I have enough $ to pay the asking price, but with the bumper having a gaping hole, zip tied and the headlight bracket most assuredly broken I made a reasonable offer to buy immediately. Most people try and work a deal, which I guess is insulting unless it's on their end. It was totally fine that it wasn't accepted, and I left my # in case there was a change of heart but the communication was not very customer friendly, and neither was the follow up phone call. During a pandemic when most smaller businesses are extremely slow, I am fortunate enough to be in a position to shop. No worries my friend, there are plenty of used car dealerships and I have plenty of time to feel like an appreciated buyer.

Emailed Chip to ask for help getting my brand-new truck fixed, he never even emailed me back. I was left to run around for estimates for them. My partner and I had a flat tire when we pulled into Portland for vacation. They were able to fit us in within the hour and gave us recommendations on what to do until then. Turns out there was nothing visibly wrong with the tire, no holes or anything, so they couldn't do anything on the spot. They didn't charge for the inspection and filling up the tire. We very much appreciated their help and are glad to know we can wait until we get back to deal with the tire instead of worry all weekend. We definitely recommend and would come back if we have a problem (hopefully we don't). Very friendly, great service.

Sales manager said it was a communication error? I don't believe it. He looked for a couple hours to find another car, called me back with an update and then I never heard from him again. More poor service and remember this is the sales manager who is supposed to support customer service. Customer service from management is poor and untrustworthy. Out of state/area buyers beware, earnest money and purchase agreement means nothing here and you may be left without a car and get the added burden of the additional cost of travel as a door prize. I gave them one star because I couldn't give them a zero to equal the car I didn't get.

They beat another dealer by $1700 on the price. I had some minor damage ( dents due to a bear), and they worked with my insurance company and fixed the dents. Den lies and makes up excuses for his poor work ethic and poor workmanship from his shop. We had a…read more2008 c30 Volvo in for a motor job which cost almost $6000. Motor runs well however, we have had a few serious issues with the motor swap. First he neglected to change the timing belt with the job, but to his credit when confronted on it, he put in a cheap Napa belt, and assumingly a timing belt kit. Next the used replacement motor came with a pvc oil filter valve assembly that had not been changed, as our original had been due to a factory service recal, and it failed causing a huge crankcase pressure that could have destroyed all the engine seals. I covered the cost of that. Now the clutch is slipping. Den says that when he changed the motor the clutch was in great shape. Total bs. The car is driven by my fiancé who doesn't ride the clutch or beat on it, so obviously the clutch should have been changed at the time of the motor swap. I offered to pay for the new clutch if he would take care of the labor and he said "You're on your own" and hung up. We had a coolant leak and he says he replaced the upper radiator hose that was leaking all over the bell housing into the clutch. Total bs. There is no way for coolant to leak into the bellhousing, on close Inspection of the flywheel inspection window, and bell housing drain hole, there is zero residual coolant. Shyster, lier, shoddy mechanic.
