We were up riding when our side by side stopped working. We called and they sent someone right out to get us back to their place. Once there they were so helpful. We thought the tow back was going to a crazy amount and it wasn't. We actually gave them more then they wanted. gave them a deposit a month in advance to rent a 4wheeler. they call me 6 days before my reserved day and tell me I can't rent a 4wheeler because they didint register them. I dont know what to think. I already booked the hotel.... very disappointing. read more

We rented snowmobiles from Jericho Motorsports. I have no idea if the price we paid is reasonable but I can say that we were given really nice, practically brand new sleds and helmets. The owners - Randy and Bobbie, a husband and wife team - are really nice, friendly and super accommodating. They also rent clothing if needed, for a very reasonable price. They have access to 136 miles of trails over 7,200 acres. They gave us maps and marked out suggested trails, and stops for food and bathroom facilities (few and FAR between. The woods are best for the later.). They seem to do a brisk sales business and had a nice inventory. I highly recommend them. read more

I can no longer recommend this dealership as reputable. After purchasing 4 sleds and a SxS, I got taken for a ride in a bad way on maintenance and repair on my 2015 LXR 5000.I was charged $600 for a misdiagnosis and valve adjustment to my sled. The valve adjustment was never done or not done correct. The sled barely ran 20 minutes, just long enough to strand me in the woods and walk back. Brought it back again and was told it was the ECU [$450]. Sled still never ran correctly, stranded me again in 3 miles. I did the valve adjustment and repairs myself and the sled now runs mint. I contacted the owner LUC, told him my story. He called me back and promised to make it right with me. It's been over a month now and no contact from the owner. Luc is not a man of his word. So we rented a side by side 4 wheeler. Awesome! Employees were great. Trails were awesome. Having said that they over booked. They pulled one out from the repair line. It had recently been rolled over. Needless to say it had not been cleaned had plenty of scratches and dings. It did run fine though. When I returned it the owner was looking at each and every scratch pointing them out during the post trip inspection. This is an off road vehicle. Not sure what his expectation is. Thankfully His employee was there to remind him that it had been rolled, and all the searches were there when I left. She had to remind him that he had told her to give me that one. One of there rules is that you do not go over 25 miles per hour. Really???? I was apprehensive when we started. Employee had a hard time starting it and getting it into gear. Not sure they are looking for people to drive the machine for anything other that a Sunday drive through the trails. Overall experience was good. read more

This past weekend was my first time ATVing, and so was for my sister, her husband, and my friend. I must say the experience we had wouldn't have been as great if it weren't for Randy and his excellent service that he provides up there at Jericho Motorsports! We rented a two singles and a double for a half day. We actually got there a half hour late and didn't hit the trails until an hour into our reserved time! Randy was extremely flexible and didn't cut into our time and gave us our full 4 hours starting from when we got on the trail. All three bikes were in excellent condition and before you take the bikes out Randy gives you a good overview of the bikes and how to operate them. All the essential gear is provided when renting and Randy has you do a couple of rounds in the parking lot until you feel comfortable with the bikes. He also marked out an awesome trail on the map for us with beautiful views of the mountains. I would HIGHLY recommend Jericho motorsports to ANYONE! Beginners and all (speaking from a city boy from boston). Trying to get another group to head down there this winter for the snowmobiling, and i know it's going to be another great experience with Randy up there! read more

We wanted to go up to Jericho Mountain State Park and ATV. We rented 2 ATVs and a side by side., since one of the women did not want to drive. We got to Jericho Motorsports at 8:30 am which is when they open and they had us out on the trails pretty quickly. We reserved a couple weeks before, which I would highly recommend. They showed us how to use the different equipment and went over safety information with us, including where to go on the trails and downtown. We had a blast. We rented all day which was perfect, since we took a break at the lake and didn't feel rushed. We went from the trails right to the local roads, which allow ATV riding, and went into Berlin and had ice cream. We used the entire time. We brought a cooler, which fit on the side by side, so we ate on the trails. Jericho Motorsports equipment was in good shape. The side by side had less than 500 miles on it. Great place to rent from. They answered a million questions that we had over the week before we arrived. What more can you ask for. Great customer service! read more

