Emailed Chip to ask for help getting my brand-new truck fixed, he never even emailed me back. I was left to run around for estimates for them. After almost a month I went to another Ford dealer who took care of my issues. Been 2 months still haven't heard from anyone there.

Anyway their attention and the professionalism displayed by Craig and his team were excellent. These folks know what they are doing in terms of service and the technical aspects of RV's. You won't find a better service center than Hills RV. Conway is 2.5 hours from home and I would not even think of going someplace closer to home to get my RV serviced.
