I saw two dresses that were on sale. However, the fit for each wasn't flattering, and one of them looked frumpy on me. Even though the style and colors were very pretty, I didn't have any luck during this visit. They did have a good sale of 50% off most merchandise for Memorial weekend and discounted clearance items. I appreciated that I was acknowledged upon entering the store. That was a nice gesture.

The dressing room was uncluttered and I had plenty of space to try things on. The check out process was fast and friendly. Everything about this visit went pretty well. The only little tiny thing I have an issue with is they charge you 5 cents for a bag. How else will I carry my things? I was informed that all the stores charge for bags they Montgomery County but when I got home, none of my receipts reflected any of the stores charging me 5 cents for bags. Weird right... I would definitely return, but I'm taking my own bag for sure!

I hope they keep this store stocked as well as it was today. I went with two friends and we all left with a full Loft bag. They do not honor teacher discounts or loft discount coupons. The store is well organized and color sorted. The manager rang me up and was very personable, patient, and attentive with my questions. Specific items are steeply discounted, and other items are closer to regular prices, and sometimes they're both covertly placed to one another, so you have to read (and reread) all sale signages and verify prices because most (if not all) items are final sale. One star deduction due to the other sale associates not being as helpful and friendly in assisting me, but overly watching my every move in that store...iykyk.

I shop here often as I live close by, and they have a good selection of clothing, but someone should train Noah on service- especially if he will be left as the acting manager on duty. I now call him "Mr. Unfortunately we cannot do that." I was shopping and liked a red shirt, however, the smallest size on the rack was S. I'm an XS. Upon paying for the items I wanted, I noticed that the mannequin was wearing the last red XS. I asked the pleasant lady who was checking me out if I could take it and she said she would ask her manager-Noah. Noah said he could not give me the shirt on the mannequin because they are doing inventory. He said any other time it would be ok, but not today. (His story changed later on that inventory was not today, but before the weekend). So I said ok, can I leave my name and reserve the red shirt for when "inventory" is done? & he responded "Unfortunately, I cannot do that." That's when I got upset and had to say something... I asked if he could call a proper manager, but "unfortunately, they don't do that." I explained to him that I always come here and have items reserved, and it's totally fine, and the staff usually has it for me when I come back. We got into an argument with him eventually agreeing to get my name so he can call when I can pick up the shirt. I usually have no problem with this store, and it's usually so easy to reserve items, but Noah is either lazy, full of excuses, or just should not be an acting manager until he is trained with customer service. Normally I wouldn't come back upon experiencing this kind of service, but I like banana rep clothing and I live in the area!!! Such a bummer considering it was a slow weekday. I almost left without my items, but I spent too much time in there not to. Bummed customer!

Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the stressful process. My dresses weren't fitting due to the fact my waist is much smaller than my hips and they did all the alterations for free and the dresses fit like a glove. You really get your money's worth. Everyone doesn't stop giving me compliments about how nice everything looked. I 100% recommend.
