We did full exterior remodel. Roof, gutters, addition of patio awning, and siding…read more Estimate: Absolutely no pressure. Sam was thorough and accurate. He took the time to explain what I should look for in installation. He explained the pros and cons of the types of roofing. His measurements were accurate. We got estimates ranging in difference from four squares on the roof and six squares on the siding. When the materials came and were installed, there was only a small amount left that aligned with squares and a margin for error. Some contractors tried to state that contractors can overrun by up to 30% cost without permission. We were assured estimate was accurate and told where unforeseen costs might be. We did run into a major water damage issue on the siding. The issue was clear (could put finger through the backing material with no pressure) and the change to the bid was what was quoted to replace with plywood should an issue arise. LNI reports showed clear on license and inspections which was not the case with all bids. Scheduling: The dates and times for scheduling were accurate. Project started when projected and ended when projected. Installation: The crews assigned were fabulous. Prior to the construction, Raphael notified neighbors and provided contact information in case of any issues. The crews obviously have worked together long term and were friendly and accommodating. For the siding, each night was cleaned well, and it was a worksite, so setup stayed. The setup was as unobtrusive and minimal as possible. Materials were protected. Over a weekend predicted rain, plywood needed was protected with wrap to ensure it stayed dry. For roofing, the cleanup was meticulous, and nothing on the ground would suggest a tear off, or work was happening. Cleanup on both projects was thorough enough nightly to allow us to use the driveway and garage without fear of picking up a nail. Materials were high quality, and with supply chain issues, there were no low end substitutions. Finishing was thorough and on point. The cords, connections, and house numbers were put back in place. I didn't like our previous house numbers and purchased some. I had to work so I left them on the porch. They were installed beautifully. If you're looking at interior or exterior work I highly recommend High Cascade homes.

They not only help you through your claim they literally do it all. Talk directly to your insurance so you do not have to. Even the mortgage company. Most people don't even know that if there is a mortgage on your home and have a claim the check sent for the repairs comes and goes to them. They asked for inspections as the work went on and they handled it to! There contract was simple too. Never seen a contractor take on a project with a guarantee that interest doesn't cover it they pay for it. So lucky to have found a company like this.

The only silver lining was meeting Josh and his crew at SWF who worked with us to undertake a massive rebuild and were so supportive and diligent throughout the project. The rebuild was a huge task- SWF handled it all- electric, insulation, drywall, painting, tiling, appliance installs, cabinet install, and did an enormous amount of cedar trim and finish carpentry- and helped us coordinate subcontractors as well. Our house was lovingly hand built 30 years ago and SWF really worked hard to honor that and bring us back to functional and aesthetic value. We really were so lucky to work with a company that made us feel so cared for during such a difficult time. They saved our house and probably also my sanity. Can't recommend SWF enough!

Lobo Roofing just completed installing our new roof. Our previous roof was installed improperly and…read morewe wanted to correct the situation. Francisco had provided a competitive bid and did a great job listening to me and letting me know what to expect after looking over my roof. Obviously, We chose Lobo and they proceeded to have materials delivered 2 days later and they were at our house (at 7am) the next day. A crew of 6 were on site (including Francisco and his dad). Once they took off the old roof, they took pictures of the wood underlayment to show me the condition and then proceeded to replace all the bad boards (about 15 pieces). Once they finished replacing the bad boards, they sent me pictures again. They proceeded to correct the poor flashing installation done before and then completed the shingles installation followed with more pictures show the finished product. They were done in one day. The whole experience was smooth and seamless. We looking forward to enjoying a good roof for years to come. Thanks to Lobo Roofing!

The Lobo Roofing company visited my home due to moisture getting into our attic. Francisco assured…read moreus that he found a leak on our roof that was causing the moisture. About a week later, after being late to our home by over 2.5 hours, his team replaced old existing flashing and shingles, along with other minor repairs. A few weeks later, we saw that our attic was still leaking. After he canceled on us once, he eventually returned to our home to inspect his team's work. Francisco stated that his work was perfect and that our chimney cap was faulty and that was what was causing the leak. We then had a chimney professional come and replace our cap. The chimney professional looked inside of our chimney and did not find any signs of moisture. We called a different a contractor and this contractor found a soft spot less then 1 foot away from the shingles that Lobo Roofing had just replaced. Additionally, there were exposed nails in the flashing without any rubber washers. The contractor stated that washers were necessary to prevent leaks. We called Francisco, asking him to return to our house to address the soft spot that he missed. Francisco assured us that he would come back, free of charge, to fix this mistake. After canceling on us 3 more times and no longer returning our calls and texts, we have given up and believe that Lobo Roofing is not intending to ever help us. Our attic is now moldy and is still wet due to Lobo Roofing's mistakes, cancellations, and non-responsiveness. We are VERY disappointed and frustrated.

The company is actually a father-son duo and the father has over 30 years of experience in the concrete business.
