My wife and I lived at Level 550 for about a year and a half. During our tenancy, we generally enjoyed living there. The property was quiet, maintenance requests were handled, and we didn't have any major issues while we were residents. Unfortunately, our experience changed completely after move-out. We were charged over $800 after our security deposit was applied because management claimed our carpet required full replacement due to "excessive traffic staining." We had no pets, no children, took good care of the apartment, and believed the carpet showed normal wear from two adults living there for less than two years. After disputing the charge, we requested documentation and eventually received photos, a carpet replacement estimate, and a handwritten note from a carpet vendor recommending replacement. The note was extremely brief, poorly written, and provided very little detail about why the carpet allegedly could not be cleaned or why replacement was necessary. What was even more concerning was that the carpet replacement estimate they relied on was generated only after we disputed the charge, and at the time they were demanding payment, they acknowledged they had not yet received a final replacement invoice because the work had not been completed. Throughout the process, we never felt we received a clear explanation of why professional cleaning would not have been sufficient or why the condition shown in the photos exceeded normal wear and tear. The photos largely showed traffic patterns and matting that we believed were consistent with ordinary use after living in the apartment for nearly two years. The most frustrating part was being told that residents are expected to return the apartment in essentially the same condition it was received, including carpet that was brand new when we moved in. In our view, that standard ignores the reality that normal wear and tear occurs during everyday living, which is something Arizona law generally recognizes. In the end, we paid the charge because we didn't want to spend additional time and money continuing the dispute, but we strongly disagreed with the decision and felt the burden was placed on us to prove why normal use of a two-year-old carpet shouldn't result in a replacement charge. If you're considering living here, my advice is simple: document absolutely everything. Take detailed move-in and move-out photos, keep copies of all inspection forms, save cleaning receipts, and carefully review any carpet replacement policies before signing. We enjoyed living here, but the move-out process left us frustrated and disappointed enough that we would not choose to rent here again. read more

Been a tenant for two years, never late in rent, follows rules etc. mandatory management walk through scheduled for when I am going out of town. Asked for it to be moved just four days as I have pets and pets need to be secured in bathroom. Was told no that I would have to leave them locked up for the week I am gone. Then they "graciously said I could leave them locked up in the bedroom instead. They can't away from company policy. I have never asked for any type of accommodation before and obviously it wouldn't of mattered. If you care about your animals stay the hell away from here. Will not be renewing lease for this "pet friendly" place that wants me to leave them locked up for a week. STAY AWAY read more

