Wil told me repeatedly that he was leaving at a specific time to pick up our time-sensitive item…read more It should have taken him 34 minutes to get there. An hour later, he messages to tell me he's still and hour away (and therefore not going to get this to us in time). He then proceeded to blame it on traffic, roads, schoolbuses, needing to refuel, etc. etc. Ultimately, our employee who was coming from 2.5 hours away managed to get there before Wil did. Thankfully, or my customer would have been without power for the weekend. Sadly, I can't recommend this service.

A great, solid, and reliable solution for trips between Bangor Airport and Bar Harbor…read more I found this long-distance taxi service recommended by a high reputable hotel I was staying at, and after a brief but warm phone conversation with the owner, I was able to book a reservation one month out. He greeted at the airport with a sign (he even tracked our flight). The drivers were professional and responsible drivers, and they safely and smoothly navigated the quickest route to and from our destination.

I am very upset with this delivery service. I purchased office furniture from Wayfair and the…read morefurniture was sent to this company for local delivery service. I received a call from them stating that they had my items earlier this month, however they would not be in my particular area (Thomaston, ME) for 2 weeks, so we scheduled the delivery for 2/27/2018 and it was to be delivered sometime between the hours of 12 noon and 4pm.. At 3:55pm I had not heard from the company so I called Wayfair and they gave me the phone number for the company. I called CDL and was told that they were running late and were not able to give me an actual time for the delivery. I explained that the office closes at 4pm and that no one would be available to accept the delivery. We had to settle for them rescheduling the delivery until a week later as they would not be in this area until that time. What I am upset about is, I explained when the original delivery appointment was schedule that our office closes at 4pm, therefore it was important for the delivery to be made by 4pm at the latest (they supposedly made a note of that). The next issue was that they did not have the courtesy to give us a call to let us know that this delivery were running late so that arrangements could of been made to have someone available to accept the delivery. They could of handled the matter much better in my opinion and I would not use this company for services as a result of my experience, so hopefully they will learn from this and become much more consumer oriented. Sorry, but I needed to vent!

After several attempts to get a response from local appliance repair/service company's with out any…read moreresponse whatsoever, I found Dave's Appliance website using an online search to inquire about service/repair on our top load GE Washing Machine. I was grateful that I received a response from Richard on the very same day I sent my inquiry to their service department. Richard was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and gave me the straightforward information I needed to determine if it would be worthwhile to have the machine serviced or to replace it due to its age and ongoing issues. I appreciate that he gave me options with direct quotes on the costs I may incur without any pressure. I highly recommend reaching out to them for any of your appliance service/repair needs. I will certainly be keeping them in mind for any future needs I may have.
