numbers for trade-in value of my other Lexus, Sam made sure to show me what the current listing price is for my car on Autotrader and then broke down the numbers about how much the dealership charges to resell the car so there aren't any surprises. For finance, we dealt with Juliana and Rob. Rob was friendly and great to work with too! When we picked up our vehicle, the lovely lovely Laura (product specialist) was there to give us a personal tour of our new car and explain all the features for us with patience and enthusiasm. In between all this, the other employees at Lexus are quick at smiling, greeting you, opening doors and catering to your needs. Water? Beer? Wine? Coffee? Perhaps a croissant sandwich or dessert? They got it all.... Even some ahhhhhh-mazing massage chairs. We always left the dealership not only full and hydrated, but happy again that we were able to remain loyal to Lexus of Edmonton. Ok, this is my 500th review! It needed to be something special, and well, this review is a long time coming and definitely something special... I bought my Lexus about a year and a half ago. I waited until I had it for at least a year so I could speak of the entire Lexus Of Edmonton experience, including going back for the 1 year maintenance. To begin with, the entire process of finding the "right" vehicle, dealing with the sales guys and making the decision was so amazing - I knew I needed the SUV because I have so much gear to haul around all the time. I also knew I didn't want a brand new vehicle because I wanted to keep my monthly payments down. I wanted leather heated seats (because come on now, it's Northern Alberta!) and a few other requirement. The guys in the sales department (huge shout out to Ian and Matt) had me test drive the exact model I was looking for, for a weekend, so I knew that yes - this was the one. Then they kept a close eye out for one that had everything I wanted to a tee. When one that fit the bill came Ian called me and that was that! They really listened to what I wanted and needed, and were very patient with me, not pushing me into something more then I wanted, nor something that was less that might of been easier on their part. Financing was also a breeze. I dealt with Cecilia and she is just lovely. She explained everything to me, was patient but very efficient and took care of so much. I really thought it would have been much harder and a lot more to do. Then the day I drove it off the lot their was another wonderful woman that spent well over an hour with me to help me get my phone hooked up to the blue-tooth, how to change a tire, how to work the dashboard computer, and everything else I would need. I would have been lost without the help. Then cut to a year later, the big 1 year maintenance: it was easy to book in, they gave me a free courtesy vehicle so I could go to meetings, then when I got back, wow - they have an area upstairs with TVs, leather couches, a nail spa, massage chairs, free wifi and complementary beer and wine! I love this place! I kind of just want to go and hang out there... don't be surprised if you go in, if you see me just working away in the waiting lounge! I went in today to grab some info about the CT200H after running around in a hoodie and jeans all day doing errands. They guys were great! I forget the name of the gentleman who was helping me (Zach, maybe?) but even as a young looking female who was not dressed her part, I was welcomed and given all the info I wanted with little pressure as I said I was just doing some comparisons prior to the car show. I'm not a fan of the car-buying process. The phoney friendliness, the necessary-yet-unpleasant back-and-forth negotiation and the feeling that, despite your best efforts, you're still getting screwed in the end. As such, I've always approached this activity with a very adversarial attitude ... but no longer! My wife & I were looking for an SUV / CUV to replace an aging, not-very-useful yet remarkably reliable Toyota Celica. We luckily ran into Gordon, a younger sales representative at the dealership and he was very quickly able to discern exactly what the important criteria in a vehicle were for us. The selection was quickly narrowed down to an RX-350 with a specific options package but sadly there was nothing on the lot that was an exact match. Now here's where it gets interesting: instead of attempting to push a less-than-optimal (for us) vehicle on us, he committed to finding us an RX that was a perfect fit -- and he had no problem letting us leave without asking for any further commitment. Over the next two months (yes, TWO MONTHS) he texted occasionally with potential vehicles. Let me be clear that this wasn't a constant, invasive communication: there were only a handful of texts, and only when a vehicle was a match with what we were looking for. Finally, the day arrived when the exact vehicle came into the shop. We received a text and the next way we went to look at it. The RX was indeed what we were looking for, and the starting price was quite fair, although it was more than we had budgeted. My wife and I explained this to Gordon, and he really, genuinely worked with his sales manager to get us the vehicle for a price that was palatable to both us and the dealership. It was a minimal-stress, almost pleasant process, and we're absolutely delighted with the car. It doesn't stop there: the after-sales service and customer care has thus far been superlative. We couldn't be happier with our new vehicle, with Lexus of Edmonton and especially with Gordon. When it comes time for our next car we'll be certain to give Lexus first crack at it. read more

For those Lexus owners or thinking to become ones. Lexus of Edmonton client service is top notch. I have been there for over four years now and the car service has been constantly good. The car drop off is on time and the loaners are ready so there is no delay in the dealing and you can actually continue your day. The service desk is prompt and cordial. Before picking up the car, I receive a call letting me know that car is ready so I know car is ready for pick up . I consider the service very professional and respectful. The waiting area is very comfortable and they offer coffee, water, and so so pastries. Newspapers are ready : it is a great experience and you feel your car is in good hands. I haven't had a major work on my car yet so I can't opone on the costs or service on those matters. read more

