I visited Dr. Levit by the reference of my cosmetologist. My treatment has just started, so I can not say anything about the results yet. I also had laser hair treatment and laser genesis treatment. It requires several sessions. I had my first session with Lola, beautiful young specialist who works there and makes laser treatments for 10 YEARS already. I was amazed by how kind, caring, comforting (these procedures might be painful), well mannered and professional she is. I would definitely recommend a treatment with her to anyone! There are several doctors working there. I had an appointment only with Dr. Levit and I can not say anything about the other doctors working there. At this point, I can say that Dr. Levit is very intelligent, patient, caring and attentive to details doctor. If you got used to the doctors who treat everybody with the same method and when you try to say what you have observed in your problem, or what you have read about it and what kind of conclusions you made, they just show you that they do not have time and get irritated, even trying to belittle you because you tried to make some research about your problem and educate yourself, THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT ABOUT DR. LEVIT!!! If you come to him with your problem, he will attentively listen to each word you say to get a better picture of your problem and be able to treat you correctly. The visit to this doctor might not only improve your mood but your self-esteem as well. read more

I am a 62 year old male patient that has psoriatic arthritis. Dr. Levit is my 4th dermatologist that I have been to over the last 20 years and believe me, he puts the others to shame! It is true that Dr. Levit's office is very busy. When you are the best, you have to expect the office to be busy. This being said, I have never waited more than 30 minutes in Dr. Levit's office. I have waited for over 90 minutes for two of the other doctors. Dr. Levit has suggested that I switch the injections I take for my psoriatic arthritis. Each of the injections are very expensive. I have been having trouble getting my insurance company to authorize this injection (Tremfya) so Dr. Levit's nurse (Irena) did two things when I spoke to her at 4:00 yesterday. She scheduled me for an 8:20 appointment this morning to administer a Tremfya injection. They are so compassionate. They didn't want me to have to wait to have this medication approved by Fidelis. The second thing Irena did was call Fidelis (and CVS Caremark) yesterday afternoon after we spoke at 4:00. Well guess what? CVS Caremark called me just before 5:00 yesterday and told me that they would deliver my Tremfya this morning. The injection arrived at 11:00 this morning. Let me tell you, Dr. Levit and his staff are MIRACLE WORKERS!! Probably the finest physician that I have ever had. read more

This is by far the most professional and well run practice where I have ever had a procedure done. The office itself is beautiful and definitely gives off a vibe that screams professionalism, modernity and extra care for their patients. That's exactly what i got from Doctor Levit and his talented staff. My appointment was for 11:30, I arrived a few minutes early to fill out the usual paper work and was already in a operating room 10 minutes later. The medical assistant gave me a brief and reassuring overview of how the procedure would go (i had a cyst on my head that needed removing) and gave me antibiotics to avoid any possible infections in the area. Within a few minutes doctor Levit was already operating on my cyst, I didn't feel a thing! He kept asking to make sure i didn't feel any pain throughout the whole procedure which took less than 10 minutes. He also reassured me that there would be no problems with showering and absolutely no scar on my head. A few staples later and i'm on my way home with detailed care instructions and one less annoying cyst in my head lol. Overall, this place is a godsend for people who value their appearance and health and also appreciate professional care that puts you and your needs are first. Dr Levit's work is clean and will leave you wanting to schedule another appointment. read more

After going to Dr. Levit I wanted to share my positive expirience. I came into the office with multiple warts on my feet. I had already done a laser treatment with a different doctor which did not help and was painful, so I decided to try Dr. Levit. I was worried that the warts would take a long time to go away and the next treatment would be very painful. When I saw Dr. Levit he discussed with me the pros and cons of different strategies on attacking the warts. He spent a lot of time with me and really cared about helping me pick the best treatment plan that was not painful and the best at attacking the specific warts that I had. After choosing the treatment plan I came to his office a total of three times during which Dr. Levit was extremely thorough and made sure that the process was completely pain free. After three visits all of my warts were gone which I didnt think was possible. I was very happy with the Doctor, the treatment process and the outcome. I would highly recommend Dr. Levit as he is an excellent doctor who cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable about different treatment plans. Thank you Dr. Levit. read more

