Oil light check

I give this business 2 stars because their sales department is very attentive and helpful, but their maintenance department are very disappointing, I'm the owner of a Kia Nero. Am past the warranty so I went for maintenance to my car, I met with Pete, I told him that my oil light went on sometimes, he checked it and gave me an oil change and some other work and said everything is OK, a couple of weeks later the light goes on again, I go back and he makes me feel like I don't know the difference between the oil light and the check engine light, I assure him that I know the difference and after them keeping the car all day he tells me that all I needed was an oil change, I told him I had one the previous month, but he said that I shouldn't have any problems. A couple of weeks later, I had the same problem, took a picture of the oil light and went back to the dealer, after holding my car the whole day again, he tells me that he gave an oil change, when I told him that he had given my car three oil changes in as many months, he said to me, don't worry, " this is what Kia suggests we do , bring it back in one thousand miles or of the light goes back on". Needless to say within a couple of weeks I have the same problem again. I bring it back and tell Pete the problem and he says ,"did you take a picture of the light " I said that I had already shown him the picture and that I had erased it since. After about 3 hours he says to me that they don't know what's wrong with the car, that he would have to put it on the diagnostic machine and that it would cost more money, I said why wasn't that a choice two oil changes ago, that they charged me for everything more times then they had to . So I left without their very unprofessional work, nickel and dimming customers don't seem like the right policy to me, I will still be buying a car, possibly a Kia ,but I doubt that I will use this dealership because I would have to deal with Pete every time I have to do maintenance on my new vehicle, autoworld, you have lost a customer. PS: I spoke to a friend about my problem, him being more knowledgeable about car repairs, he Google my problem and to my surprise dozens of people with the same problem, both on Kia's and Hyundai vehicles, including the fact that it happens when you hit over 60 mph, recommendation was to change the "oil sender", the guy at the parts department called it something else, we replaced the part, it's a couple of weeks and no problems so far, I will keep you updated if that wasn't the problem, but the difference so far is a $40 part, $60+ for beers and apps with a friend and me being happy that I wasn't lied to. Maybe their mechanics should Google their customers problems before they keep on charging for unnecessary work.

If you look at the pictures, go to the VERY LAST photo and the ID tag is affixed to a gray painted body of the truck - it's not red like the rest of the vehicle. So they got ALL the pictures wrong EXCEPT for the last one????? 2. Good luck finding the actual cost of the vehicle before taxes, etc. Sure, they list a MONTHLY PAYMENT amount but not the price of the vehicle. 3. If you do find the actual price of the vehicle - don't forget you MUST add-in all of this crap: "The advertised price does not include tax, title, registration, tags, finance charges, documentation charges, emissions testing charges, extended service contracts, complete care, $1, 695 Lojack system, any additional pre-equipped products and/or costs incurred to the vehicle. Please note that the internet special pricing reflects a partial down payment of $3,199 or the trade equivalent." I mean, really???!!! Talk about sticking it to the customer!! $1,695 for Lojack - which, by the way, you'll need to pay a monthly fee to use. Now if you somehow do find a price on-line, don't forget this beauty of a fee: "internet pricing reflects a partial DOWN PAYMENT of $3,200..." Yeah, that's right. If you don't have this, add it to your price!!! Sooooo many red flags. I cannot the BBB isn't blowing up with complaints (like the one I submitted). Seriously folks, you can verify everything I'm saying by going to their website and looking at a vehicle. I feel sorry for anyone who uses them....

When you buy a car with them, they take care of title, license plate, and registration which is very convenient. We found the car we wanted and had it shipped from Florida. They indicated that it would be available for pick up in about a week, but it actually took more like a month to be ready due to emission testing. This was the only real negative with the process. They said they would refund the shipping fees, but we've yet to receive the payment. When we did go to pick up the car, it was a fairly smooth process. They let us test drive it on our own for about an hour. The paperwork took a bit of time, but it was mostly just waiting around for the agent to get all the documents ready and approved. When we were finished, they filled up the tank for us, and we were on our way. Only other complaint was our agent didn't do a good job of explaining how the MaxCare extended warranty worked, so we felt unclear on some of the details.

Promises Promises. 2nd negative review from me since October and here is why. In October I traded…read moremy 2017 Shelby GT350 for a 2025 Ranger Raptor. There were a lot of issues with my order, a lot of delays and a lot of miscommunication from the dealership. I eventually got my delayed delivery of my vehicle and I was ready to just go on my way. However, they offered me a check for $1,500 for all of my troubles (I did not ask for it). 10 minutes later. Literally I got a text message asking to leave the dealership. A nice review, I decided to wait and see if they actually sent me a check or if the timing was more than a coincidence and they were just offering it to me so I would write them a good review and they would not send me anything. 2 months went by and I never got the check so I decided to write a review on the shadiness. Within an hour I received a phone call from my dealer and he apologized profusely and he had told me that the old general manager who was a young kid passed away and of course I gave my condolences and said that was horrible. He then offered me the $1,500 check yet again and I kind of rolled my eyes, but I said okay, let's see. This is the second time they're offering it again the second time that I did not ask for it. And here we are again months later and I still have not received that check either. And again after they offered it the second time I received another link to review their business. I really hate businesses that operate this way and that's twice now. They offered me a $1,500 check for my troubles and here we are. Months and months later still no check. Still no follow through and every time I've been back to either levittown Ford or Levittown Ford service since then it has been a nightmare every single time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF SEE THIS YOU ARE READING THIS, BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM SAYVILLE FORD OR HASSET FORD. DO NOT GO TO LEVITTOWN FORD.