I started going to this Dealership when I moved to Edmonton in 2012. Excellent service both in the car sales area and in service/parts. Prices for parts and service are actually quite reasonable. I had the 4 tire sensors replaced, all in cost for parts and labour was less than most tire shops wanted just for the sensors, then there was install in addition. The level of care is far better than mot car dealerships. Even though the car I have now I bought before moving to Edmonton they treat me just as good as if I have bought it from them. Even provide a courtesy vehicle when the car is in for work. I would definitely recommend this Lexus Dealership. read more

We finally decided on buying a Lexus in December 2020. We met with Connor Bergersen when we came into the dealership. He came across as a nice young fellow, eager to listen to where we had already been, what we had test drove to that point, what our main concerns were with different vehicle makes, and what we wanted to learn about the Lexus. He was quick to offer a test drive, and seemed very knowledgeable about the different models, and trim options. He came with us for our first test drive, and was able to point out all of the options, and answer questions we had about the vehicle. Following this test drive, we decided to go back to re-drive a couple other manufactures, and eventually came back to Lexus. Conor was very eager to help us right through to the final negotiation, purchase and vehicle delivery. Going into a used car dealership can be a somewhat intimidating experience, especially for a single woman into the transaction by herself.  I've had very negative experiences at numerous used car dealers (large and small) and am very skeptical and leery of salespeople using manipulative tactics to overcome my objections and to dismiss my concerns. Combined with financial pressure for a single parent, I often despise the pressure tactics used.  I must admit that I was expecting the same from this dealership and was most pleasantly suprised with the sales team.  I worked with my sales rep, Justin, and the sales manager, Sebastian, and they worked relentlessly to help me work out a deal on my Toyota Rav 4 that was more than reasonable. Recognizing that I was haggling prices for a used car at a high end dealership, the dealership never made me feel small nor did they ever make me feel like I had no business being there because I wasn't purchasing one of their amazing, luxury vehicles.  Having tons of questions about the car buying process, Justin was responsive, patient, and took my calls even on his days off to take care of a demanding client (me!).  Shout out to Sebastian's team! One of the main things that made me feel confident with their service was their transparency and candour. Most car salesmen are vultures and are looking for any way to scam and fill their wallets. This is why I went to about 12 different dealerships over two years before I landed with Lexus of Edmonton. Zack in the finance office was friendly, understanding, and went over and above to ensure my choices fit my humble budget. What a lovely and bright venue! The cars at this place are beautiful and this is a great place to host an event (which I definitely didn't know they did)! I love the huge windows; it really lightens up the room. The staff didn't seem to enthralled that there was a Yelp event here and they definitely didn't want to chat. Brought my IS350 in for a 16,000 km service. The service was fast and friendly -- just what you would expect from Lexus. What wasn't acceptable was the four days of stress the dealership put me through because someone there forgot to send in the paperwork on the extended warranty I bought when I purchased the car. My first three years of maintenance were supposed to be included with the warranty, instead I was looking at a $235 bill for an oil change. Everything finally got straightened out, but I didn't need all the hassle a couple of weeks before Christmas. read more

Met Jaryd Long here when I was in the market for a new car in January 2018. He was easy-going, informative and available at (what seemed like) all hours of the day for my various questions. I dragged the process out for months because I'm indecisive - but Jaryd stayed patient and was always very pleasant to deal with. I also met GM Matt Miller who was a super nice guy and seemed genuinely interested in my business. The dealership manages to stay welcoming while also not coming off as pushy or giving you the typical "sales, sales, sales" vibe most dealerships do. Now, it's fair to point out that I didn't actually buy a car from here. I ended up going with another car, but that was more due to personal preferences and vanity than the customer service that I received here. Bought a used jeep from them that was in on a trade it. They were very rude. Dicked around with head lights that didnt work. Was told it was a malfunction between when the inspection was done and when I bought it ( less then a months time) THEN found a huge leak which is common problem and they wouldnt do anything about it because it was our of the 30 days. Said it wasnt leaking when they had it which I have been told by many professionals that isnt true and it takes way longer then a month for that bad of leak to develop. Wouldnt even help a little for the cost that it did to fix a problem they should have seen. You sell expensive high end cars think you can dish out the 800 dollars to was to fix it. Helped boost their sales up for the year end was pushed into buying faster so it would count towards the year. Absolute dicks about everything would never recomend coming to them stear clear. read more

Bought a used 2012 RX350 in July 2014. It had winter tires on it, so part of the deal was that they would put new all season tires on it, and put the winters in the rear for when we came to pick it up a week later. We live 2 hours out of town. When we came in to pick it up, the winters were still on it. When I asked about it, they said they forgot, and that I would have to drive back in another day (at my cost) and have the tires put on. I scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks later. While driving into Edmonton 2 weeks later, they called me and said that their shop guy phoned in sick, and they wouldn't be able to do it. Since I wouldn't be able to get back in until the end of September, I told them I would come back in the spring for the tires. Now, I have called in twice asking about the tires, and they have put me through to the manager. Both times I got his voicemail and left messages. He has yet to call me back. I must say that Ive had good experiences at the service department over at the new vehicle side. But the used vehicle side has been a disaster. Also, when we test drove, they said they would pay for our lunch that day if we ended up buying the vehicle. They didn't follow through on that either. I wont buy from them again. read more
