CAUTION THIS DEALER WILL SELL YOU A MACHINE THAT HAS A LIEN ON IT AND STRING YOU ALONG FOR MONTHS…read moreAND THE OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP COULDNT HAVE CARED LESS! 4 MONTHS TO GET TITLE! Buying a motorcycle from this dealer could not have gone worse. I bought a motorcycle for $8500 on June 5th 2021, they said the bike still had a lien on it from the previous owner so they didn't have the title on hand at the dealership, and that they would get the title to me in the following week. I said Ok and rode the bike home to MA. Weeks go by and still no title, more weeks and many phone calls go by and still no title. finally they tell me the bank "lost the title" and they would have to get a new one through the state of Maine and they would keep sending me temporary Maine plates so I could at least ride the motorcycle I was finally so fed up I called the Maine BMV myself to inquire about the status of the title, they told me that the previous owner had still not requested a new title (this is now almost 3 months after buying the bike!). I relay this to the dealership and they said "the paper work was done wrong and the owner was waiting for a call back from the Maine BMV"(THIS WAS A LIE). A couple more weeks go by and I call the Maine BMV again to find out that a new title has been requested and is on its way to the pervious owner, to then be sent to me. This whole process had now taken so long that my bank was going to put my loan in DEFAULT because they didn't have the title as collateral so I was basically forced into paying off my loan 2 years early for 4500 dollars. The title finally arrived last week and I was able to finally register the bike today 09/29/2021 NEARLY 4 MONTHS AFTER BUYING THE BIKE. This experience with this dealer could not have gone worse, I was not refunded any money for all this hassle, wasn't offered any type of discount on future products, service, apparel or anything, when I spoke to the owner he couldn't have cared less and just shrugged me off over the phone. Nothing was done about my issue unless I called and harassed them to do something. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Pre ordered a Voyager 500 from them in either 16-17. sales team was fantastic to deal with and made…read morethings super easy. if this review was based off from them then it would be 5 stars. the service department on the other hand was awful to deal with. shortly after recieving my brand new sled, it started having electrical issues and my eletric start kept sticking and draining the battery. while still under warranty. when i brought it in to get fixed, i explained the situation and it was like the service manager didnt believe me. after looking at the sled he said it was from the battery being dead and they dont cover batteries. keep in mind it was only about 6months after recieving this sled brand new with min use. i explained the battery was only dead because the starter made it die when it was stuck on. every time this happened i could hear it continuously trying to start the sled even after it was on. anyways i brought it back a second time after the "new" battery was installed and the same thing happening. again they blamed it on the battery. the sled has something wrong with the starter/electric panel or something. lets put it this way, i didnt buy a 2nd battery took my sled home and havent been back and probably wont do business there again because of this. sled still has no electric start and must be pull started every time. since ive had it brand new ive only been able to use the electric start maybe half dozen times. i use the sled ice fishing and occasional riding and eventually will have to find someone else to fix it who stands behind their work. if woodys fixed the issue, admitted they were wrong and gave me back my money for the battery i might reconsider but i dont see that happening.
