There were a lot of issues with my order, a lot of delays and a lot of miscommunication from the dealership. I eventually got my delayed delivery of my vehicle and I was ready to just go on my way. However, they offered me a check for $1,500 for all of my troubles (I did not ask for it). 10 minutes later. Literally I got a text message asking to leave the dealership. A nice review, I decided to wait and see if they actually sent me a check or if the timing was more than a coincidence and they were just offering it to me so I would write them a good review and they would not send me anything. 2 months went by and I never got the check so I decided to write a review on the shadiness. Within an hour I received a phone call from my dealer and he apologized profusely and he had told me that the old general manager who was a young kid passed away and of course I gave my condolences and said that was horrible. He then offered me the $1,500 check yet again and I kind of rolled my eyes, but I said okay, let's see. This is the second time they're offering it again the second time that I did not ask for it. And here we are again months later and I still have not received that check either. And again after they offered it the second time I received another link to review their business. I really hate businesses that operate this way and that's twice now. They offered me a $1,500 check for my troubles and here we are. Months and months later still no check. Still no follow through and every time I've been back to either levittown Ford or Levittown Ford service since then it has been a nightmare every single time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF SEE THIS YOU ARE READING THIS, BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM SAYVILLE FORD OR HASSET FORD. DO NOT GO TO LEVITTOWN FORD. I hate liars, I hate when a business that I am spending a ton of money with tries to gaslight me into giving them a good review. Don't trust these people. And Levittown Ford when you read this, don't offer me anymore $1,500 checks. I don't want to hear it anymore. Unbelievable, at this point I could care less about $1,500, I would rather have been treated with respect considering I just spent a ton of my hard earned money with you. Two thumbs down for Levittown Ford

Sales guy was fixated on getting my 80 yr old mom into a car she could not afford. After we walked the lot (no one else bothered helping us) looking for 2 cars for my kids, we noticed sales guy having my mom test drive the car and after he walks her back into the office to try and get her to buy it so I immediately follow only to witness the MANAGER OF HONDA CITY (when she finally said she was only LOOKING right now) literally scolding my mom saying she shouldn't have "wasted their time with the test drive" if she wasn't buying it. HUH??!? Oh honey we left and the next day went to Atlantic Chevrolet and bought THREE cars. DO NOT GIVE HONDA CITY YOUR BUSINESS ~ soooooo rude & obnoxious.

Absolutely Ridiculous Experience Avoid Honda City Long…read moreIsland in Bethpage at All Costs I rarely write reviews, but this one is well deserved. I wasted 2.5 hours of my life at Honda City Long Island in Bethpage -- and it all could have been avoided if they had just been honest and upfront from the beginning. The moment I walked through the door, I made it crystal clear I wasn't paying over MSRP and would be making a fair market offer. I didn't lowball either -- I offered $850 under sticker, which is more than reasonable in today's market for a Honda CR-V, one of the most mass-produced, best-selling vehicles in their entire lineup. We went through all the discussions, paperwork reviews, back and forths, and only at the very end did they finally come back with their so-called "best offer" -- which was an insultingly greedy $3,000 OVER sticker. Are you kidding me? For a car that's sitting on every lot? This isn't a limited-run NSX -- it's a CR-V. To make matters worse, the massive dealership has had no working air conditioning for months. You'd think a place doing enough markup gouging would at least have a working HVAC system for their customers and employees. Here's the kicker: I left and immediately went to another local dealership, explained what happened, and they literally laughed. They said Honda City must think it's still peak-COVID, shortage-era pricing. That second dealership had me in and out with a deal in 3 minutes, at a reasonable price -- exactly what I was looking for in the first place. Honda City Long Island in Bethpage operates with shady, bait-and-switch tactics, wastes your time, and is completely out of touch with reality. Save yourself the time, frustration, and heatstroke -- go literally anywhere else.

STAY AWAY LOL I…read morecanceled a warranty on my vehicle (that was pushed by Adam Frania), and the refund was processed back in Jan. However, months later, the dealership has still not applied the refund to my loan account. When I contacted the warranty company, they confirmed that the claim is closed and that the dealership has already received the funds. Communication has been terrible. I've had to repeatedly reach out just to get basic updates, and even then, I've either been ignored or given vague responses with no real resolution. Antonio Salamone literally has no idea what's going on. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when it involves a customer's finances. A reputable dealership should handle something like this promptly and transparently. If you're considering doing business here, I highly advise you to think twice. There are plenty of dealerships that actually respect their customers and handle transactions properly--this is not one of them. This was my first time purchasing a car and I 100% feel that they had taken advantage of me because of that. They did not explain the process out to me nor did they contact me AT ALL. Good Luck.

I had an appointment at 9 AM for an oil change, but also needed them to look into a brake squeak that's been happening for a few years now - it was a squeak that previous mechanics I've used were not able to figure out, so I had wanted to try my luck at an actual Chevy dealership. When I first walked in, I was greeted by Gloria, who was extremely friendly, and made my experience wonderful, so I need to shout her out! My car was ready around 5 PM, and upon picking it up, I did not find that I was overcharged like some of the comments I've read. Gloria had let me know that they were able to fix my squeaky brakes which was amazing, and for around $400 between an oil change, tire rotation, and a brake pad fix, that definitely did not seem like it was breaking the bank.. Since visiting I have not as of yet heard any squeaks coming from my brakes , and overall had a great experience at this business. (thx Gloria, as well as the woman with the glasses and dark hair that I spoke with as I was paying!) - I would recommend and will be returning.

I brought my new car to the service department 3 months later for its first oil change today. Arrived shortly after 8 am. I was advised it would take about 1.5 hrs during write-up. 2 hours and 45 minutes later, it was done. For an oil change. The mechanic who drove it out told me the reason for the delay was because when he got the car, it was break time so it couldn't be worked on. I wonder how long was the break? Needless to say, I will not be coming back unless absolutely necessary. Horrible experience.

When you buy a car with them, they take care of title, license plate, and registration which is very convenient. We found the car we wanted and had it shipped from Florida. They indicated that it would be available for pick up in about a week, but it actually took more like a month to be ready due to emission testing. This was the only real negative with the process. They said they would refund the shipping fees, but we've yet to receive the payment. When we did go to pick up the car, it was a fairly smooth process. They let us test drive it on our own for about an hour. The paperwork took a bit of time, but it was mostly just waiting around for the agent to get all the documents ready and approved. When we were finished, they filled up the tank for us, and we were on our way. Only other complaint was our agent didn't do a good job of explaining how the MaxCare extended warranty worked, so we felt unclear on some of the details.
