Promises Promises. 2nd negative review from me since October and here is why. In October I traded my 2017 Shelby GT350 for a 2025 Ranger Raptor. There were a lot of issues with my order, a lot of delays and a lot of miscommunication from the dealership. I eventually got my delayed delivery of my vehicle and I was ready to just go on my way. However, they offered me a check for $1,500 for all of my troubles (I did not ask for it). 10 minutes later. Literally I got a text message asking to leave the dealership. A nice review, I decided to wait and see if they actually sent me a check or if the timing was more than a coincidence and they were just offering it to me so I would write them a good review and they would not send me anything. 2 months went by and I never got the check so I decided to write a review on the shadiness. Within an hour I received a phone call from my dealer and he apologized profusely and he had told me that the old general manager who was a young kid passed away and of course I gave my condolences and said that was horrible. He then offered me the $1,500 check yet again and I kind of rolled my eyes, but I said okay, let's see. This is the second time they're offering it again the second time that I did not ask for it. And here we are again months later and I still have not received that check either. And again after they offered it the second time I received another link to review their business. I really hate businesses that operate this way and that's twice now. They offered me a $1,500 check for my troubles and here we are. Months and months later still no check. Still no follow through and every time I've been back to either levittown Ford or Levittown Ford service since then it has been a nightmare every single time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF SEE THIS YOU ARE READING THIS, BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM SAYVILLE FORD OR HASSET FORD. DO NOT GO TO LEVITTOWN FORD. I wish I would've read some of these reviews before I actually went in there. Beware when you walk in this place. Sat down with the salesman over two days made a deal. And of course, the trouble happens when I get to the finance guy. They gave me a pick up day and time to pick up the vehicle I signed for The day before the finance guy calls me and says you have to put more money down this is what they call a typical yo-yo scam not only that he said the deal is only good for people with 800+ credit score and he said that I told the salesman my credit score was above 800 which is completely not true he also said I lied about the payoff number for my trade-in but I actually gave them the payoff document from the bank in my opinion, stay away from this place at all costs read more

(Levittown Ford - Service & Sales) My only regret is that it took me this long to write a formal review. In February 2025, I purchased a Ford Explorer through a broker. In March, I realized the air conditioner was not working. When I called to make a service appointment, the earliest available date was a month away. I called daily looking for cancellations and eventually brought the car in on a Saturday, willing to wait. I was later contacted by the service department and told something extremely alarming--that there was evidence my vehicle had been in a major front-end collision, which they claimed caused twisted wires and pipes and explained why the A/C was not working. I was told the issue needed to be "escalated" and was sent home with my car. I immediately went to the sales department to speak with management and ownership and was told I would be contacted. Despite calling over 20 times to both service and management, I never received answers, follow-up, or accountability. The service department showed little experience with both vehicles and customer communication. The entire situation was handled unprofessionally and irresponsibly. Had I known this vehicle was coming from Levittown Ford, I would never have purchased it. Based on my experience with both their service and sales departments, I strongly advise doing your research before buying here. Thankfully, I later brought my vehicle to Biener Ford in Great Neck, where the issue was properly diagnosed, my car was deemed safe, and I was treated with respect and professionalism. We got a call that the 2025 Ford truck we are eager to test drive was being transferred to their lot and we agreed to have a meeting in an hour and a half to see it. We drove 45 minutes in rush hour on a Friday to Levittown only to be told that they didn't have the truck and we should come back the next day. The woman we spoke to didn't call the next morning as promised and we could not get any information - just transferred to a voicemail. No one has called us back. Worst customer sales service ever. I purchased a 2022 Ford F-350 used from them a few weeks ago. First, they make you pay $1200 for a 90 day mini warranty and for " key insurance" since you only get 1 key for 40k! They still charged it even though I took out the Ford extended warranty, so it's basically $1200 for a key if you need one. Saw it was missing a cup holder door for rear seats when I got it home. " Sorry, sold