In fact they will offer something cheaper than what you are looking at it if will meet your needs as well. We just upgraded our 17 year old John Deere and got a good trade in price, and a good deal on a new tractor with snow blower attachment. I gave her whacked minimum measures & Marie was able to help me with every single inquiry including phenomenal suggestions. Marie is a find! She's one of the few of very few employees who offers up exceptional critique, how to & what options were available etc etc!! I hope she makes bank! She's worth the big bucks. I call with so little information, she spoke to me for nearly 30 minutes without an iota of hesitation. She knew exactly "what to" in the department of carpentry including stove/refrigerator sizes. Marie is Home Depots best of the best. She's a wicked strong employee. She's likely a manager or in construction if not she is well versed & worth her "weight in gold!!" Marie exceeds.. she's patient, professional, kind, great sense of humor, & she knows exactly what's up without fail. Marie is one amazing lady!! Home Depot needs to recognize a rarity like Marie & give her $$cudo$$. I was in construction many moons ago & wouldn't be able to respond with any type information as she did. Marie is what I call an Exceptional Super Pro! I've been to the best of the best in stores i.e. paints, fabrics, whatever high-end! Marie could go anywhere & work wherever she desires. Called ahead to schedule tune up and mulcher blade (3) replacements for riding mower. I provided…read moremodel and serial number during that call to make sure they would have parts needed for Husqvarna. They assured me that they don't pick mower up until they are ready to work on it. It was running fine but just wanted annual tune up and blades and I wanted to keep my lawn mowed until they were ready to do the work. Three weeks later and excuse after excuse I got my mower back only after going in to complain. You would think for a tune-up and mulching blades that added up to $442.56 that they would have cleaned they old grass clogging up under the mower deck! Not impressed with service or attention to detail.

His snow blower quit during the last storm, and TK made an appt to go and pick it up at his home. He completely forgot about it and was not there at the agreed upon time. When they called him to reschedule, and to explain he would be billed for the missed pickup, my brother was very unpleasant and hung up on them. Later, when I was paying his bills, I contacted TK to ask about the fee (I didn't know any of the above occurrence). I spoke with Steve who was very understanding and very kind. He understood the difficulty we are having, and the "awkward" stage between independence and losing freedom to manage things himself with dementia and he credited the fee back to us. I cant speak to their work - but I can speak to their humanity. I will speak highly of Steve's integrity and service to anyone who needs small engine repair!!

Well, the saw leaked bar oil all over the place. I put up with it for a while but then took it in for them to look at. One guy said it was missing some part in the oil tank and caused it to leak. So, since I never took it apart, it was missing the part since new. I left it there for nearly two months then the part finally came in. They had the balls to charge me $65 to put the part in. They are totally clueless. Acted like he never saw me before. Definitely never going there again.
