She tried to say my mother didn't remember what she was told by Mike last year when she ordered her shoes. My mother is elderly, not stupid. Seeing my mother upset infuriates me. The woman stopped helping my mother without saying a word. She started helping a woman whose business she wanted. After 8 weeks they still weren't done. I finally got them back and they returned my money. Took the boots to Shoe Smith and got them done in less than 2 weeks and at a MUCH better price. Mr. Violi greeted us with a warm welcome and hello, he asked us if we were looking for anything in particular and I told him what I was searching for everywhere that no one seemed to carry. He said he does and pulled out the exact work boot I was looking for! He helped me pick out the perfect size since I had never worn these boots before and thankfully it all worked out!