Caring practitioner with a masterful touch I am a longtime patient of Dr. Levit. I originally went to his practice to do skin screening and have been doing botox for the past few years. Dr. Levit is the best doctor I have ever worked with. Not only he is a top dermatology expert but he is definitely a think outside the box kind of a doctor. He has helped identify a genetic issue for one of my friend's children way before any other doctor noticed anything. He is also very caring individual and will make sure to give you his best full attention when you are there. He has recently opened a new beautiful and modern office with the staff that is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. At their office they provide comprehensive coordinated care. While you may need to wait for your turn, the spectacular office around will make it easier and, more importantly, you will get an undivided doctor's attention. He really does want to get a handle on all the complexities that make up a health issue. This results in much less of a chance for Dr. Levit to make an inaccurate diagnosis since he takes the time to dig into your situation. read more

Dr. Levit successfully completed a long-term treatment for a very a severe case of acne for my son. The Doctor was on top of the procedure when he was treating my son by addressing every step that needed to be taken for a successful treatment. Dr. Levit is very knowledgeable in his field and determined to help his patients. Alla, who is the facial specialist in the team, played an important role in the process, by spending a lot of time, providing excellent treatment and attention to my son's skin. On one of the regular appointments, Dr. Levit took notice on some skin issues that my wife has had, and recently went through with a surgery for her. I would like to give a big thank you to the entire team who surrounds Dr. Levit, his nurses, and his assistants who are also professional. Olga and Polina, the office's front desk receptionists, have been very polite, and helpful. It was very easy to make and reschedule appointments to fit our convenience. I would definitely recommend this doctor and the office, in general, to be chosen for treatments. read more

Clinic and staff is amazing, pleasant and friendly. Dr Levit will always listen and attend all your problems. I was offered to do NAD IV treatment for my overall health. I was looking for something to boost my health and NAD is the solution for this. I already did 4 sessions of NAD IV and can definitely notice changes. When I did first treatment I didn't notice significant changes. But next day I noticed boost of energy. I felt like I was ready to do anything. And now it's been my 4th treatment and my sleep is much better. I had insomnia I couldn't fall asleep until 2-3 in the morning while taking melatonin, was waking up every 1-2 hours. After doing this treatment I noticed that I fall asleep much faster could sleep almost through the night waking up only a few times. In the mornings I was well rested and prepared for the day. I am definitely recommending for everyone to do NAD treatment! Nurse Mila, who does it for you is truly amazing! read more

My family are the patients of Dr. Eyal Levit for years, and I can honestly say that Dr. Levit is the most amazing doctor you will meet in your life. First, he really possessed the encyclopedic knowledge of dermatology and general medicine. Trust me, it will save your life, as the skin cancer is the most commonly missed cancer. He is also an amazing surgeon and clinician with the hands of gold. His new office is extremely modern, super clean, and the people working there are so knowledgeable and friendly! The nurses and physician assistants are all trained by the doctor himself, and are so knowledgeable and experienced! He did the Cool Sculpting procedure for me which was absolutely painless and had unbelievable results. Whether you need a cosmetic procedure, skin exam, or a cancer surgery, do yourself a favor, call Dr. Eyal Levit for an appointment, and see the difference a real doctor makes. read more

Dr. Levit is a renown doctor in his field and uses his education and vast medical experience to produce great results. Dr. Levit has incredible skills, talent and knowledge that makes you feel at ease. Dr. Levit made me feel confident in him prior to my procedure as he explained everything in great detail and he made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Levit is very personable and has the people skills that are so important and that some professionals lack. It has been such a pleasure and I am more than grateful to have found such a highly skilled and caring professional to help me throughout my journey. Dr Levit and his entire staff are incredible. Every visit I make to this beautiful new office, I am made to feel at home. This is one of the first medical office's I've ever been to where the staff genuinely care to see an improvement in their patients. All of the medical staff from the Nurses to the Physician's Assistants to the Doctors themselves are all warm, caring and make sure to take the time necessary to address your problems. And whether that is through prescription creams or facials, they get the entire job done. Before I started going here I'd had bad acne for years without any hope of doing anything about it. I had gone to other dermatologists and cosmetologists, but no one accomplished anything but the staff at Dr. Levit's. Now, after just a few months of treatment here my skin not only looks better but feels healthier. read more

