Lots of pinballs and a great selection of modern and classic arcades!

This is an awesome video game arcade and game store, love the selection of pinballs, classic and modern games and lots of other games. They have gatherings, miniatures and lots more, quite impressive! The owners are super passionate and very helpful, friendly and supportive. We'll be coming back here over and over again!

This place is amazing. There are so many retro arcade games! This is way better than the typical arcades where the games are for tickets because you can just play the games for fun. You can buy free play and you get to play any of the games as long as you want until the store closes. There's a lot of variety of arcade games and pinball machines. The games are really well maintained and the staff is friendly.

Pinball turned out to be very popular as most of them hadn't played pinball before (wth?!).

At the time, we couldn't check it out because we had our dogs with us. The name came up again at the Marysville Strawberry Festival, and when a friend was in town, we decided to give it a try after dinner. While I was born in the 80s, I wasn't exactly hanging out in arcades back then, so this was a bit of a nostalgic first. When you walk in, the walls are lined with pinball machines. There are a few other games scattered around, but pinball is definitely the star here. At the bar, I asked if there was more to the place, and the bartender pointed us to a "living room" behind the bar where you can sit and play Atari or the original Nintendo. The menus came in trapper keepers, complete with the satisfying Velcro sound, which was a fun touch. The guys jumped on the Atari first, but the joysticks didn't seem to work quite right. They moved on to the Nintendo, which was actually a Raspberry Pi loaded with multiple games. After a short stint there, we headed back out to the pinball area. I'm no pinball expert, but we happened to be there during a tournament, and the boys got schooled by some regulars, which made the experience a bit more fun. I also enjoyed the glass case filled with 80s miniatures and artifacts, and the vending machine stocked with nostalgic items like games, books, and snacks you'd expect from that era. Overall, it was a cool concept but felt a bit underwhelming. It's worth checking out once if you're in the area, but it's not a place we'll likely revisit.

I was disappointed one of the basketball shooting games was broken, took my points but didn't record any made shots. It would have helped to solidify how good I am against my husband but instead of a 4-0 winning score, we've got a 2-0 score because of it. Still decently clean, no complaints. Staff does stand in groups and makes it a little awkward from where we sat at the bar, but I'm sure the other side of the bar wouldn't have that issue.

The biggest reason we keep coming back is my kids. They absolutely love it here. Out of all the arcades we've visited, this is their favorite, and they enjoyed it so much that they convinced me to sign up for the Platinum Membership two seasons in a row before I cancelled it for spring season. The arcade is fantastic, the atmosphere is fun, and it's one of the few places where the entire family can spend hours enjoying themselves. Also, you get 30% of your food with the platinum membership. The food is another bright spot. I usually order the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, which has consistently been good. My kids love the Goldfingers, cheese pizza, and fries. The food is reasonably priced, especially considering you're at an arcade and entertainment venue. Unfortunately, the service has been a recurring issue during multiple visits. On our most recent trip, we waited nearly two hours for a table for just two people, despite seeing plenty of open seating throughout the restaurant. That alone was frustrating. Even after being seated, the experience didn't improve much. We've had several visits where we sat down and waited an unusually long time before anyone came to take our order. It often feels like you're forgotten after being seated, and the overall attitude from some of the staff has come across as indifferent rather than welcoming. One experience in particular has stuck with me. Before I was even able to place an order, I was asked for my credit card. It caught me completely off guard because it wasn't presented as a standard policy or explained in any way. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, as if I was being viewed with suspicion before I had even ordered food. It's disappointing because the arcade, food, and atmosphere are genuinely great. If I were rating those alone, this would easily be a 4 or 5-star place. But after multiple service issues over multiple visits, I can only give it 2 stars. I hope management addresses the customer service side of the business because this location has so much potential.

Theaters are kind-of a mixed bag these days. You have some that are run down and some that are…read moretrying to be super-high-end... but rarely is there anything thats nice and in between. I think that's why the Galaxy Theaters in Monroe shines. Every time I go here, I go when it's fairly quiet (like... 3:00-5:00 during the week). I usually see kids movies or kid-friendly moves... with kids. So, thats my lens, here. Parking is insanely huge and you will have zero issues. The only edge-case is that the Monroe Farmers market (and some other random events and stands) use this gigantic parking lot. Again... it's gigantic and it overflows into other gigantic parking lots... You'll be fine. Buying tickets -- you can buy them online, from a real-life human, or from a self-serve kiosk just inside the main doors. We've had issues with the kiosk thing in the past, and the online system charges you a fee ($2.50 per ticket), so we usually order at the human. They no longer user the windows inside the first door, and you have to go in to the second doors to buy tickets. Not sure what that's about - the old way made more sense to me... but it's whatever. Maybe it's an off-hours thing, too... who knows. Oh, one cool thing about their website, though, is you can pick your seats ahead of time and see how full shows are. Solid intel. The concession stand is very well stocked and always has enough people - you have the usuals: popcorn and candy... drinks: soda, icees, etc... and alcohol (beer, bottles, and mixed drinks)... ice cream... hot stuff (pretzels, pizza, nachos...). It's solid. They've always given me good service - it's quick, efficient, and clean... they get you moving and try not to let long lines occur. The theaters are nice and always surprisingly clean. I don't think I've ever had that "sticky feet" experience where you walk through some old soda spill. So... it's good. We often choose to go to the theater that has the big red, electric recliner chairs. This is a nice little comfort and well spread out - that just makes the experience extra good. I think they have multiple screens with the recliners and if I understand correctly, only the "DFX" and "DBOX" experiences are more expensive. DFX... I've never really paid attention to the difference, and I've never done DBOX. Generally, prices are: Matinees -- $13.25 for adult, $10.00 for child/senior... Evening -- $15.50 for adult, $12.50 for child/senior... and then the "premium experiences" (or whatever you'd call them) are $3.50 more for DFX and $8.00 more for DBOX. Then, like I said... $2.49 more for the service charge if you order online (yikes! not a fan).

The recliner seats are comfortable, but the wine selection is disappointing. If you want a glass…read moreduring the movie, you have to wait in the regular concession line, which can easily take 10 minutes...not very convenient. There are a few employees who are helpful and kind, but the older staff members often seem to be hanging out in the back instead of coming out to help when there are multiple people waiting in line.