I just moved in on Sunday. I'm already incredibly dissatisfied with my experience. 1. There's dog feces covering the courtyard in front of my place (there's a dog bag disposal bin located in the center of the courtyard). They mention in their rules that people will be fined...clearly *no one* is getting fined for something as serious as dog feces causing a very unsanitary environment. 2. I requested maintenance to come for a bedroom window that won't open, a ceiling fan that's coming off its hinges, and a closet door that won't open 3. Literally while maintenance knocked on my door this morning, the bathroom door was painted improperly and the lock got jammed - I was stuck in the bathroom and I'm claustrophobic. They're making it my own responsibility to pay for a new handle. Whoever painted the place - it should absolutely be their problem. Be mindful of the negative reviews on this place. Since this property likes to delete google reviews I figured I would just post my review on other platforms. Its too bad I can not give this property a zero-star review. If you choose to live here you can expect your water to be shut off every other day due to "repairs". Most of the time the management team will only make you aware of the shut off AFTER its been shut off. In the spring time I can promise you, that you will have a fly infestation that management team will not solve in a timely manner. Our patio was so infested with flies that our ring camera was detecting the motion. Not only did it take well over two months to resolve due to management having no idea how to resolve it, but the only resolution was placing fly traps that I purchased and set out. Which is not allowed per our lease agreement but because the property manager hardly ever leaves her office she had no idea that I had put them out. She also failed to notice all the other units that decided to put out their own fly traps out. There is also a slew of stray and feral cats that roam the property and defecated all over your patio. No one on staff cares about your safety. The crime in the complex and surrounding area is extremely high. You will see cops in the complex just about every other night responding to calls. There was a stalker once in the complex stalking and harassing women at night.. that we were only made aware of thanks to the ring camera app. When I asked management about the situation they had no idea what I was talking about. Just another example of the management team being completely unaware of anything that goes on in the complex. There is a "curfew" which is not enforced. So, if you like to throw pool parties late into the night than this would be the place to live. If you do end up living here make sure your ring camera is always on and charged. I once had maintenance enter my apartment without my approval which of course was just brushed off as an "accident". Even Aspen Square Management does not care about their residents. If you have an issue with the management staff like I had, do not bother letting them know because they will not call you back or respond to your emails. SLUM LORD ALERT I lived at this complex for 5 years and for most of the 5 years I lived here without any issues. I only started having issues when Melissa Smith took over as property manager. She is rude, lazy and has terrible customer service skills. She likes to spend her time making TikToks and IG reels instead of managing the property. The only reason there are any positive reviews is because of the incentives that are offered for leaving a positive review. If you do end up living here. Dog poop all over the courtyard, pools constantly dirty and always closed, never any poop bags for people to pick up after their dogs, always had maintenance trying to come into my apartment when i wasn't home when i gave them times i was home multiple times & lastly we had a leak with our water heater and it ruined the wall while we were moving out and weren't there for over a week and we got blamed for it even though we had no idea about the leak until we received a call from a debt collector trying to collect money for the damages, the blonde lady in the office is very unprofessional and said it was our fault they never tried to speak to us about it until i called 2 months later asking about our mail. read more

I truly wish I could rate my terrible experience with this complex a 0 stars. The people running it are lucky my family & I did not take legal action, I couldn't fit every issue in a single review.. but let me just tell some of the problems. I'll start off with the roaches, I keep a clean home. I had roaches almost the entire time living here, with regular "pest control" visits from whoever the apartments have hired. My neighbors had this issue as well, truly disgusting. I literally had to rearrange my entire apartment for a more serious pest treatment, & they probably used water. Still had roaches.. the next day. Months later, I complained about still having roaches. When they finally got back to me, our lease was up in one week.. mind you I was 9 months pregnant, due anyday. I kindly requested for the treatment to be when we were moved out due to the strong chemicals & I didn't want them around me or my baby. Kaylee at the front office, told myself & my sister that called in, that "I can sit outside, it's not that hot out." Did I mention the treatment requires you to be outside of your home for 4+ hours? They told us that if we didn't get the treatment we had to pay for any issues with the roaches if there were still any when we moved out.. of course there will be. We had treatments literally MONTHLY & these disgusting apartments are literally untreatable for this issue. Finally, they agreed to wait until we were moved out, considering their treatments had NEVER once worked. At one point, while I was pregnant.. our air conditioner seriously sounded like a roller coaster, sounded like the roof of our apartment was going to fall in. I asked for help weekly, it took them nearly 2 months to fix this issue. The water shuts off almost every week, once it was 5+ hours. My fiance had to come home from working a 10 hour shift & use the restroom at the nearest gas station. Dry wall issues, CONSTANT plumbing issues. Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors cough. Mind you, these are just SOME of the problems we had to go through here. If you're considering living here, for your own sake.. & your money.. please choose somewhere else. This place was our biggest regret, 0/10 stars. read more

