I'm a San Francisco Realtor, and we've worked with Lexie, Ron and their crew on many jobs. Not only are they professional and very good at what they do, they're personable and client focused, and I just love each opportunity we have for them to make our listings look absolutely wonderful. read more

Lexie and Ron are the kindest, friendliest people - and not only will they brighten your windows with excellent, efficient window cleaning , they will brighten your day. They are completely trustworthy and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They are truly wonderful people doing really fine work. I appreciate them so much. read more

Lexie and Ron Just finished a project at our house. They power washed part of the roof, a walkway, the front steps, and the back of the house. Then they cleaned every window in the house including some in strange hard-to-reach places. They are so friendly and reliable and do such an amazing job I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

Ron and Lexie have been taking care of our windows since 2014. They are THE BEST. Wonderful people, wonderful service.

Lexie and Ron have cleaned our windows beautifully for years! We have a 4 story building very tall and complicated and they do a professional job. Easy and joyful to work with. Highly recommend. read more

Caveat: I did not get as far as actually having my windows washed by Lexie. That's because when I called, I was turned off by her extreme rudeness. When asked if she could give a rough estimate over the phone, she was very curt and mockingly said, "No. That's like asking for green shoes. What color of green?" I mean, come on. Is it $50 per window? $5? After multiple years in the business, there is ABSOLUTELY no idea of a rough cost range that you can give me? Please. I called other companies and was immediately given rough estimates over the phone. Ended up agreeing to Just Windows' (phone) quote for $150 to clean 34 windows. read more

I bumped into Lexie coming out of a building -- she with her supplies and I with my groceries. With such a great smile and warm demeanor, I hired her and Ron to wash my apartment windows. Ron and Lexie were incredibly fast, efficient, and delightfully charming. Ron sat on the sill and deftly washed the exterior windows, leaving the interior to Lexie, who always seems to be singing a song. I can't recommend them highly enough! read more

These guys are great. professional & thorough. We got 3 windows cleaned in our 2 bedrm condo apt in soma. 7 stories up with big windows. They did an amazing job! $175 to do the 3 windows along with the tracking. Highly recommend if u need good, professional service. The only advice I would give is agree on the price beforehand. I feel like the original quote we were given on the first day, when we called them back in to say we wanted it done, it was slightly higher. But all in all - I would highly recommend. read more

We couldn't be more pleased with the work of Lexie and her team- they are amazing! We have numerous windows in our third floor apartment, many in awkward positions, and they were fearless in tackling the job. They are a fast and efficient crew, and our windows are now spotlessly clean- I felt like I came home to a new house! Lexie is absolutely charming and a consumate professional. She was very flexible in fitting us into her schedule at the last minute, and the pricing is extremely reasonable. I will absolutely use their services again and highly recommend them. read more

Amazing. Lexie came over right away to provide a quote, was very responsive via e-mail and phone and didn't waste time in setting an appointment and getting the job done. The crew was fantastic - very nice, very professional and I was very comfortable having them in my home. And they put my screens back in the right way after the last time I had them cleaned the previous company put them in backwards. I have sever skylights, high windows, etc. and they did it all gracefully and with a fantastic attitude. I will definitely use them again and have referred them to other people. read more

The work ethic, expertise and abilities that Lexie and Ron bring to every job are notable. And the joy that accompanies them needs mentioning. They truly want to give their very best each and every time. For years now they've transformed my house with each visit. Yesterday they left their mark with not only a clearer view through crystalline windows but a feeling of peace and order restored. They are a mighty team. read more

I found Lexie's Window Cleaning on Yelp! by reading all the great reviews. When I called, Lexie was great to talk with over the phone. Seemed to have a great energy - warm, friendly, direct. Then I met her (for getting the quote) and I could see that I was right about that: She's a really good person with a warm smile. She inspired my confidence. We arranged a time for her team to come over and do the windows on my 1907 Edwardian Home in SF. The windows are the old-style - wood framed and with lots of small, detailed triangle-shaped windows built into the top frame. They are also hard to clean as they are about 40 feet above the street on a sloping street - you can't really get a ladder up there. On the day of the cleaning, the team (Ronald, Malik) arrived right on time (maybe even a few minutes early). They are great guys - friendly, good natured - also good people I could tell immediately. They did a wonderful job. Malik went inside to ensure that there were no leaks during the cleaning process. Ronald did a careful job cleaning each nook and cranny - with Malik's direction as to what spots needed extra attention. Now the windows are really bright and look great. I could not be happier with the outstanding service. Thank you to the whole team! I look forward to next time. read more

Lexie and her company are excellent. I'm a Realtor who's called on Lexie to assist in cleaning windows in preparation for several listings going on the market. She was highly responsive, prompt and reasonably priced. I strongly recommend Lexie's Window Cleaning! read more

I just had my third visit in as many years. This time it was to wash the outside surfaces and windows due to accumulated ash from the NOCAL fires. It was a big, dirty job on this three story corner building. As usual, the work was meticulous. After the job was done the place sparkled. Their work ethic is strong and their standard is high. I'm very grateful to work with this company. read more