as is" . Really, for $40k, a $50 part too much? Found a red clay wasp nest on top of engine( came from down south), undercarriage filthy, onion ring under seat and a few other things. I guess the "100 point" inspection missed those! Don't think anything but what needed to get inspected was done. Not happy about giving this review but it is what it is. Purchased car from dealership. It had less then 9000 miles purchased September 2023. Salesman told me since recent return and low miles I would be purchasing as a new car and warranty agreement would be as such. 36 mos 36000 miles. Well that was a lie . Had issue with brakes hissing and occasional brake pedal to floor. Diagnosis took all day then I got the phone call that there is no warranty and a master cylinder needs to be replaced and also the rotors have some cuts in them and pads are bad. Side note brought car there for inspection less then 200 miles ago and supposedly was fully checked and passed. So must've been an incredible 200 miles for all this to happen. Here comes the fun part. Initial estimates was 2600.00. I said absolutely not then they said 2100. Still no then a final text of 1017.00 That's about 60 percent difference. Still said no and just picked up vehicle. So they mark up that much. Crazy and a rip off. Having car serviced at a reliable station for half price of their final offer. Use caution folks. read more

We purchased a 2024 Ford Mach E from Levittown Ford on 6/9/25. We were encouraged to pay $500 for the level 2 charger and were told it would be sent in the mail within a week. After many phone calls, we still hadn't received it. At one point, we were told that it would be supplied by the installer, which was clearly not true. (The installer laughed at this when we told them.) We finally contacted Ford directly; they contacted the dealership, and the charger arrived promptly on 7/10. Bought a used 2021 mustang from this dealership 3 months ago with less than 15k miles on it. I dealt with Matthew Monahan, who for the most part was good...besides the fact that he lied about his knowledge of the vehicles history. I live 3 hours away, so I discussed the condition of the car over email. I was told, "The car is in great shape. It does have one little rock chip on the hood that has been touched up but other than that the vehicle is fully ceramic coated and it was done by a professional detailer. Car is mint in and out." I go into the dealership to buy the vehicle, and run into Kevin Kirby, the Pre Owned Manager who has been there for years, who tells me that the car was actually his own personal car. Told me he was getting rid of it for a dark horse. It's dark when I get there and the car is already outside (it was in the showroom prior), and I buy the car. Within 30 minutes I drive the car to get food on my way home, and notice a huge scratch on the driver side of the fender/front bumper. I ask Matthew about it only to be told "I'm sorry, I have no clue where that came from". Fast forward a couple months, the rear defroster malfunctions and the entire rear windshield shatters and needs to be replaced. Fast forward another month, and the paint is chipping on the passenger side of the front bumper. I take it to my local Ford dealer who tells me that this car has been previously repainted along both the bumper and passenger side fender, and the finish is all off. The previous paint is shown underneath the chipping paint. The bumper was misaligned with the hood and passenger side headlight (I didn't notice prior until they pointed all this out), and the inside of the front passenger fender/wheel well was all deformed. The CARFAX was clean, and only had one previous owner (the Pre Owned Manager of the dealership). Bottom line is that the dealership, or at the absolute least the Pre Owned Manager of the dealership, lied about damage to a used vehicle and misrepresented the vehicle in order to sell it to me. I am in touch with Ford Motor Company themselves about this issue which they have already escalated, and will be hiring an attorney. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! read more

I intended to write a great review about Levittown Ford, but as you will read, everything went South. Last Saturday my wife and I went to Levittown Ford to look at a pre-owned Ford Edge. We liked the car and agreed to the price and terms. My wife drove the car. The car didn't sound right and we asked the salesman to have service look at it. We left Levittown Ford on Saturday and were told that we could sign the papers and pick up the car on Monday. When we were in a few minutes away from Levittown Ford, a manager called us and said that he wanted to do a few things to the car. We went to Levittown Ford on Monday anyhow to sign the paperwork. He said that we could have the car on Tuesday. Tuesday became Wednesday, Wednesday became Thursday, Thursday became Friday. They would not return our phone calls and didn't answer the phone when our name came up. They gave us 3 different reasons for what was wrong with the car. I could understand how dealerships get at the end of the month, but there is no excuse for this treatment. I can't believe I am now into my 4th car