I had to post a review to get a working toilet, and other important appliances functional as well. Upon fixing my washer (as if the toilet not working while my health issues acted up and the maintenance guy accusing me of lying wasn't enough) I literally heard the maintenance guy listening to a YouTube tutorial. Word for word he said it was the first time he was doing anything like that. He was just replacing a part. A wall in the apartment leaked water the entire time I was there. I posted a better review after the first because they controlled my living space and I didn't want ill treatment. But I'm not living here anymore, thankfully. The front desk was extremely passive aggressive and took most my concerns like a personal attack, oddly enough. Seems like they find it amusing and entertaining to be in charge of aspects of someone's livelihood considering I was settling to live here for financial reasons, clearly. I scheduled a tour of this property and when I arrived for it, I was met by a locked front door and a sign saying the staff would be back an hour AFTER my scheduled tour. While I stood there, I noticed the entire staff sitting in a room talking and laughing. Occasionally I would make eye contact with somebody but NOBODY came out to let me know they were having a "staff meeting." What is the point of scheduling a tour through their office if they are going to ignore you for 75 minutes??? I was so excited to tour but this experience made it clear that residents are not the priority and that I would NOT be helped should I actually need it. I had the worst leasing experience when I came in. The lady in the front was very rude. She basically told me to get out because she couldn't leave me in there. She had an appointment, and the appointment never showed up. Then I came in and she still chose to take two other people ahead of me when I had a scheduled time. I feel like because I am black. She chose to treat me very different than she treated the other people that were in there. my time is also valuable, and I feel like you should not treat your customers the way that you did. I hope for somebody from the property management can reach out to me and maybe I can set up an appointment with someone else but I feel like I don't even want to choose to live there because I could only imagine how you guys would treat your residents. read more

Please excuse me, but this is going to be a long review. Firstly, let's start with the approval process, every time I complied with what was asked, I was told that wasn't enough, this isn't recent enough, we need this, we need that. They still didn't charge me the $200 deposit they said they so strongly advertised during the tour. The leasing professional, was awesome, very knowledgeable and professional. He should get a job with a more reputable company. Greystar is my suggestion because they are customer service oriented. Right after I moved in, this COVID-19 thing got serious. I contacted the office immediately as I hadn't even lived here a week. I was told to get out of the lease it was about $4000. A bit outrageous for a national crisis. I moved here for a job that I no longer had. Quite unwilling to work with tenants on finding a solution. But fear not, the manager, (current one as of 4-2-20) will suggest jobs for you. They initially said they weren't even waiving late fees, but quickly changed their tune on that one. If you are sensitive to noise, DO NOT RENT HERE. I can hear EVERYTHING from both sides of my unit. On one side, I could tell you verbatim a script of their problems in their relationship. The guy on the other side isn't loud, but if he walks around it sounds like he's in a unit on top of me (How does someone next to me sound like they are on top?). I have emailed the property manager who suggested I file a police report. Yes, that sounds great, call the police on people living normally in their apartment. HOW ABOUT YOU FIX YOUR UNITS. I was told upon moving here that this price was a steal. I can bet this is from the previous tenants having the same issues. Now they are doing construction on the unit next to me. Thats a great wake up call at 8am each morning. Also, clean drinking water? Multiple times I have found my water to be milky when I run it. I only reported it 4-16-2020, however, was told it was the city water lines. I reached out to the Health Department to make sure before I drink or us it. Reading other reviews, it seems not everyone is having these issues, however, I am not having the same experiences. Also, let's be clear concerning my intentions here. I have asked if I could transfer to another unit or another property within this company's portfolio. I reached out to the regional property manager. The manager warned me that she would just forward the email back to her. She responded, but didn't touch on the issues. And had the manager respond to me.She told me they weren't releasing people from their lease. I wrote to you about noise issues. STILL NEVER EVEN AN APOLOGY. Where is the customer service? I also emailed the Director of Property Management. Hopefully, his professionalism is a bit more focused on customer satisfaction. (UPDATE: He never responded!) Also, on the professionally of this company, read the google reviews that the Manager responded to. I won't name her because I don't want this review removed but she has left her signature on the reviews. She has thrown peoples specific situations out on the internet. Isn't there a privacy law against that? One girl left a one star. Manager responded with "Thanks so much for renewing with us," and mentioned the other tenant's name, Tanner. Petty, catty, and unprofessional! Another was about a lease break, and she threw out the whole situation of how the guys roommate situation changing isn't her problem. These are extremely unprofessional responses, and should have been confidential situations. My advice is to stay away from this company as a whole. Pay the extra $100-$200 to lease somewhere that will work to make sure you have a home and be happy. Don't lease somewhere that provides 4 walls with no insulation and doesn't care about your experience. read more

