In fact they will offer something cheaper than what you are looking at it if will meet your needs as well. We just upgraded our 17 year old John Deere and got a good trade in price, and a good deal on a new tractor with snow blower attachment. It was actually cheaper than it would have been to purchase online, with local service.

They picked it up with the snowblower cab on, and brought it in to…read morebe fixed, which it was in short order, and I stopped by after paying the bill, and the cab was intact. They returned it, cab in pieces, with a 3 missing fiberglass rods to hold the shape of the cab. There was no reason that it needed to be removed from the blower, and if so, just take off the assembly, or they could have mentioned it on pickup, and I would have removed the cab (4 set screws).

As a customer, I shouldn't have to force you to sell me a product. After that, I called a Kubota dealer in Somersworth, NH and had my new Kubota the next day. I didn't mind the lengthy drive for a tax free purchase and sales team that puts the needs of all their customers first. The experience was night and day with M.B. Tractor and they made me feel like a valued customer. Needless to say I will never return to Wallingford for purchases or service. I know they will respond with a phone number to call and response to this review but they will be words to the wind. I already tried calling and you did nothing to assist my purchase.

Nobody was there when I dropped it off, but I left my name and contact info in a zip lock bag taped to the lawn tractor. On Monday (7/22/2019), I called Kevin to confirm that my lawn tractor he had my lawn tractor. There was no reply, so I left a voicemail. Called again the next day. Again, no answer, and I left a another voicemail. Friday came around and I still hadn't heard from him, so I drove up to his shop. My lawn tractor was still sitting outside where I left it. I immediately called him again to find out what was up, but again no answer. Tried again on Saturday (7/27/2019) with the same result. At that point, I was pretty fed up with Kevin not returning any of my calls, so this morning (Sunday, 7/28/2019) I drove up and put my lawn tractor back in my truck. I don't know if he's a good mechanic like the other two reviews implied, but his customer relation skills are lacking.