from here. I have always found the staff to be professional and welcoming. To be fair I have usually dealt with the same people. My original sales person Dan is now the Sales Manager. Dan has always been amazing to work with. He is up front and honest. He has told me what options are worthwhile and which ones probably aren't worth the extra $. Even though Dan wasn't my sales person this time he still helped to make sure everything was taken care of for me. Since Dan is now a manager I had the chance to work with Brad as my sales person. Brad was great too. He knew everything about the car and he worked hard to get it at the right pricing for me. The thing that made Brad different was he did not approach this like a car sale. There was no pressure, there were no games. Brad also was upfront and worked with me to get the number to where they needed to be. I have sent a ton of friends and coworkers here. Brought the car in for a recall and they told me it needed radiator service..I picked the car up at 5.30 the shop closed at 6..as soon as I left they left after. 5.40.. when I got on the highway and was doing 60 MPH the whole car shut down and all of the safety lights came on..the car slowed down to 15 MPH..I had to exit the car on the highway and when I checked to radiator I saw they never put in the anti freeze...then when I called the service center they all went home early..I was stuck on the highway for an hour waiting for a tow..I filed a complaint with Ford and the service center offered me a coupon...I'm just thankful it was only me in the car and not my family...I'll never buy another Ford from Levittown Ford again... Levittown Ford Service Department needs a major restructuring. Where to begin..... Made the appointment a week in advance. When I got there, no one was at the reception desk, and I had to walk around to find assistance. After the first 3 associates I approached basically told me it wasn't their job, I found someone who at least pointed me in the right direction. Ten full minutes later someone offered assistance. When I handed her the Recall Notice I got from Ford, she looked puzzled and told me that she doubts she had the parts. I asked why they wouldn't confirm that the parts were available when I made the appointment. She said, and I quote, "That's not the way we do things here." When I again asked why couldn't confirm they had the parts when I made the reservation I was sternly told that I don't understand how this industry works. So, she walked into the back to check. Another 10 minutes and she returned and confirmed that they do in fact have the parts. Wonderful, now we're getting somewhere! She wrote up the order and I asked if I could wait. She literally laughed and told me that it wouldn't be ready for at least 24 hours. Okay, I guess as I was told, I don't understand their industry. Fast forward to the next afternoon, a full 28 hours later. I decided to call for a status update. The associate who answered the phone transferred me and I was on hold for over 20 minutes. I guess he was too busy look up my order on their system. When my "Customer Service Agent" finally took my call she told me they hadn't even looked at it yet. Now, I started to get a little annoyed and asked why I couldn't have dropped it off now instead of yesterday. She said that if I had dropped it off today, I wouldn't have it back till after the weekend. When I said that makes no sense I was once again I was informed that I do not know how this industry works. Clearly the reservation is meaningless. In reality, you need drop off your car and get on the end of the line. This "service" department needs a big overhaul, evidenced by the fact: * No associate at the reception desk, you're required to walk around and find someone who can assist. * No associate could look up the status of my car, I had to wait for 1 specific person. * There is no system for processing a routine factory recall. Since there is no diagnosis needed, they know going in exactly what the procedure is and how long it should take. There needs to be a line devoted just to that. In this way, customers would know exactly how long the procedure will take, and can drop their cars off on the day it will be processed. * My car was there for 49 hours (over 3 days). According to the receipt the repair took 0.7 hours. * Bottom line; Next car I will find a Dealer with a Service Department which respects our business. read more

********************BUYER BEWARE************************ Was told on the phone a new key would be around $250. When I got there to pick the car up, the bill was close to $600. They said it was labor, yet they did not disclose this additional charge ahead of time. when I refused the key because of the overly priced non-disclosed cost, they would not release my car. They reduced the price by $50 for me to get my car back, but charged 3.5% to use a credit card. When I called other dealers about the same key and labor costs it was on average $230 less. I also made an appointment in advance and was told if drop car off in morning would get it back the same day, I got it back the next afternoon. Do yourself a favor- go to another dealer! read more