Savanna and Ashley in the leasing office are great! They are genuinely wanting to help people find the right homes for each family and make things work for them. I also can't say enough good things about the maintenance team. Even if something happens, they are top notch in communicating and doing what they can every step of the way. I'm also really happy that our complex offers recycling since it's always been a huge deal from where I've previously lived. Overall, the staff seems open to understanding different perspectives and strives to keep a peaceful and good looking community. read more

They keep the outside of the apartment very clean I have only had one minor maintenance issues that got fixed right away ! Maintenance guy is very nice and respectful. We have been living in Level 550 for almost a year. We find this as the most clean, well-maintained and well-kept property. Although, we don't use the pool, but we use the gym. All I can say that the staff is very proactive to make this property look clean and pretty. We also have a dog so that makes us use dog park every day. It is relieving to see the place right in front on the apartment where we can take our dog any time and he loves running insides, as the area inside the park is big enough for the dog's work-out. Both office and maintenance staff are nice and pleasant to talk to. The neighbors are very nice as well. Overall, its a decent apartment complex to live. We have just renewed our lease for next year. read more

I lived here for two years. After the first few months I got some new neighbors on the south side and you could tell the walls were paper thin and some new neighbors on the 2nd floor who seemed to wear steel toed boots. I opened a maintenance request to get this fixed and they came and "fixed it" but it did not get better. You can hear when the neighbors are showering. They said the roaches in my apartment were small beetles as well, even though the apartment near me had a "small infestation". They let motorcycles/cars park in the most convenient parking spots for weeks without moving. You try to get someone towed from your covered parking spot because you pay for it and no one will come tow it. Also our upstairs neighbors threw cigarette butts on our patio, but no one did anything about it. Water got shut off at least once a week for a month straight. We saw a maintenance worker dump chemicals in the pool while people were in it and it closes at 9pm which is the dumbest rule ever. If you're thinking about moving here make sure to take pictures of every inch of your apartment when you move in, for your move in report, as they will charge you for normal wear and tear. They charged me $200 for indents in their cheap vinyl flooring. (See attached) Their display room is amazing, but their real apartments don't meet that expectation. You definitely don't get the quality you pay for at these apartments. When I went to sign my third year lease they were trying to charge me $200 more than what I started at. Mind you when I first moved in I was paying $1,050 for a one bed one bath and they wanted me to pay $1,200 for the same apartment! For anyone reading this please just find a different place. Don't rent from Aspen Squares, don't rent at Level 550. They will reply to this and try to make excuses for what I'm saying is not true, don't believe them. read more

I am not a resident, only went through application, waitlist fee payment and ESA process. Here is my experience: Invested about $220 w my fiancée and really like the place. Seems clean and quiet. The ESA process is what had me not live here anymore. My papers were lost and the accommodation department had a long turn around rate compared to other apartments I applied to. So overall, if you have an ESA make sure you have time to go through this process. I personally didn't have a great experience due to my papers getting lost, just seemed unorganized. Another apartment processed me a lot faster and was able to sign a lease else where. The upside is that the leasing office does reply to emails quickly and are very helpful. I worked with Savannah and she is knowledgeable and very helpful with the issues faced. Definitely contact her with any of your issues. Thx! read more