These guys are top notch! I recently had my Wildcat Trail serviced there. They replaced all of my A arm bushings and hub bushings, as well as a wheel bearing. I have had work done at other shops in the past, but these guys level of professionalism, and the quality of the work blow others away. And, I came to get my machine and the bill was far lower than I was expecting. I even questioned Tucker (great guy at the counter) as I thought they had left something off. He told me that the bill was correct. They are great for rentals, sales, and service. Could not ask for a better shop. :-) read more

We are a family of five that rented ATV's at Jericho Motor Sports. The staff (owners) were extremely helpful. The machines were great and easy to ride. . The trails were a little confusing at first, but ended up easy to figure out. Just stay on all the trails that are labeled "roads". It was a great way to spend a Saturday in the summer. read more

Wellll this is my second time renting from Jericho, first time we went 2 years ago was a blast everything was awesome and we had a great time! So much fun we wanted to do it again this year on vacation. This time wasn't the same experience.. I had called a week in advance to request 2 side by sides. When we got there I was told they had a crash the day before and we weren't able to get 2 side by sides. We were given 1 side by side and utility vehicle with a dump body on it! EXCUSE ME! If they knew that they weren't going to be able to fill the request for 2 side by sides why not give us 2 quads or call us to give us another option? We decided to make the best of it and take the machine after driving 3 hours to get there. We got out in the trails and the thing rode terrible. We called during lunch time to see if we could trade for something else we were told no they had nothing. As we were turning the machines back in, the women told us it's not normally used for a rental that it's used for a maintenance and recovery vehicle, had she said that in the beginning we wouldn't have rented it and would have gone some where else. Hopefully, they don't try to pull this on someone else. Needless to say our experience was very unpleasant. We will not be returning! read more

My wife and I rented ATVs from Jericho Motorsports on Sept. 15 and could not have been more pleased. Staff was pleasant and we got onto the trails within a half hour of arriving there. They also let my wife try riding the ATV before we rented it to make sure she was comfortable on it. Great trail system that connects right to their parking lot. Prices seemed reasonable. I'd definitely recommend Jericho to anyone interested in renting ATVs. read more

This is NOT a review of the park, the park is beautiful, I love riding there and I am genuinely glad everyone else that reviewed this place had a great time. I however was charged for a full day after returning my rental in less than 4 hours. The owner smirked at me and said, "Ya don't get a refund for a half a day at a hotel", but I do OK, so the money is not actually what bothered me. Their Wolverine 350 handled like a jackhammer and was stuck in 1st gear, 0-25 in 1 second, then nothing. It must be something they do to control the speed of the ATVs. I had asked for a different one and they said that was all they had that day. My wife had never ridden before and it sent her into a ditch in less than 5 minutes, it was definately not her fault. After driving up to NH for 4.5 hours, I rode the rental and my wife rode mine. I did not want to sour her first experience, so I dealt with this miserable machine and wasted my highly anticipated good time. I could have bought a better ATV for $185! I am an expert rider and their ATV was brutally dangerous to say the least. read more

I have been going to Jericho Motorsports for several years now. I happened upon them on one trip when my ATV broke down. I am from Mass and my experiences with ATV repairs in the shop down here in Mass was that it took at least weeks and at lease $300. Jericho is not that kind of shop The owner and the technician dropped what hey were doing and took care of the problem. They restored my faith that there are still good, honest people out there who share my passion for the sport. I have had several breakdowns and they always got my machine right back to me and for a very reasonable price. When I finally decided that it was time for a new ATV, I drove the 4 hours to Jericho because they had do e more than earn my business, they had become friends They took my old quad in as trade and had me on a new Arctic Cat and headed for the trail in less than an hour. I just took it back up for its first oil change and check up and I won't go to another shop for service or future purchases. The area recently opened connecting trails to much of Northern NH. the thousand mile trail means that ATVing will become a big attraction. I have already seen some new businesses opening up. I can't speak for them though I wish them all the best. The local economy can really benefit from the sport, but you can't go wrong with Jericho Motorsports. read more
