After 5 minutes of being ignored I walked out, drove to another dealer in East Waterboro and bought a 2021 Polaris Sportsman. The lack of willingness to engage with a customer lost them a sale. She said it was the cost of the service. Called 3 other cfmoto dealers they were all under $500 for service and none of them recommended a valve job at 20 hours. "a waste of money they said". They also sold me a winch with no stopper on it and then charged me to put one on 5 months after purchase. Made light of my frustration at pickup. I saved over $2K on my motorcycle purchase by buying my motorcycle from Rochester Motorsports as…read moreopposed to their competition in Manchester. At the Manchester dealer I was quoted well over $9K for a bike I just paid $7K for from Rochester. Also here in Rochester I got a 5 year warranty with the lower price. They were only discussing a 3 year warranty for that larger price in Manchester. But more than that, Rochester Motorsports was a low-pressure, hassle-free negotiation. They answered all of my questions about their dealer fees and warranty fees right up front as soon as I asked. Their dealer fees were a fraction of the dealer fees the Manchester dealer was offering. And they wanted over $200.00 to deliver my bike to me in Portsmouth from Manchester. Do yourself a favor and just go to Rochester first. Do your homework like a smart consumer, so that you know the actual MSRP of the product you are buying and can understand how much in fees the dealer piles on. You can even Google the estimated costs for repairs or the frequency of breakdowns for a particular model. But in the end you should buy your bike or ATV from Rochester Motorsports. They are just regular working people like us. I highly recommend Rochester Motorsports and I will certainly buy from them again. A 5-Star purchase transaction in my books.

They showed up with a flatbed and picked it up for me. THANK YOU!
