    Levis return, exchange policy that management instructs them NOT to use !!

    The absolute worse experience EVER !! I swear it's the blind leading the blind here!! You may wanna put your seatbelts on because you're in for a ride for this review !! My largest goal in life today was to exchange 3 pairs of jeans for 3 identical different sized jeans or obtain a store credit... Nah, Levi Outlet Store #272 had something different in mind. I was informed by Manager Mike that since they had nothing I purchased in store (they didn't have ANY 30*34 jeans in stock) that he could not assist w a merchandise credit because their system is different than the other retail and outlet stores. I personally have no interest in the systems and operations at Levi Retail & Outlets. As a consumer, I just want to be able to read and follow directions as my packing slips advises me to. According to the packing slip that I had (see pictured), I can return my stuff to any Levi Retail or Outlet and if I pay with Paypal which I did, I am owed a store credit. That's what I wanted because I wanted to go online to purchase my son's jeans since the store was unable to provide. No way Jose, they made this the hardest process ever! I had to leave and come back twice with customer service on the phone! When I returned w customer service on the phone, I was advised to give the manager my phone. Strangely enough I wasn't comfortable give him my phone as he wasn't comfortable taking the phone so he volunteered to call customer service. After leaving me waiting for 15 minutes, he came back and told me called a Loss Prevention. I'm not sure why Loss Prevention was called on non stolen or lost items but ok, I'll take what I can get. I was then told they would honor my return this time only & that they were putting a note in to the computer system. I really don't care what they put in their computer system comments, if I need to return something else guess what... I'll be back! The end result an hour and a 1/2 later was me getting a store credit as my packing slip advises I should receive. This experience was very very embarrassing, time consuming and uncomfortable for me. This was my 1st time visiting this Levi's store and I am embarrassed for them all as well! I've never experienced such shitty service in my life! I was informed by Manager Mike that his manager Ally said I can not get my store credit despite what the store policy is for Levi across-the-board. I was then informed by Manager Mike, that he was trained November 1st by a trainer in NC to not abide by the store's policy. That is absolutely disgraceful and horrible! My receipt was dated November the 18th! Another issue that I had that would not have been an issue if they would have followed stores protocol is when I returned back to the store there were 5 employees standing there not acknowledging me as a customer including Manager Mike despite me being the only customer present at counter. I am genuinely thankful for Levi's Customer Service line; Customer Service Representative Adrian (from Denver) & his Manager who was able to encourage me to go back to the store in advocate for what's mine! They supported me the entire time by staying on the phone & not hanging up until everything was said and done. Sadly they were very shocked about the way I was treated in store. They could hear everything that was being said to me & the way I was talked to. Not cool at all, not cool! At this point I was ready to call Montgomery County Police to handle this but Manager Mike somehow got himself all the way together. Store 272, you just lost 4 plus customers! When visiting any establishment or receiving any service I always the find the positives and if there are any negatives, I find it to be my duty to have the positive outweigh the negative but I cannot in this case. The staff was rude as hell, the manager didn't know anything nor did not receive any support by his manager, & the store didn't even carry my son's size which is a common size. There's no way I can promote a business like this. I guess the one good thing is the lights were on and the door revolved... that's all I got. In the end, I'm not that angry with Manager Mike b/c he was doing exactly what he was instructed & deserves a raise, mural & unlimited stock in the company! Sadly he was left in a store to deal with me w this issue with no support besides Store Manager Ally by telephone who gave very very poor direction & needs to be retrained herself! Mike stated many times that he only had to do what he was instructed to do. I don't fault Mike because Michael's very very loyal to Levis, but common sense would of helped everybody just a little bit. The customer is always right... especially when the store stores the policy itself, at least so I thought! Do better!

    These are very convenient and clean premium outlets!!…read more I typically only visit a few stores here (Clarins, Aldo, Off Saks 5th), but there is something for everyone at these outlets. Parking is plentiful, but no matter where you park, you'll be walking, because the place is extensive. There are some accessible elevators and elevators, but beware, they're typically out of order at any given time. You'll also find great deals here if you take your time and search, and can find some really great items. The food court, however, is seriously lacking in choices. Im actually quite surprised! But there also a lot of dessert and specialty shops that compete with the eateries in the food court, but I don't think that's an excuse. So after all that shopping, don't place your heart on good sit down eating at the outlets. Service typically depends on the store, but I do feel like this place has a bit of racial discrimination and bias. Like there is an uneasiness among everyone, and some people excessively watch people of color, especially if you're shopping alone. They're not as "brave" if you're with a group of 2 or more ppl. But Ive never experienced or witnessed any overt hatred or aggressive behavior. So it's not like these outlets are unsafe. Overall, I recommend..and it's located nearly off the highway.

I just wished they didn't have so many vacant stores. Seems like there are more going than coming. We always find some good deals and there's a decent selection of businesses to choose from.

I mean, the Burlington portion, what exactly was here before them, you can tell it wasn't built for them, it was some kind of department store for sure. Yes, I am aware that a Toys R Us was here before. Nothing more chilling than seeing the ghost signage and dark store when you walk towards the front door. I am also aware that there were some kind of truck dealership. But I am baffled by what this business was. Much like the nearby mall, this should probably be vacated. This Burlington is the last man standing in this property. If you want to call it that. They are wobbling. My god why did I even come here? Oh, that's right, I needed an item and I though this might be a great place to try to find that item. I was wrong. Why did I get so irritated by just walking into this store? Why is it that every Burlington you go to they intentionally shrink the store footprint and have so much empty space to go through. But not only is the footprint shrunk, the stock is shrunk as well. That shrunken stock is basically thrown about. I think there was more stock on the floor than on the racks. The customers in here really didn't care that they were just not putting it back and then stepping on it. I just couldn't focus on shopping in here. I was overstimulated by the stock all over the place and then the sensors on the shoes kept going off. With the noise and my OCD kicking into high gear, I had to leave. Good thing I did too, because their stock was very limited. Not to mention that I was too afraid to even venture up to the second floor. If this main floor was like this, I didn't even want to see the mess upstairs. This store is disgusting in every matter of the word. It's dirty. It's not organized in the least. It's sketchy. Save your time and go somewhere else.

    This is more of a review for the customer service I received today from Noah, the manager on duty,…read moreand not on the clothes. I shop here often as I live close by, and they have a good selection of clothing, but someone should train Noah on service- especially if he will be left as the acting manager on duty. I now call him "Mr. Unfortunately we cannot do that." I was shopping and liked a red shirt, however, the smallest size on the rack was S. I'm an XS. Upon paying for the items I wanted, I noticed that the mannequin was wearing the last red XS. I asked the pleasant lady who was checking me out if I could take it and she said she would ask her manager-Noah. Noah said he could not give me the shirt on the mannequin because they are doing inventory. He said any other time it would be ok, but not today. (His story changed later on that inventory was not today, but before the weekend). So I said ok, can I leave my name and reserve the red shirt for when "inventory" is done? & he responded "Unfortunately, I cannot do that." That's when I got upset and had to say something... I asked if he could call a proper manager, but "unfortunately, they don't do that." I explained to him that I always come here and have items reserved, and it's totally fine, and the staff usually has it for me when I come back. We got into an argument with him eventually agreeing to get my name so he can call when I can pick up the shirt. I usually have no problem with this store, and it's usually so easy to reserve items, but Noah is either lazy, full of excuses, or just should not be an acting manager until he is trained with customer service. Normally I wouldn't come back upon experiencing this kind of service, but I like banana rep clothing and I live in the area!!! Such a bummer considering it was a slow weekday. I almost left without my items, but I spent too much time in there not to. Bummed customer!
