They should be delivering the packages to the house or returning them to the Post Office. This has been an ongoing problem, and no matter how many complaints, this situation continuously occurs.

Well the key to get my package didn't even work, (it's done this before but I eventually got it to work), and the key actually broke off in the keyhole. Well I called, and they're going to change the locks, but he said not till tomorrow even though I stressed that I really needed what was in there (HEART MEDICATION). He said "the maintenance guy can do it but I could also do it", but didn't want to take the time out of his day apparently, considering they will be closing in an hour. I just hope my HEART is okay. They also have a mailbox that is big enough to deposit small packages that have prepaid postage. I have only been inside during the holidays and it's always a madhouse. I did not go in this year because of COVID but I did utilize the mail drop a couple of times. It's conveniently located if you live in the area or if you're just passing through. The staff is typically very friendly, even when it's busy.
