I worked with Eugene in two different time frames over three years. Eugene started of by doing an in-person assessment and identified a set of four to five areas I should work on. Over three in-person trainings we systematically worked on each of those areas with ample individual training at home. He provided great email support in between the in-person sessions. As he observed my progress, Eugene refined some of the focus areas to make it more effective for me. I made a lot of improvement and my colleagues and clients were pleasantly surprised with my progress.
