I always pick this spot as they really do it all, and if I'm ever needing a new piece of tape or help packaging something, they help me. I sometimes ship things through Facebook marketplace or as an Amazon return and while doing that, despite declining a receipt because it was "no longer mine," was given the receipt anyways and told I should hang onto it in case any issues arrive where people are saying they didn't receive what I sent. I appreciate them looking out for their customers and really making the process as smooth as possible! I never leave feeling like I spent a lot of money as everything always seems reasonable priced. Definitely recommend coming here if you need to ship something!

This organization was hired to complete a delivery of furniture I bought. They never contacted me…read morewith a delivery date - and apparently would have required a signature - but I did my own research, called them and got 24 hours notice that the chair was coming. I told them not to require a signature - and leave it at my door and it was to come the next day. I rearranged my afternoon and left the office and stayed at home to wait (a Friday). Their website gives pretty good info about how many deliveries are ahead of you but the time moved later and later from ~3pm to, finally about 5pm. The latest notice said I was next and the driver was on the way. He never came (not only was I here but I have a dog that barks at any driveway sounds). Their website notified me at the last minute that they were "unable to make delivery" and "they unloaded the item and then loaded it back up." That's not true - and complete manufacture. When I called they first said that they tried to reach me (at my office number) for a reason they could not explain why since they never came to my home. Then the clerk admitted that "it got too late and the driver just decided to go home after the prior delivery." My record still shows an attempt to deliver. That's a lie. I'm so fed up with companies that have so little respect for the customer that not only would they blow them off - they would try to make it about the customer doing something wrong. Avoid these people at all costs. They have integrity issues.