Dr. Levit is the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring doctor I've ever met. My mother was diagnosed with cancerous mole on her face. Dr Levit performed surgery over a year ago with no scar or any visible signs after the surgery. Amazing! Therefore, when my son developed unmanageable acne, I took him to dr. Levit. Previously, I took my son to many dermatologists, but none of them could help. Dr Levit recommended Accutane, the medication that improved my son's skin dramatically. After four months my son's acne is almost gone. Also, I just want to clarify negative comments about dr. Levit's "unprofessional treatment" (posted by Pinny G). I have never seen any unlicensed people at his office not mentioning performing any treatments. The bottom line is-dr Levit is the best doctor and I would highly recommend him to anybody!! read more

Just wanted to share my experience at Levit Dermatology. As a first time patient, I was naturally a little apprehensive going into my first appointment, but within minutes of walking in I knew that I was in good hands. The staff is extremely professional and the facility is state of the art. I couldn't have been happier with Dr. Brooks - he was beyond professional. In addition, I would like to thank Dr. Levit for helping with an off-hour emergency. My younger daughter developed an allergic reaction while on vacation out of state. My wife called and her call was instantly returned by Dr. Levit who called in a prescription to a pharmacy in North Carolina which helped almost immediately. Not only did he do that, but he followed up with a call the next day. We are very grateful for his compassion and understanding. read more

There are not enough words of appreciation Dear Doctor E.Levit, I would like to express my gratitude for taking care of my 98 years old father, for saving his life. You are not only an EXELLENT knowledgeable doctor which is very important as is but you are a great person with a big heart. Your office is very functional, your stuff is very professional, your front desk receptionists are nice and polite. The register nurse IRINA is extremely helpful, smart and impressive with her professional skills. The new office is a 21 century office. It was a great pleasure. I'm glad I brought my father to you, doctor Levit. And not for the first time. And not for the first time you AGAIN helped him. Thank G-d our community has specialists like you. Dr. Levit is an Excellent Doctor for Both medical and cosmetic issues. He is versatile in so many ways. Beautiful office fully equipped with lasers, all kinds of rejuvenating machines and technology and his injections are painless. No one knows my age. The Staff is excellent and they make you feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Levit Saved my mother's life when she had a huge skin cancer on her leg. He did Moh's surgery and removed all of it and cured her. I recently got a bad case of shingles and Dr Levit made me come in immediately treated me. He went out of his way to call me and make sure I was doing better. After the first treatment,I felt a remarkable difference. I recommend him at the highest level and can't think him and his staff for all the help they have given us over the years. read more

I just came home from an appointment with my daughter at Levit Dermatology. She has an issue with acne. Dr Levit saw her personally and spent over one hour explaining different treatment options. He looked at her bloodwork carefully, noticing that which needed to be noticed. He asked about other health problems and identified issues that never would have occurred to us. He brought additional staff into the office to explain laser and microneedling. I was moved by his caring, his interest, and willingness to explore her issues and to explain. He takes a holistic approach which makes sense. Waiting time was minimal. Office staff, particularly Monica, was very pleasant. We will continue to work with Dr Levit and his staff and expect her issues to clear up soon. read more

I love Doctor Eyal Levit! He saved my hands. I have been struggling with nail problems for over 20 years, and have been misdiagnosed by countless doctors all those years. They ran test after test, tried all sorts of therapies and medicines, nothing helped. I've lost hope a long time ago and gave up on my nails, until my primary physician recommended I go to NY Skin Clinic. Not only were the staff very kind and pleasant, or the wait time short, but they actually did the one thing that mattered to me. Doctor Levit found right away that I have been suffering with nail psoriasis, and after a few short weeks of treatment, he healed my nails completely. This man is a Godsend miracle worker. If what you have is serious or mysterious, Doctor Eyal Levit is the man to see. read more

We did some investigation and among cancelled appointments we identified that on 4/21/2014 at 6:00 pm patient Maria O. (we do not have any pts named Maria Z.) had an appointment in our office. However, the appointment was to the Aesthetician for facial, not to Dr. Levit. It was a new patient who came to our office a first time. The Aesthetician had a difficult patient in front of Maria and this was the reason for a delay. Polina from Front Desk called the Aestethician few times to find out when she would be available. Maria was told about the delay as soon as she entered the office. Therefore, the posting on Yelp should not be describing the provider; it was only a facial (cosmetic service) performed by another person. read more
