He offered to come and complete the job with less than a week's notice (to meet the timeline I needed for a small get together to celebrate my husband's birthday outside in the yard). We have used 3 other companies in the past 3 years and CP PROPERTY SERVICES was by far the best service we have ever received. The GM, Mike and his team were polite, professional, friendly and went out if their way to make sure we were happy with their service and the results of their work. Mike walked around the house and went over what he was doing and then again when the job was complete. I can tell Chris, Mike and their entire team take a lot pride in their work and that is the type of company I want to do business with. I will continue to use them for years to come!! The lawn under my bushes was not mowed this summer, and several times there were weeds left growing in front of the hostas. Half of my front garden bushes weren't trimmed this year. Some never came up. A complete mess. They did NOT stand behind their work. They were unresponsive. Do not use this company for landscaping. We have had to redo most of their work ourselves, after spending a lot of money with them to do this work.

They contacted me after this review to explain they had people out and were terribly busy with life. If only they had communicated anything, I could have been very understanding in these difficult times. But all the contacts were initiated by me, and I doubt if I would have been contacted at all if I had not left a one star review. Except for the massive dump of snow and the fact our snow blower is out, no way a box truck is getting up in the drive. This hero in a red Ford comes to my house same day, and plows the snow off the drive for the big old box truck. And for such an amazing price, so happy they could help me out!