I called Lexi yesterday - she came over quickly and priced out the windows in my 6th floor apartment at the Beacon. They came the next day, were early and so friendly! They did the windows inside and out and there is nothing more to say except they look amazing. Better than the day I moved in. Ron, Lim and and Lexie are as good as it gets. Professional service at terrific prices. It took about an hour to get it all done and they brought their gear and cleaned up as though they were never here. If you live in a hi-rise here in the city or any place with windows to be cleaned...call Lexie. They are the best!! read more

The folks at Lexie's are very friendly and professional. The work is excellent. My windows sparkled and my house was left totally untouched by the team coming in. The price, however, was very, very expensive. It was double my previous service and while Lexie's provided external cleaning, for half the price my previous service also included internal service so it was nearly four times the price. Ouch. Also, I received a verbal price that was lower than what the invoice came in at. The invoice also indicated interior and exterior cleaning but the price was only for external. So...excellent cleaning, great team but confused pricing and very expensive. read more

I bought a voucher from living social for $50 for one hour of power washing from Lexi's window cleaning. My mistake was that power washing was not the same as window washing. Duh! I goofed, honest mistake. When I contacted lexi's she was not willing to honor the voucher towards windows...I was willing to pay the difference. I asked a few times and nope, no way... so when I tried to use the voucher for power washing she declined my business. Poor business sense In my opinion. No management skills here, though the job may be done well, I won't know...I'm sure I can find another merchant willing to take my business. I prefer customer service up front, then a good job second, because good customer care is gold to me...if the job is not done up to expectation then a business with good customer service from the start is most likely to make sure the customer is happy. I also found Lexi strange on the phone and rude when I called on a Sunday. read more

We hired Lexies Window Cleaning to clean the windows of our 3rd floor apartment. The good - they were very thorough, kept everything clean, and the windows now look great. The bad - we originally booked for May 8 and they called to say they couldn't come then because it was "mother's day weekend." A bit annoying but we rescheduled for a week later at 9 am. They showed up at our apartment at 7:45 am, 1 hr 15 min early. We were still in our pajamas. Lexie claimed to have called my husband's office and left a voice mail about the time change (nope, no voice mail). When he told her he hadn't gotten a voice mail, then she said that she wasn't able to leave a voice mail because she was stuck in the switchboard (a little hard to believe since she was able to reach us by phone to reschedule the original date). Lexie wasn't very apologetic about arriving so early and made a snotty comment about how she hoped we'd recovered from the "rude awakening." When I got the estimate, Lexie also said they would bring enough people to get the job done in 2 hours (she said they had a large crew), but only two people showed up, and it took them 4.5 hours to get the job done. In the end, the windows look great, which is the most important thing, but I do have the expectation that service providers will arrive on time and stay close to the time estimate. I would probably try another window cleaning service before using them again. read more

Appointments are 2 weeks out. Lexie requires a lot of emails and phone calls to confirm a scheduled appointment. With all this pre-planning you would think Lexie would have the respect to call a customer when over 30 minutes late. Only after I called that I was informed she was running late. Can't have it both way. Expect conformation from customers and not show up on time or call when late. FAiL! read more

I was pleasantly surprised by Lexie and her crew. They were pleasant and professional. They forgot one window, so I couldn't make them a perfect 5 but I wouldn't, personally, even bother with other services. The best part was the price - I was blown away. They spent extra time and didn't ask for extra money. Lexie even walked me through several problems with my windows when we finished. read more

We were in town for a week to clean up and prepare our condo for rental. Lexie was prompt - she sent a technician the day after we called. She came too and set up the work situation, small though it was. Malik did excellent work. He was thorough, a great communicator, and did an excellent job. Lexie runs an honest and professional business. read more

I love washing windows - but not on this house. We're in a multistory building and have terrible access to the outside of our windows. Their prices are reasonable and they show up on time. Lexie and Ron took care of our paint and varnish overspray issues, too. We can see clearly now. Yay. read more

Look, I love nature but I fucking hate my neighbour's tree that keeps dumping leaves all over my patio year-round. It drops leaves faster than I can sweep them up. After years of this vicious cycle, I called up Lexie's Window cleaning and they made the patio nearly brand new! Not only that, but they moved all my heavy patio furniture before the cleaning, replaced everything afterwards -- and left no evidence of their presence by the time they left. The spilled a bit of oil on the courtyard behind my patio, and they didn't leave until they removed every trace of it. It's particularly nice dealing with a business where it seems that the employees are all happy to be there and are treated respectfully. It's great when you find a business like this -- I plan to call them yearly until I manage to get that damn tree chopped down. read more

Excellent excellent service and work. I have never had a window cleaner show up with their own rugs so they protect your floors. They were soo meticulous, and went back over windows they felt weren't perfect. They are professional, nice, price was good, and very trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone. They have a ligh level of customer service and satisfaction. read more

Lexie and her husband arrive at your house, do a fantastic job, take a lot of pride in it, and, if you ask how they work together so well, they'll provide some good, very zen marital advice. For free! (Tip: Sometimes it's best to let your partner just get their way instead of always trying to get yours.) Recommend them highly. read more