I've lived here for a few months now and I think I have a pretty good opinion of the place. The management and amenities here are unlike most apartments and it's a nice refreshing change of pace from most places I've lived. They are responsive and helpful and the maintenance is quick and reliable. There have been just a few frustrating things that we've noticed about the place itself. They update almost all of the units once the previous tenants leave. That's what they told us and it seemed to be true from the reviews. Once we got off the wait list (we had been on it for about 3 months) we were told that there was a unit available that was what we wanted around the price point we wanted. Fully updated and clean. We got into the unit and I tried to take notes of as many little things about the place on the move in forms that I could try to see-- quickly too because we moved in on a Friday and had to turn the paper in on Monday. So we had about 3 days to note discrepancies all while unpacking. I noted that the OLD vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom was warped--They install a newer less 70s looking vinyl in FULLY renovated units (later noting after turning in the form that the bathroom perpetually smelled off.) -- One thing I noticed as soon as we moved in was that the place had an old house and smokers smell. I assumed it was just from a smoking neighbor and an old filter. 3 months later and a filter change doesn't seem to be the fix. As soon as I noticed the floors they came in 2 months later and set a date to fix it. Once I finally filled out a maintenance form online. (Which is great!) We then had met our downstairs neighbors and once they invited us in we realized that they had hard wood throughout their unit. Their place also was more updated and clean looking (especially for a place full of college men lol) and didn't have the old smell ours did. (One I can't ever seem to get rid of) The only reason I bring this up is because it seems that my place wasn't ever updated to the standards that other units seem to be despite before moving in we would be told it would be. I like the place enough but it's old and you can tell. The popcorn ceilings have never been replaced or cleaned and it's obvious. Idk how to even clean them. But its my fault I didn't mention this on the forms but we hadn't looked through one of the units for months before moving in. So we hadn't noticed how old our unit was before seeing a newly renovated one. Just be sure to look at the exact unit you move into before moving in and keep in contact with the management. Hopefully once we move the place will be updated fully. But I just wanted to note those few things. This apartment seems to care more than most and it's telling. But apartment complexes try to be cheap in whatever way is easiest (which it's understandable) and I think if you show your high standards a place will reflect those. read more

They were very helpful from the start. Audra was very nice and made the process go smoothly. Why I'm giving them only 2 stars is based on what happened after I was approved. I received a call a week ago from Audra that I was approved and she would be sending me my lease to sign. I get a call from her today a week after I was approved that I was no longer approved because what they had available at the time I was to move in I would not qualify for. This to me is not good business practice. Why would you tell me I was approved and tell me a week later that I wasn't? Luckily for me I had another apartment lined up. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because they gave me a refund for the application fee. It's a shame because this incident really changed my feelings about this place. DO NOT RENT HERE! If I could give this company zero stars I would. We considered helping my son who has a disability move here and we paid the application fee and holding fee to hold the apartment. He later decided to cancel and they told him he would owe them over $5000! He never put a deposit down nor saw the apartment he would be leasing. We called the office and the Manager Amber was extremely rude and stated they are within their rights to charge over $5000. This is a complete scam, and now we are having to seek legal representation. Hopefully I can save someone from going through the same thing, do not sign anything until the day you get youtr keys and agree to your apartment! read more

The maintenance guys are literally the best which is the only reason for the 2 stars. I've lived here for over a year and a half we decided to resign our lease as we just had a baby and moving during covid wasn't really in the plans and moving across the city with a newborn would be extremely difficult. The first year was great. Never had many issues. Then I was about to go in to have my baby and they needed me to shower and use a special soap as I was going to have a c-section. Well no hot water come to find out we didn't have hot water the whole weekend and it only got fixed the day before we came home. You have to spend 4-6 days in the hospital after having a c-section. Not the maintenance guys fault cause they had to have the office call and get a company out to fix it. But really 4 days to get hot water? Then the ac unit leaked and it took 3 day to fix as my carpet in the bathroom hall was ruined and soaking and started smelling musty. And they told us we had to be out of the house for at least 8 hours. I swear there was black mold on the base boards they pulled out and when I confronted the office they said it wasn't but a spray they used. Well to me those are black mold spots. Then we decided to move into a new unit and were never shown the unit its self. Ended up being EXTREMELY smaller then what we expected. Whatever we went with it. The toilet has had to be fixed at least 3 times since moving into this unit in April cause it would not flush everything down. The top tank would leak black water down so when I took the top of the tank off I literally almost threw up. I spent 45 scrubbing it with bleach cause all the black mold was so bad. The toilet water is always super hot and you can feel the heat radiate up to your butt. I've complained multiple times about there being no such thing as cool water coming from ANY faucet or the shower it's always super hot. They replaced the thing that controls the water in the shower and it helped a little bit but not much. The maintenance guys said it's just the way the boiler is turned up. I've talked to my neighbor and she has the exact same problem I can barley give my son a bath cause the water is way to hot it will burn him. The tub is just painted over white and not very well fixed after each person moves out the caulking peels up then water get under it and bam you get black goop under it. And the paint chips off every time you clean your tub. On top of the fact the walls are thin and we have the loudest upstairs neighbors in the world that stomp bang and have wild party's and play their tv so loud we can hear it in our unit my fiancé works from home and his customers have said they can hear it on the phone! It's even knocked one of our paintings off the wall! Told the office multiple times about it nothing changes they just tell us to call the non emergency police line. Like what is that going to do? Tired to report another complaint this morning and even called no one ever answers or ever calls back. Needless to say we won't be sticking around next year. read more

