It was a really clean (outside and in) + decorated cafe and easy to find (right on a street corner). They had a selection of gluten free items to eat, including gluten free focaccia which worked out great since my partner is GF. We ordered a variety of food and coffee (latte and gesha pour over) and even bought a bag of gesha beans to make coffee at home because we thought it was so good. Even though it was a Saturday morning (it was super packed) we still found a table to sit at and were able to enjoy everything. We came back a couple of days later, but we missed the food (the kitchen closes at a specific time) so we ended up getting coffee to go. I'd put this place on my list of favorite coffee shops to eat at in PNW!

The baristas are super friendly, warm and welcoming. Coffee is GREAT but iced comes with a lot of ice, so I'd recommend ordering light ice unless it's the summer or you're a slow sipper. The scones (orange cranberry & marionberry especially) are delicious- and they will warm it up for you so it feels like it just came out of the oven. Bagels and sandwiches are good, but I'd recommend the rosemary bagel in particular! All around, would recommend this place for a convenient, quick breakfast option, or an afternoon pick me up, as they're open a bit later than your average coffee spot And as always, don't forget to tip your barista!

When I first got there it was immediately obvious that the girl taking our order was new. She kept making us repeat ourselves when all we got was one drink each all in the same size and it took her about 10 minutes just to finish taking our order. Then we waited another 10 minutes before paying and they still took time to give us our drinks after that. I got white coffee and I work at a coffee stand as a barista so I know what white coffee shots are supposed to taste like and it is obvious that they didn't pull the shots correctly because my coffee is bitter and tastes like water. There are also a ton of coffee grounds in the bottom of my drink. I am very upset and will not be returning!

One barista in particular has been exceptionally rude and made multiple incorrect orders over the past few days. They have bangs and a gold septum, I'm only saying this because of how inexplicably rude and poor mannered she was to me over multiple experiences. When she made my drink today incorrectly, I kindly corrected her and she loudly sighed and rolled her eyes. There was more signs in her behavior that seemed annoyed and short with me for no particular reason and I try to be as kind as I can. The matcha I received was disgusting and tasted like milk. I understand how hard it can be to work in customer service but it makes it difficult to keep supporting this location with this type of service.