Wow! I just had Lexie's Window Cleaning come to my house to perform an hour and a half of pressure washing + cleaning a number of windows. The first hour of my service was covered by a Groupon that I had purchased. Their regular rate is $100 per hour, so I paid $50 or the additional 1/2 hour +$75 for the windows (6 double-hung on two floors). Lexie and I had corresponded by email and phone to set up the appointment. She confirmed with me twice. Very professional. They were absolutely amazing. Ron (one of the owners) and Lem arrived for our appointment -- early! My mother accidentally turned them away and sent them elsewhere (mothers...). In any case, they returned and were so polite and gracious about the mix-up which was entirely out fault. Ron double checked with me about what I wanted washed, asked for a tour of the places to be cleaned, and was careful to explain that my hour did not commence until the actual washing began. How nice is that? They cleaned the green "mold" off of my back steps thoroughly and then moved to take care of my front steps and Victorian entry detail. They finished up by cleaning windows. I can't say enough good things about this company and this team. They are so polite, talented, gracious, and timely! What's not to love? I would recommend them highly, and I plan to use them again. read more

My windows were washed today but it wasn't by Lexie. What a bright, energetic and articulate young woman! She arrived at my apartment within 30 minutes of our phone conversation. She did a thorough walk-through of both my unit and my downstairs neighbor, promising a quote by the end of the day. Four days later and four different excuses produced no estimate, It's possible she just had a bad week and didn't feel comfortable telling the truth about it but it made us all so uneasy because she started so strong. Maybe you will have better luck with her than we did but it was a waste of our time (hers too) and there are so many other contractors to do this work. I highly recommend the Window Doctor. read more

Lem is the bomb!! He's kind, thorough, and so easy to work with. Lexie is also a great supervisor--very communicative, warm, and committed. Thanks Lem and Lexie! read more

AMAZING ! ...says it all! Lexie and her team had HUGE task before them. Because of their work, my Grand Old Lady Victorian paint is so clean it looks freshly painted and all the windows sparkle like crazy! They are very mindful, respectful, cheerful, positive, hardworking, and their work is quality all the way! I am a super happy customer! Thank you Lexie and team! See you next year! read more

One word: amazing. I didn't have an active Yelp account but after the service Lexie and her team provided, I felt compelled to sign in and post a review. They were professional, timely, affordable, and did high quality work. Lexie called me back and scheduled an appointment within 48 hours. I had them do both our upstairs windows as well as power wash our patio. The patio looks as good as new. They were extremely careful and thoughtful while they were here. And Lexie and her team are enjoyable with a smile on their face. Their prices are very competitive as well. I talked to a handful of window cleaners in the area and I am confident that Lexie is the best. We will definitely use again - thanks! read more

Lexie is one of the hardest working people I have experienced after through the process of a massive construction project and clean-up. We are still using Lexie (after having all of our construction cleaning compete) for routine maintenance on our home and her level of service has never wavered. Our home has some very difficult-to-reach windows. Lexie's team was up for the challenge. I am a bit of a neat-freak and I love how clean the team is while in my home...no dirty work boots tramping around. Lexie spends time to work out an accurate (or as close as possible) estimate. She has great follow-up and always makes sure that we are happy with her results. She has photos of our home on file so that if we are discussing a window over email, she can easily identify which window I am referring to. Highly recommend, Lexie and Ron and their team! Not only do they do a great job, they are just kind and normal people also. read more

Lexie was quick with a quote and a great smile. Her team did a super job. All in all a very satisfying interaction. Thanks Lexie!

Lexie and her crew are great! Honest, professional, quick and reasonable. I live on the ground floor of an old building and I am not sure that the windows had ever been cleaned on the outside! Lexie and the crew were fast, efficient and it only cost $90. My windows look absolutely new. I'd also like to say, as so many others have pointed out here, that Lexie is friendly, kind and has the warmest smile you could ever hope to show up at your door. I would highly recommend her and her business. All in all a great experience! Stephanie K (NOPA, SF) read more

We were cleaning a commercial building, getting it ready for rent. We were at the very end of the cleanup and made an appointment for Lexie to give an estimate. She showed up with two of her crew (because one of their favorite restaurants was across the street). They gave a great price and, as it turns out, their timing was just right. We asked if they'd go ahead and clean the windows NOW. They started immediately, right after lunch :-) and did a meticulous job. On top of that, they are some of the friendliest people I've met in quite some time. I'd highly recommend them and look forward to having them clean our windows again. read more

Lexie's was featured on Groupon so I thought I would give them a try. Other than getting off to a bit of a rough start around scheduling and having the right equipment; they were excellent. My back yard patio's brick was covered in green moss - you couldn't see the brick. It looks great now and Lexie and her partners were professional, courteous and eager to please. The one thing I appreciated most was that they actually attended to the cleanup after which typically is not the case so my yard was spotless when they were finished - Highly recommend read more

I decided to have the windows washed before the fam visits for the holiday and am very happy that I chose Lexie and Ron to do the job. Aside from that, they were efficient, thorough, and well priced. Thanks!! read more
