Horrible. I am constantly receiving other people's mail, often not getting my own mail and…read morepackages. Suspiciously haven't received obvious financial items, such as a debit card renewal with my bank return address and you can feel a card through the envelope. Well the key to get my package didn't even work, (it's done this before but I eventually got it to work), and the key actually broke off in the keyhole. Well I called, and they're going to change the locks, but he said not till tomorrow even though I stressed that I really needed what was in there (HEART MEDICATION). He said "the maintenance guy can do it but I could also do it", but didn't want to take the time out of his day apparently, considering they will be closing in an hour. I just hope my HEART is okay. They also have a mailbox that is big enough to deposit small packages that have prepaid postage. I have only been inside during the holidays and it's always a madhouse. I did not go in this year because of COVID but I did utilize the mail drop a couple of times. It's conveniently located if you live in the area or if you're just passing through. The staff is typically very friendly, even when it's busy.
