I spend hundreds of dollars here a year. I grabbed 511's when I meant to grab 512's. have the receipt but took off tags. the website CLEARLY states it's no problem if I have the receipt. Went to exchange them - not return, not get a refund, and they said their store specifically doesn't allow exchanges. I said the website says otherwise. The manager moved a strategically placed clothing rack that was blocking a handmade (Microsoft word) sign with small print that says this store specifically wont exchange items. I don't believe they're allowed to be the only Levi's in America that doesn't do exchanges, so I'll have to file a complaint with the BBB. read more

Upon coming into the store I was greeted by the associates working there and one of them asked if I needed help finding anything which is good because most places now don't greet often if at all anymore. I told her I was looking for jeans and ones that will last awhile so she suggested a few pair after asking me if I liked boot cut regular cut and or skinny. I tried a few on that fit well and thanked the lady associate for helping me. The store was in a big outside outlet mall and very spacious. Haven't shopped at a Levi's in awhile seems as if I will have to pay another visit after a good experience. read more

I bought 2 pairs of jeans for Christmas in November and when asked on the return policy I was told they extend it out into January for holiday purchases. I got home and realized one was the wrong size. I was not able to get back in til after the holiday. I brought that pair back the day after Christmas within the return policy, but management refused to do an even exchange that day. I needed to wear those pants that weekend, so I had to buy 4 more with the current event in the correct size and was told to come back in January and they would be able to refund the original pair or exchange it one for one again. I hadn't been able to come back in until mid January. I come in January and the current manager was different than the one I talked to the day after Christmas and she refused an even exchange. She said she would have to charge me the full price for the new pair since I was only getting one now. At this point I am beyond frustrated, I'm like that isn't how even exchanges work and they are the same price and style jean. She was like then I'll just refund you the price minus the discount for returning one pair which means I had to pay full price on the pair that had been kept and I'd have to pay full price on a new pair. I was outraged. I felt like I had no choice but to only get a store credit for $49 when the pants $70. Don't ever trust a single thing management says, they do not honor their word and they do not do anything fairly. I would have taken an even exchange, but they were greedy and wanted me to buy another pair to count for the discount today. Outrageous. read more

I stopped in here looking to replace a pair of my long time favorite jeans for work. The salesman immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help. He identified the most similar cut to my old jeans. I love how the jeans here are stocked so clearly - choose your cut, your color, your size, your length. It's like clockwork and so convenient. I need short/petite pants and love not having to hunt for them. The salesman was very attentive in looking up my size, and giving me options when one of the sizes I was looking for wasn't in stock. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Will definitely head here for my next pair of jeans. read more

5 Stars for Courtney! In two hours time, I managed to shop two years worth of a solid ensemble to bolster up my fall collection. Courtney did not rush, did not get upset, and ensured I didn't walk out in full denim. Denim, simply makes anything possible. But today, that limelight is all on Courtney. He climbed up the ladders to get my sizes, was honest about my selections ( the Simon Cowell of jeans), and really stayed till the end to make sure I completed my once in a blue moon shopathon. I felt extremely terrible about hogging this man from the other customers, but there was a moment where it was so quiet in the dressing room that I thought the store closed! Forget the Ross Roulette. Forget the 'Maxx style, maxx savings, maxx life' at TJ's. This outlet location has a huge selection for the 500 series that is well worth the trip. Thanks again Courtney. read more

So, here's the biggest thing about this Levi's outlet - if you are a dude, then congrats, because you have hit the motherload. If you are of the chick persuasion, as I am, then your options are much more limited. I went with my guy BFF looking for some Curve ID jeans, and unfortunately, they only had a couple of pairs in my ID, with not much selection on the washes. But my broham went nuts, trying on nearly every pair in the store. The selection is massive, tons of washes to choose from, and we had excellent, very patient service. Which is saying a lot when you're in the dressing room for nearly an hour, no joke. Guys, this place is your spot! read more

I had a really horrible customer service experience at this store. The employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. I attempted to speak with the manager the next day about my experience and he was just as rude. I have never been treated so poorly while just trying to buy some jeans. This would be a one star but for the fact that they have Levis in a variety of sizes (odd numbered waist measurements) that their website doesn't even have. Last week, I ordered two pairs of plain Levis through Levi's website and found out that I had lost more weight than I realized since the last time I bought jeans. The receipt and paperwork said that I could return or exchange the items at any Levis store. This being the closest store, I showed up and found the jeans I needed in a size that better matched my needs. Here's where the problem kicks in -- the prices between the Levis website and the Levis store don't match. Yep, I paid a little over $20 to get the exact same jeans in the right size. I mentioned this to the person who was ringing me up and he got defensive, telling me "We can't give you more credit than you paid for the jeans." I agree with that. What I don't agree with is charging more than I paid for the same jeans, just in a different size. This same guy was also more than a bit sniffy about sizing and wear too. When I asked about size and shrinkage, he proceeds to give me a lecture about not putting my jeans in the dryer and the "proper" way to wash and dry jeans. I love their selection of jeans. What I don't love are employees who seem to want to find a way to play "hide the ball" rather than provide a pleasant shopping experience. As an added note, I would mention that their prices are not any better than any other Levis retailer. If you must shop here, it's for the selection, not the service or pricing. read more

I like to shop Levi's online because they have more selection with better discount. I used to shop in the store more often but now they sell mostly skinny jean which I don't love. They did do a good job matching the price when I have exchange from an online purchase. The people are very friendly, just a little slow on the return or exchange from online purchase. I really hope that they have more selection not only skinny jean. read more

In fact everyone was really great but she was extra special. Only downside was we spent a fortune! Much more than can be said at another Levi outlet not so far away. read more
