Toxic Leadership and Systemic Mismanagement - No structured onboarding, training, or role-specific…read moreguidance was provided, despite the complexity of the product and the specialized K-12 market. Leadership placed responsibility on employees for gaps that stemmed directly from the CEO's failure to provide training, support, or direction. CEO demonstrated disengagement and unprofessional behavior, including openly stating in a group meeting that he had "been checked out for the past few months." Frequent lapses in professionalism during internal meetings, including leaders appearing distracted, unprepared, or eating on camera. Meetings were routinely late, canceled without notice, or scheduled last-minute, including pipeline reviews with 30-45 minutes' notice. Lack of predictable scheduling made it impossible to prepare effectively for key responsibilities. Expectations for late-evening "check-ins" (7-8 PM) demonstrated disregard for boundaries and work-life balance. Requests for support were delayed, inconsistent, or ignored altogether, making it difficult to meet expectations that were never clearly defined. Systemic leadership issues created an environment with limited structure, inconsistent communication, and no accountability. Success was made nearly impossible due to the absence of training, clear expectations, and reliable managerial support, yet employees were still blamed for outcomes beyond their control. Advice to Management Begin by taking ownership of the leadership responsibilities that come with your title. Employees cannot succeed without training, structure, or guidance, and deflecting blame onto staff for gaps you created is both unprofessional and unsustainable. If you expect performance, start by providing the tools, knowledge, and support necessary for employees to do their jobs. Create a real onboarding process. Establish consistent expectations. Schedule meetings in advance. Show up prepared. Demonstrate the professionalism you expect from others. Most importantly, reevaluate the culture of disengagement at the top. When the CEO openly acknowledges being "checked out," the entire organization feels that neglect. Accountability begins with leadership, and until that changes, no employee--no matter how talented--will be set up for success.

I guess it was a misunderstanding, but now they will not refund me $320 for the appointment which they cancelled. Super shady company.

Thank you to the Tutor Doctor for helping me, a self-described math cripple to understand algebra!…read moreI sought out professional help in my math class because the help I was getting from so-called math whiz friends just wasn't helping me learn. Working with the teacher from the Tutor Doctor made all the difference. In just a few weeks of two session per week, I have gone from feeling hopeless and utterly confused to a level of understanding in my course work I feared I would never reach. I will be taking upper Algebra and Chemistry next semester and will be counting on the Tutor Doctor to help me achieve the same results in those classes. Sincerely, Sandra

When I found the Tutor Dr I was very pleased when they came to my house for a free consultation. It was so very helpful to me and my family. My son is having a hard time with school and my husband and I were told he had a learning disability. Turns out he just needed to focus more and deal with his lazy eye. Now that we know that the tutor they found for him was perfect. My son loves his tutor and works very well with him. My son does'nt just like everyone so that says a lot. He has improved in reading and understanding what he is readin., He has also slowed down to focus more as well as not ashamed to wear his eye patch in front of his tutor. I cannot thank you guys enough. I look forward in him improving more so he feels better at school and with completing his homework.