I am currently a resident and I am not content at all. Where do I start, note to self I should have read the comments before signing a lease here. It is true walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations and foot steps. I have found about ten cockroaches so far and me and my boyfriend are very clean. The staff is so rude and this place will find nearly anything to extra charge you. The pet fee is excessive here, you need to pay a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $300 and $30 monthly. Also the shower in the master bedroom had a temperature of only hot and cold and there was no in between. I can't even talk about how upset I am about the bathroom in the living room. That restroom is like someone was on drugs when they constructed it. The door in that restroom stops half ways because the toilet stops it. I called maintenance to fix it and they told me there was nothing they can do. Lastly, I was sold on this apartment because of the beautiful display they show you at first. THEN I GOT THE APARTMENT AND THE WASHER/DRYER IS OUTSIDE MY UNIT IN MY "STORAGE " (the STORAGE IS VERY SMALL). In the show room the washer/ dryer was inside the unit. The showroom also had a bigger kitchen with alot more storage space such as cabinets and drawers. BUT WHEN I GOT THE APARTMENT THERE WAS NO STORAGE SPACE. VERY LITTLE SPACE FOR POTS AND PANS AND YOUR GROCERIES. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I PAY ALMOST 2k FOR AN APARTMENT I AM NOT CONTENT WITH. BUT I HAVE A LEASE SO I HAVE TO FINISH IT SADLY. THIS IS 100% TRUE DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have lived at Level 550 for almost a whole year, and I have 0 complaints. They have been wonderful to rent from. Any time I have ever had any maintenance issues they have came and fixed them immediately (even on a holiday weekend). I will not be renewing my lease, only because my family has outgrown our apartment but I would not hesitate to rent from them again in the future! read more

Holy Cow! I can't believe the fast one this complex just pulled. Received my Dec 2017 rent invoice and learned that my rent went up $75.00 a month. The renewal agreement they sent never mentioned the increase of $75.00 only in vague terms did it state the new amount. Which was $783.00 a month I thought would be the new rent amount instead the rent is $820.00. When i wen to the office to ask WTH, i was told that was the base rent plus tax and not including trash, water and gas (which shared by the property) and included in the monthly rent. When I asked what my current monthly rent was, I was told I could do the math to subtract the tax and had two months. After reviewing the agreement I thought my rent was going up about $40.00 as I was paying $745.00, If I knew the truth of the increase I would of moved. Then I called and asked for the corporate number so that I could complain to them. The manager at level 550 kept asking what she could do and then began to explain how i signed a legal document. She asked what they could do better and i began to explain, she cuts me off and would let me complete a sentence. I ask for the corporate again still being cut off. I get really frustrated and use the F word, she then begins to talk to me as if I'm a child. So frustrating are these people. Oh and there's more this past summer I spent most of time battling to keep crickets, flies and termites out of my apartment. When my wife went to complain after getting a nasty bite on her leg the office didn't care and didn't spray for bugs. I spent my own money to buy bug spray and killed thousands of crickets around my unit. The only thing I can say is that i should of MOVED. read more

