The service needed was two bathrooms and 1 vacant bedroom deep cleaned, plus the exterior of second windows which could be reached from the inside. They completed all of this work in roughly 3 hours, and they made the most of this time, vacuuming and wiping down every surface. At one point I watched as a team member cleaned in the gap between where the hardwood floor and the baseboard should connect, but since it's and older house these had become warped and dirt had gotten between there. In the end all the cleaned areas shined like new. As an added note, we live with two pets, cat and dog and the team was comfortable to work around both animals, who were curious what was going on in the house. I would absolutely hire them again. Updating this review to add further information. I'm so glad that I took time post surgery before…read morereading this... First, the person from the company that responded wasn't even present at my home so I don't know who Eddie is or where he's getting his false and faulty information. We were supposed to have a deep cleaning for a two bedroom two bathroom apartment because I was going to have a major surgery the next day and we wanted to make sure things were clean for my recovery. My mother was not feeling well so we told told them they didn't have to do the master bedroom and bathroom, they only took $40 off for that. They were supposed to arrive at 9:00am, they didn't arrive until approximately 9:30am and then they were asking me to check their work at 10:45am. I had to take pictures and ask for the cleaners to return to at least clean the windows in the one bedroom they were asked to focus on. When they came back it was only one woman, she grabbed microfibers from somewhere and used our cleaning supplies to do it - I then had to follow up because it wasn't entirely done. That was at 6:20pm. A mop and bucket was not used to clean our floors. And on top of that it was strange to have the cleaners decide to take the instructions off our cast iron skillet that we bought as a gift for a family member and throw them away. Dishes were put into the cabinet while still wet. Cabinets were not properly wiped off. And again, I literally saw one of the cleaners stand barefoot on my bathroom counter and I had to ask her to wipe up after that then follow behind because - who does that? I don't know if this happened because you did not properly tell the cleaners what they were supposed to be doing in terms of a deep cleaning or because of how you schedule people and make them feel like they can't properly take the time to do the job - I don't know but it was a complete waste of time and money. Also, how dare you, someone that was not present and knows nothing about our home, try and say that my mother and I keep an unorganized and messy home. Aside from it being your business to CLEAN, I can promise you that time and care was taken to move things out of the way of the cleaners before they came so that they could focus on deeply cleaning the areas we pointed out. Things were not sprawled all over the floors, that's a horrible and disrespectful cop out for not doing your job properly. I honestly should be getting money back because $330 for what we got was a complete and utter rip off. This is why we are never coming to you again. Everywhere we turned we found something undone and lacking. It was sub par and I honestly should have known better since it's a common complaint about your company.

They cleaned each area I requested and some I didn't expect but I was very happy. It took longer than expected about 4+ hours, but well worth it. On their following sessions they were a lot faster due to the initial deep cleaning. Overall I would recommend them.
