purchased a push mower that was on consignment, the charging cord was not with it. owner said that he would get it from the owner or purchase one for the unit.
at the same time I purchased the push mower, I ask them if they could change the belts on my walk behind mower. they assured me that they could so I left it with them. I called about a monthy later and the mechanic was off because of a wedding and the mechanic was supposed to call me back with an update. at the 6 week mark, I just decided to just go get the mower, the mower was not done as they claimed they could not get the right belts, they cut the old ones off, drained the gas that was in the unit and then proceeded to hand me a bill for $350.00 for work they did do to the mower which was not requested nor warranted.
I was told that if I did not pay the bill that they were not going to release the mower, so I paid and left with the mower as I needed it. Come to find out some of parts they did replace were not the correct ones to begin with so I had to pay to have serviced again and fixed correctly.
I inquired about the charger for the push mower I purchased and was told that he did not remember the sale nor the promise even after giving him the names the others that were in the office when this was discussed.
if you purchase anything from them or have any service done you are doing so at your own risk. read more