I've been living at level 550 for about a month now. & I love it! The pool area is great and relaxing with the hammocks and shaded areas. The three times I've tried to use it, the jacuzzi isn't working but other than that I have no complaints. The pool is beautiful up front. There are so many grassy areas & a second pool in the back of the apartments. All of my neighbors are pretty quiet and I haven't had any issues. Since all of the apartments face inward, parking is a short walk away even with covered parking. I love the spacious living room and "wood" style floors throughout my apartment. level 550 is conveniently located & I'm so glad I chose these apartments. read more

I have lived here just over a year, and absolutely love it! The maintenance team is always on top of it when an issue arises, and the staff in the office always have a smile on their faces, and are willing to help. Oh, let's not forget to mention the amazing pool area!! Wow, feels like I'm in paradise, with the cabanas and hammocks and landscaping... Love love love! read more

This complex is certainly a great place to live. It's a very well maintained community with 24/7 on-call maintenance team. I've never had any problem with AC system but the team would be available to address any emergency even at 3am. The gym is very clean and spacious which is forcing me to work out more often. The pool and jacuzzi are like 5-star hotel...no need to take vacations in Hawaii. The office team members address any questions or injuries with smile. Plenty parking spots so no need to worry about your car or even your guests. Last but not the least, I love the fact that they have a great communication platform so I get updates about the complex via text messages; last time they wanted to shut off the water valve for maintenance they sent a text a day in advance....all in all it is lovely community. Don't move here! Extremely over priced for units that have no storage space and the layout is horrible. Lightning is also terrible. You can't even fit a good size couch and dinning room table comfortably for even a small family. The walls ARE PAPER THIN and let me tell you if you want to stay up all night because your upstairs neighbors are creaking around and you can hear almost every step they take all day and all night then this is the place for you!! All management does is harass tenants and are money hungry. I had a nice glass and steel high top table and chairs on my patio for over a year and 4 months! Mind you, they do these patio checks quite often and never once did I receive a notice about my nice table until over a year later then they make me TAKE IT DOWN BECAUSE "it looks more like interior furniture" THE TABLE WAS THERE FOR OVER A YEAR AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME FINES IF I DONT REMOVE IT. Seems like they run through new management and can't keep people up there for long and they basically are looking for anything to charge you for. Also if you have pets they have a ridiculously high NON REFUNDABLE deposit and then they charge you over 30 bucks a dog a month with the insanely high AGAIN NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. They are putting in things like the ring door cameras so they can have an excuse for why they are charging such a crazy amount for rent for such small units. If I didn't take my table down in such a hurry so I don't get FINED I would've posted it.. maybe I will later so you guys can see the type of stuff they harass their tenants about LOL. Also two people were murdered in an apartment just a few apartments down and I was stuck in my house the whole day because it happened to escalate down to where my car was and I wasn't allowed to leave my apartment the whole day and they never even put a statement out to the community here addressing anything or the loss of life here as it affected everyone in the area! read more

This is probably one of the best apartment complex experiences that I have had. The front desk staff is so nice and is always available to assist their tenants with any questions that they might have. Everyone is always smiling and saying hi. Every month there is some sort of event going on! I have never had that before and I love it! It allows the apartment community to come together and get to know one another. The maintenance staff is crazy awesome! I have never had an issue with them fixing a problem. They promptly answer requests and fix things ASAP, basically within hours of receiving the request. This complex is newly renovated and they're always adding things to make it even more amazing. I'm very lucky to have found such a great apartment-I was looking last year for a quick move out and am lucky to have found Level550! read more

The front office staff and even maintenance crew is always so friendly and accommodating! I really have enjoyed my experience here so far!

When I came and toured the property, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all of my questions. The apartments seem to be very clean, roomy, and a decent amount of natural light. The pool area is fantastic with ample resort style seating and hammocks! There was even a fenced in dog park area that would be great place for my pup to play. Level 550 is at the top of my list for my upcoming move! read more
